Review: On March 22, 2016 I emailed patient services at Aspen Dental regarding my dentures and to this date I got no response from them. Within one year my dentures have been repaired 6 times.
Below is the copy of the email:
This email is to make a complaint about services at [redacted]. I became a patient in 2014 and had my dentures made in July 2014. Since then I went back 6 times for repairs, cracks in my dentures (11/25/14, 1/14/15, 2/9/16, 2/29/16, 3/1/16, 3/14/16). Last visit was on 3/14/16 and they took my dentures for repairs again and I was left without my dentures til 3/25/16. This is unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and the fact that the dentures have been repaired so many times.
I'm requesting new dentures to be made at Aspen Dental expense.
I can be reached at [redacted] or via email [redacted]
Thank you.
[redacted]Desired Settlement: Since I did not get a response from Aspen Dental regarding this issue, I'm requesting a refund for everything I paid for. I will need to go some place else to get my dentures.
Thank you
Review: I lost a filling in one tooth and went to Aspen Dental as a walk-in with an emergency for which they do advertise. I do have dental insurance and I was willing to pay to get my tooth fixed. They made me fill out lots of forms and took a copy of my insurance card and then I sat for over an hour. I was called in to have a complete dental exam. I did not want this, all I wanted was one tooth fixed. They wanted to take a full set of x-rays and then discuss my future dental needs. All I wanted was one hole fixed in one tooth. They could have taken an x-ray of the one tooth but they refused to do so and refused to treat me. They were very rude to me and as a senior citizen I do not have to be treated like this. It is my money and I should have a say in how I spend my money and today all I wanted was one tooth fixed from which I lost a filling in.Desired Settlement: I would like my one tooth fixed, but most likely I will already have done that from a different dentist. They need to be told that everybody is not a fan of dentist and they should listen to their patients for I know why I am there, and I do not need my future dental needs talked about, all I needed was one tooth fixed.
