I went to discuss what happened on Thursday afternoon and she was gone and she was off on Friday then the weekend and no one else can discuss anyone other than her... She set me up wverytine. Anyways, as we discussed yesterday you don't have any contact information for the company that charges the rent. Please. Get me any contact information for them and I will be glad to start immediately. From my side, u can. Provide my bank statement that shows AUTOMATIC PAYMENT every month for your facility.FYI, after I spoke to the office in Thursday I've as promised to seND the repair man on Monday, guess what? No one showed up yesterday to no surprise. The late fees charged are not fair and it will be returned , the local manager need to be investigated for discrimination .

The response I received stated that the towing company takes pictures. So verify the pictures that they have for the towing occurrence to myself and the Revdex.com. If there are infact pictures then they will confirm my parking pass is on the vehicle, unaltered. And if no pictures are provided, the vehicle should not have been removed from the lot in the first place without proof of violation. Will be awaiting proof. Thanks

Complaint: [redacted]I have contacted the office via phone and even gone up there many times. Everytime I receive a different reason as to why my car has been towed. I was not on the lease, my boyfriend was and he went and spoke with the office many times as well and again, got a different response everytime. I would like this issue resolved. My boyfriend broke the lease because the office could not make their mind up on how the parking was supposed to be. Tell me how we can resolve this issue.

This is the first time I have received this complaint. Our residents stove was replaced with a brand new one and her lights were replaced as well.Best,
Everyone that is late with their payment receives a three day notice to vacate per our lease agreement. These notices are sent to everyone that is late. I can assure you that you are not the only one to receive these notices. Although they are unpleasant letters these are the ones that must go out. Your rent was not paid until yesterday so we rightfully charged you late fees up until the time you paid rent (yesterday). Like we discussed in person, I will consider waiving late fees if you can provide documentation proving that you initiated the payment. I am still awaiting this document or forwarded email confirmation. It is a simple search in your email inbox. I showed you how to look for this yesterday. :) I do apologize for the way you feel but I have tried to help you to the best of my ability. Like always, let me know if there is anything else you need. You can contact me at the resident center [redacted] or send me an email. I often walk community or set appointments so if I am not in the office you are welcome to send an email or leave a message for me to call you. Thank you.
I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed. We are a parking permit community only. We have signs in the front of all of our entrances into the community. We inform all of our residents to ensure that they get a visitor pass from the resident center. You had mentioned that your pass was expired....
When there is an expired pass then vehicles are towed because they have extended the adequate allowed for them to be on community. This can be avoided in the future by just getting a new pass. I appreciate that you took the time to write this and if you have further questions you can contact us at [email protected] or you can call our resident center at [redacted].
The towing company takes the vehicles that they see when they are out patrolling. They had been instructed to make sure all vehicles are removed at the time they come. If they patrol and the vehicle that you are mentioning is not out at that time then they cannot take it. You are more than welcome to report any repeat offenders to the towing company directly. Please contact the resident center for any other questions. [redacted]. Thank you

You will need to contact the towing agency and give them your vehicle information and the timeframe in which you were towed. You can contact them at J & J Towing [redacted]
