Our first experience with this company resulted in an issue with our ordered part. We contacted the company and were immediately impressed with their customer service! We quickly received the replacement part and could not be happier. They earned our life-long loyalty!

We recently had the pleasure of doing business with Appliance Rescue's parts division Geniine Appliance Parts. We had a client that the glass on her oven door broke and Thanksgiving was coming up and she had a dinner for 26 to prepare for. Since we had 2 weeks to get the part it shouldn't have been a problem however the manufacturer that we ordered from and assured us we would receive in time failed to live up to their promise. With only a few days to go we found Genuine online and they had this very hard to get part. The office staff was awesome and had it overnighted for a Saturday delivery. Thanksgiving dinner saved!

I called in to buy some parts for a dryer that wasn't getting hot. I spoke to a representative who explained to me that the parts I was requesting didn't sound
right. That prompted my to call for another service visit. The parts representative was correct, the first service visit diagnostic was incorrect. Instead of him selling me parts I didn't need, he told me what I truly needed to hear and save me a lot of money. I want to say THANK YOU for helping out your customers.

Ordering was simple, part number received matched that which was ordered. Problem resolved without any issues whatsoever. Had item in my hand and installed within 30 minutes. Would definitely come here again if I'm in need of parts. Thanks!!!!!

I had a front load washer that had two issues and I really didn't know where to start, after a 5 minute call I knew what I needed to do and the part was on its way! I fixed the first issue, and moved on to the second so I made another call and after a lot of patient advice I ordered a second part. again the part arrived in two days. the part they sent me was an exact match an d had our machine working perfectly!! I would highly recommend using this company! I have found my parts place from here on out!
