I cancelled the automatic renewal option two weeks before they charged my PayPal account. If they were "on top" of things, they would not have renewed the charge in the first place, thereby avoiding a problem before it started. I am satisfied to have the refund but I am not satisfied with the company practices.

Called the company to discuss the account after being contacted by them after they received the Revdex.com complaint. After some discussion they set up a tech service call for the following day. I sat by the phone for over 2 hours and they never called. Nothing about this company so far has shown much in they way of customer service.
