signed it shows that we will come back out for free re services anytime you have a problem. I understand that you have a vole problem, we can take care of that problem for you but it does take time. I would love to send out my service manager to take care of any problems that you still may be having.

I was able to speak with the customer Mr. [redacted] and resolve the misunderstanding surrounding our last appointment. We were able to agree upon a solution and are happy to continue our business relationship. The terms of the agreement he had signed up for are being honored.

After speaking with the customer we consider this matter resolved.
