The crew was awesome, very polite, they certainly didn't monkey around. We went with Avalon for the financing, and it worked well because there were a couple of add ons. Only had to talk to one person the entire time.

Avalon did a good job with the gutters, soffit and fascia. We ran into a little snag with the roof repair. We had our whole roof done by a different company a couple of years ago but it already needed some patching up. So we saw the Avalon van out working at another home near John Ball Zoo. So we stopped and asked the guy about using them to fix our roof. They got the right brand of shingles but it wasn't an exact match. So we called them back out to fix it, and we called the place where we got the original shingles. Avalon came back out, got those shingles for us and put it on the roof. So we are happy with the final product.

I recently had Avalon do my gutters. Their salesman told me they offered competitive prices. They prices were dramatically higher than any other competitor in the area. Their gutter job cost me $2600, when numerous competitors offered the same job at $1000. This price was for 100 foot of gutters that took 2 workers less than 3 hours to complete. Industry standards on line mention about $10/ft. for a gutters to be installed...exactly what the other quotes I got locally offered me. When I shared my concerned they believe their prices are "fair" and the other prices are just "low ball" companies that eventually go out of business because they don't charge enough. REALLY? Don't make my mistake and believe this company about anything.

Avalon installed a new roof and skylight on our home. Eric H[redacted] was very intelligent and answered all of our questions. He explained everything well. Zach's crew got it done in one day. They also asked us what we wanted to do about a skylight that came up to the peak. We have told others about the work. We were happy that Adam came out to check in with us. We are happy with their cleanup, they went over the yard with a magnet and we only found one nail when it was done. We also like that the work will be inspected after completion.

I was very pleased. They came out right away. I did call about an extension on the gutter and they came right back out to do that. I told them not to worry about damaging my bushes because I wanted to get rid of them. They actually removed them for me and hauled them away which I really appreciated. Larry was great, he didn't push me, he did not make me feel like I had to make a decision right away but he told me that if I did decide to do it they could get it done quickly and they did. I also appreciate the 50 year warranty.

After only three years we had shingles fall off 3 times. Larry and Avalon worked with the insurance company to help them truly assess the damage that was up there. He got one of their roofing guys to show them everything. The guys that did it were very professional. They even asked if they could play a radio on the roof. Never even heard them cuss. Carl was awesome. When everyone was gone he went over the yard again with a magnet to pick up any extra nails.

Avalon put a roof of the house and the garage. It was time to get the roof done and I had problems with leaks in the past. Avalon did an awesome job. Very hard and organized workers. Everything was timed so well! I was just amazed.

I went though Home Advisor to set up Avalon for an estimate for Roofing. However, after playing phone tag with them as they stated they wouldn't make the appointment unless I talked to them directly. Finally talking to a company rep. -they required my wife to be present for the estimate, if not they wouldn't keep the appointment. I feel this is pressure sales and not what is indicated on Home Advisors web page for this company. Avalon canceled the appointment, as my wife works and would not be home for the estimate. The company rep was very rude and argumentative on the issue of my wife being at the appointment.

Went good. Zachary pushes his crew pretty hard. Cleanup went well. The roof had wind damage and was already about 25 years old. I had heard good things about from others.

I had a leak in the house, got a few estimates. The other companies were not going to be able to do the work right away. They were also cheaper but we thought Avalon had the better materials. The roofing crew was very efficient. They came at about 8am and were done by 1pm, with cleanup and everything. They were a big crew, and they worked safely and professionally. We also appreciated the financing options.

Avalon has been very accommodating. They have worked with fixing leaks in my home and the financing. I was so incredibly impressed with the guys who fixed the original leak. They talked to me before they left about needing ridge cap vents. Kerry replaced the shower. He is a really good guy, he was very meticulous, he talked to me about any and all changes in the project. I felt comfortable leaving him at the home, and my dog liked him too. That is important.

I had a Roof, Windows and Shutters put on by Avalon Bldg Concepts. My salesman Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. I had extreme ice build up before Avalon put on my new roof. I no longer have any problem with ice. Love my new windows and shutters also. Avalon did a exceptional job on all the work they did for me. I would highly recommend my salesman Ryan and Avalon for any projects you may have. Great company. Thank you

We hired Avalon to put new siding on our house. They gave us a quote and called and told us three separate times that they were going to start and nobody showed up. It turned out that they measured wrong and wanted to charge more money. After reluctantly agreeing they sent out the most unprofessional crew I have ever met. We had many issues including them leaving aluminum siding on our roof, we had a storm and it blew all over, including in our pool. They ripped all or our screens on our windows and took the frames and did not return them. After demanding we needed them back, we had to screen them ourselves. Also they left a mess everyday in our front yard backyard shed and deck. Even on weekends. It was a very long three weeks. When they put our downspouts back on they must have lost some parts and rigged them up. When it rained water went everywhere. They came back out to fix them, and the job was done and we received a bill on Saturday of the July 4th weekend. We sent them money on July fifth. But in the mean time they called at least six times on the holiday weekend for their money.

They installed our roof. They were in and out real quick, we didn't hardly see them. Our dish went out for a day. We had to call DirecTV to come fix it, but Avalon paid us back for that. We're real happy with Avalon.

To say the least Avalon did a excellent job from start to finish! My windows turned out fantastic! I was traveling back to [redacted] for the winter and was in a bit of a time crunch, David my sales rep was very thorough about the products I ended up going with a upgraded triple pane window that I couldn't be more thrilled with. Nate the scheduling manager and Jennifer kept in touch throughout the entire process and the install guys were phenomenal I would highly recommend to friends and family thanks again for the great work Avalon.

Avalon Building Concepts fixed our roof because it was leaking and put on a new gutter for us. I did some research and Avalon was the best option. They did a great job and I really love how the gutter looks in the back of my house

We had Avalon re-roof our house and the crew did an amazing job! They were very professional and cleaned up great as they did the tear-off, replaced the wood underlayment, and put in new venting. We love the new architectural shingles and won't have to replace them in our lifetime! We would gladly recommend Avalon to anyone who may need roofing, siding or other building needs.

Roof people were phenomenal. It was so hot that day, but we never heard them complain, they went right to work. The bathroom guy was on time and went out to get us a bunch of samples to look at. Took the toilet away so we didn't have to worry about that. The bathroom and roof look great. They did a wonderful professional job and the roof no longer leaks.
