I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the [redacted] which the business notes I had requested in March, but was still not received at the end of April when they blocked survey respondents from accessing their survey records. I have yet to receive the gift card.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not able to login  and received a message to contact support which I did.  This was over two days ago and I have not received a response at this time.  I am of the opinion your company is not able to support its user base.   I have no other option than to request that my balance is sent to me via [redacted] and that my account is permanently closed.  Kindly settle this matter at your earliest convenience.

E[redacted] stated in the email, she will get back to me on 11/13/2015 the latest. I have not heard from E[redacted] since and this matter remains unsolved. Susan E[redacted] very unprofessional and handle this case in a very indifferent way. This case remains unresolved and I have not receive my total earning of 150 points equivalent to $150.00. And I contact E[redacted] three times regarding this issue. I have been patient and I have given proper time for E[redacted] to correct this matter.I need to receive my 150 points of earnings which is the total dollar amount of $150.00 in my SSI account (opinion outpost account) immediately. I completed all the surveys and task, it should not take this long.Case#[redacted] just receive a responds from the Revdex.com, the following is all the information you requested. I am rejecting this response because: this same problem keeps happening over and over again!  The problem has not been fixed!  Everytime I try to cash out it deactivates my account!  I want my account reactivated and never deactivated again.  And I want my money they owe me.  I don't just want a general response back!  Fix your problems!

To whom this may concern:This is to confirm that [redacted] is no longer qualified to participate in any of our survey panels again. His account was first frozen on 6/16/2015 for providing bad open-ends in surveys he participated in. We reconsidered his case back then with a final warning and reactivated his account.
