Good Morning,Thank you for bringing this consumers concerns to our attention. We do apologize the consumer is displeased at this time due to service concerns. We are currently working with the consumer to resolve at this time. The consumer has had a previous technician come to the home and make... advisements for service. The technician advised to order three casings to address her concerns for the stitching, however, was unable to locate any manufacture defects with the frame itself. Why was the first customer service manager to contact me, even after being told twice the customer service manager would contact me, only AFTER I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com? Why wasn't the coach replaced the first three times I complained about the service? I manage a warehouse for a company, when we ship damaged product, it is replaced IMMEDIATELY at no charge to the customer, it is not used as a bargaining chip after the customer contacts the Revdex.comNow it feels like since I have contacted the Revdex.com, they just want this to go awayThey did offer to give me my money back, but that isn't fixing the problem, it is only making me go away so they do not have an open complaint with the Revdex.com.In regards to the loveseat, when I bought it, it was on sale for $Also, I have been complaining to the store for two months now, they gave my $off my Ashley Furniture credit accountThis shows how little they value me as a customer, my frustration and time dealing with this is only worth $to themThis is why I requested the love seat for free, it would actually show how much they value me as a customer20% off the love seat just proves yet again how little they value me, my time, and frustration as a customerIt seems they would rather have a disgruntled customer, that will not close the complaint to the Revdex.com, that will file complaints with other sites such as Angie's List, will never buy from them again, and will make sure none of my friends or family buy from them again, than to just fix the problem.All I want is to be treated like a customer, a customer they value, a customer that they want to make happy, a customer that they want to returnThrough this whole process, I feel like a customer that they have gotten money from, and now they just want me to shut my mouth and go awayRegards,*** ***

love seat is scheduled for delivery for 4/ I also offered to refund the guest for the sofa and cancel the love seat since I couldn't give it to him for free He declined that also
