I was surprised at how quickly I got a new roof When I talked to Mike, my roof was years old and raining shingles I was thinking about changing it in the spring, but Avalon gave me an offer I couldn't refuse I hope they pay the workers well because they worked hardThey came in at 8am and were done by 2: I was very happy with the whole experience

In I had my windows replaced and was very happy with the way they turned out The clean up was wonderful and the color matches my wood work In I need to have a piece of my roof repaired and didn't give it a second thought as to who to call again the job turned out wonderful and matches the rest of the roof
I would recommend Avalon

Avalon put a roof on our house, and we have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! All of our friends love the look of the new roof, and were even more surprised when we told them it was done in one day

Went great Called Colten on a Tuesday, he was here Wednesday and the crew was here Friday at 7am to start the work They were out by noon The laundry room ceiling collapsed so that was the rush We were glad we got it done the day before the tornado came through Excellent company

My experience with Avalon was very disappointing The financing agreed upon when contract was signed, was wrong yet our right to cancel was over the date by the time this was determined We had to arrange our schedule three times for them to come and remeasure our windows One of those times the installation manager crawled out our basement window to leave instead of leaving thru the door When they scheduled our installation for the roof, they never showed up and no communication was given so we sat around all day waiting Two days later we had to call to see why they had not come yet Gutters were to be installed, again no call and a week later, still with no communication they just showed up We are to sign the final financing paperwork and the dates are all wrong We signed a right to cancel that gives three days to cancel the financing but the date was for the week before So in reality we have no rights When this is expressed the owner, Dan calls the man who we are signing the paperwork with , not to provide customer relations and speak with us the customer but to make sure the paperwork is signed As a customer I deserve better

Avalon came out to quote a roof repair My roof was only three years old when it leaked Avalon was the only roofing company that would come out to quote and repair my roof Other companies were "leary" of doing the work They were reasonable in price, prompt and fixed my problem

The Avalon crew was wonderful to work with, the job was done with care and the clean up was absolutely perfect! It was a wonderful experience, I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We requested a roofing quote from Avalon. Our house is a dome structure, which makes it a complicated job. We let every contractor that we called know up front about the dome construction so they knew before they even came out.

We had not one but two representatives from Avalon come out. The first sales representative, Eric, said they had done several dome homes and that it would be no problem. Second rep., David, called and said he was a manager and that he had the authority to offer us a better price than Eric had. He was here on 7/27/16 and also said that domes were no problem for Avalon and gave us a new quote nearly $2000.00 less than the first one. Both of the reps. said that a few of their crews were more experienced with complicated jobs and that one of those crews would be assigned to our project.

At that time we signed their contract and gave a $1000.00 deposit, we were told that they would contact us to set up an installation time. We were never contacted. I called 3 times and each time was told that I needed to talk to Aaron in the installation department. Each time he was busy, and the customer service person said that they left a message and he would call back right away. That never happened. After insisting to talk to someone on 9/6/16, I was put through to Nate who said he could check with the installation department and that he was confident they would be doing our roof soon. Nate called back the same afternoon and said that their policy had changed and they don't do dome houses anymore. He apologized for not contacting us earlier and stated that they would send our deposit check back. I tried to call him back on 9/7 and got the same "he'll call you as soon as he's available". No call back yet.

It seems very unlikely that there would be a policy change that none of the representatives or managers knew about. More likely they couldn't do the job and make their profit at the quote they gave us. At the very least they could have let us know right away so that we could go elsewhere for quotes. Instead they did nothing for 6 weeks and then only after we pressed the issue.

In our experience, their business practices are poor and their customer service is even worse.

Went pretty good. They replaced my roof. Old shingles were coming apart. I asked them for a specific install date because I needed to take day off from work. They came out that day and it was nice day too.

Avalon put a roof on our home. They cleaned up well. Only found a couple nails. They swept it up. None of my flowers got wrecked. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They even asked if it was ok to park where they did. The crew even moved their truck for trash pickup day.

Pleased with the price and the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. I have nothing but praise for the work crew. They worked like a bunch of ants, very fast and worked very hard. Did a good job with the cleanup.

I had a small job to be done on my homes soffit and facia from wind damage. Avalons crew did a great job. From estimating the cost through to the final repair. It looks better than before it was damaged. The repair crew was very friendly and easy to talk to. They even explained what and how they were making the fix. My hats off to Avalon.

Everything went very well. I went with Avalon because of their reputation and I was very impressed with their communication. Adam was good about telling me when they would be there and what they would be doing. It was also a coincidence that Mike knocked on my door just when I was thinking about replacing the roof. The cleanup was good and the crew was very polite. I've already noticed less ice buildup around the home.

Very happy with the new roof!! Great service from the initial contact to the completed job!! You couldn't even tell that a crew at my house once was the job was completed. Would strongly recommend,

The roofing crew was very fast. They completed the tear off and shingled the roof in under 8 hours. Cleanup was thorough and they did an adequate job protecting landscaping. I was a little disappointed with the aesthetics of some of the work, but someone came back and fixed those things, so overall I am very satisfied.

We are blissfully happy with the work Avalon did on our roof. They came highly reccomended on Angie's List and GAF.com. We also used Avalon because they were the only company that said they would do their best to save the original gutters on our house. We have French architecture and want to preserve as much of it as possible. Our only drawback was that Larry didn't bring enough samples in our first meeting, but Carl knew what we were looking for. It created a couple of postponements. However, Carl, Duke and Mike worked on our roof and they were all just phenomenal. Carl went above and beyond what anybody would have done for any other company. He noticed a vent shaft was too old and dirty, so he went out and got a brand new pipe and it looks amazing. No issues, we would definitely recommend Avalon.
