The General Manager of the dealership has reached out to Mr. [redacted] via email and phone to discuss this matter but he has not heard back from him.

[redacted], General Manager, has contacted Mr. [redacted] and they have a meeting set up to discuss the matter.

[redacted], General Manager of AutoFair Ford of Haverhill, has reached out to the customer and resolved the matter.

The general manager has reached out to the customer but she was unable to talk to him at the time. We will reply once he has had the opportunity to speak with her about the matter.
