Please accept this as AutoFair’s response to Ms [redacted] ’ complaint filed with your bureau [redacted] , General Manager of AutoFair Ford of Haverhill, reached out to Ms [redacted] in hopes to resolve this matterMs [redacted] informed [redacted] that she was not happy with her leased vehicle as it didn’t have an automatic lift gateThe vehicle Ms [redacted] leased had to be located since there wasn’t one on our lotWhen the dealership does a locate, the customer is required to sign preliminary paperworkMs [redacted] signed the required paperwork which included a Proposal to Purchase Worksheet and a Purchase & Sale Agreement, both of which included the monthly payment and terms of her purchaseIn addition to this paperwork, Ms [redacted] signed a window sticker that listed all the equipment on the vehicle being locatedWhen the vehicle was located and brought to the dealership, Ms [redacted] returned to sign the final paperwork and take possession of the vehicleAt that time, Ms [redacted] had to sign the final paperwork which included the Lease Contract and Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement both of which listed the same price as the preliminary paperworkThese documents were in addition to the preliminary paperworkAll the paperwork that she signed before and after the located had the same price and termsWhen Ms [redacted] leased her vehicle, she was given a WE OWE that stated “fix scratches on rear bumper” As promised, AutoFair Ford of Haverhill will repair these scratches; Ms [redacted] will just need to schedule an appointment with our service department to bring her car in to have this work doneI am sorry that Ms [redacted] is not happy with the vehicle she leasedHowever, at no time to AutoFair Ford of Haverhill change anything about her purchaseMs [redacted] signed the window sticker prior to us locating the vehicle, which outlines all the equipment listed on the vehicle, as well as all the preliminary paperwork required that clearly states the price and termsI would be happy to send copies of the documents should you wish to review them

The General Manager of the dealership has reached out to Mr [redacted] via email and phone to discuss this matter but he has not heard back from him

[redacted] , General Manager, has contacted Mr [redacted] and they have a meeting set up to discuss the matter

We have verified with all of our dealership that Mr***’s email address has now been removed from our databaseWe have reached out to the third party vendors that perform email blasts as well and requested that Mr***’s email be removed from their systemsPlease note that Mr*** might
receive emails through the manufacturer and/or his finance source which is completely separate from AutoFair
