Arizona Elite Properties

I moved into one of Arizona's elite property in September 2014. I have been lied to repeatedly over and over again regarding repairs. I issued 5-10 day notice and yet repairs are not completed. I had to get our local fire Dept [redacted] to come and change out the batteries in the smoke detectors after 4 months. I had no window treatment for 11/2 months. I met with the owner and his wife several times they would promise me over and over that things would get done, they too lied over and over. I had to pay a company $220.00 to trim the tree and bushes. I do not have a garage door opener to this day. I can not use my dishwasher due to the racks completely rusted. The garage disposal do not work and have not worked since I moved in. This company wants to collect rent and not take care of their responsibility as property managers. I am waiting to go to court maybe the judge will be able to sort out this mess. This really discourage good tenants that pays their rent on time and is responsible.

We were very UNHAPPY with the service we received from Arizona Elite Properties with our two rental properties. Bills were not paid, lien was filed,insurance allowed to lapse and houses not rented for two months.
