date of the orderThe customer has Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it monthlyIf they decide that they do not wish to receive the product monthly, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel their Trial for themWe did not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered.We would not be able to sell these products online without making the Terms and Conditions clear on the order page, and on the payment page. We do want to apologize for any inconvenience that these charges may have caused the customer and as a courtesy, we have refunded, in full, a total of $209.67.Please be advised that refunds typically take 5-business days to process based on the time it takes for the consumer’s financial institution to process the credit in their system. I am rejecting this response because:[redacted]:Recieved a money order today for $98.41. Avila verified the card that I made the initial payment with. ( A Visa ending in [redacted]) . That is the card I used and is still active and in FACT the ONLY card I use. They told me in a previous email that the bank told them the card was cancelled. That is a lie. It was and is still active. They owe $405.xx that they agreed to refund and subsequently reneged. I advised that they can either refund to card or send a check or money order for the $405.xx. The following is an email that I received today.
