practice, owned and operated by TX-SCD Dental PC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the San Antonio, TX Aspen Dental office.I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. Your account has been adjusted to reflect the missed discounts totaling $12.80 for the date of service November 02, 2016. Your date of service treatment of April 05, 2017, reflected a patient co-pay amount of $24.00. With the $12.80 credit your balance was reduced to $11.20. As a courtesy, that amount has been removed from your account. Your Aspen Dental account now shows a zero balance due. For your review, I have enclosed a copy of your Aspen Dental account ledger history showing the adjustments and the zero balance.I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it along with your Aspen Dental account. The reason you had not been refunded for the payment you made is because Aspen Dental still has not received payment from your dental insurance company. As a courtesy to you I am refunding the $205.00 that you paid on January 08, 2016. A check in that amount will be mailed to you on Tuesday April 26, 2016.
I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.

Our dentures have a 90 day get your money back guarantee. When she brought them back and brought this issue up, it was outside of the 90 day window. So we were unable to do anything for her. We even remade these for her at no charge. There is not much more we can do for her since the warranty is...

I am rejecting this response because:Based upon my review I should be refunded $258; as I am still paying $49 for the Fluoride varnish instead of the agreed amount through GEHA for $34. Also on the bottom of the account summary it still reflects my health insurance being billed when GEHA is solely dental insurance. I had notified [redacted] concerning this on March the 6th, and [redacted] on March the 12th. Calling [redacted] several times, but based upon Aspen Dentals limited customer service hours of 12 hours a week, have yet to receive a response from her.

I have received your complaint statement filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the Rotterdam, NY Aspen Dental Office Manager, Ashley. Please note that Aspen Dental only participates with dental insurance carriers. Also, although we have access to the [redacted] dental fee schedule for purposes of estimating costs, we do not have complete plan information as given by [redacted] to its subscriber’s.
With that said, I have put the $857.20 balance due on your Aspen Dental account on hold pending resolution of this claim issue. Have you filed a claim with your medical carrier as yet and if so have you received a response? [redacted] requires a written response from the medical carrier in order to proceed with processing your Aspen Dental claim.
Please contact Ashley at the Rotterdam, NY Aspen Dental office at ###-###-#### (option 2) and she will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

Dear Mrs. [redacted]: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the cost of the dental treatment you received and your request for a refund. I am writing to you on behalf of the Dewitt, NY Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen Dental of Central New York PLLC. I...
certainly do apologize for your experience at the Dewitt, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of a complaint filed on your behalf by Mr. [redacted] D. [redacted] with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. I am very sorry for the delay in processing the refund resulting from your overpayment for your dental services. After the posting of all insurance payments and provider discounts, your Aspen Dental account reflects a credit balance of $989.80. The credit is in fact greater than you indicated, because your dental insurance paid more for your services than was originally estimated. A refund in the amount of $989.80 is being processed back to the Dental First Finance account that you used to pay with. Please allow 3-5 days for receipt and posting. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information. Sincerely, Ron H[redacted]Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.
With regard to Ms. [redacted]'s rejection, I have included with this response a copy of her original treatment estimate. The estimate includes all work to be done for the $2,630.00 she borrowed from [redacted] Finance on June 25, 2015. Please note the services totaling $488.00 match exactly with what is reflected on the ledger (what she was charged). The dental office confirms that these services were provided as indicated. The unused portion of $2,142.00 was refunded to [redacted] on July 17, 2015.
Sincerely,
Ron H[redacted]
