On 1/24/2016, customer Donna [redacted] and I scheduled via email to have our technician return on 1/25/to re-diagnose the problem with the dryerI informed Donna that we would refund her the $trip charge if our technician's original diagnosis was incorrectAs of 1/24/at 6:pm, I received an email from Donna that she had her vent company return yesterday to clear the vent from the outside on the roof and that the dryer is now functioning properlyShe canceled the appointment for a re-diagnosis due to the fact that the vent seems to have been the problem, and said that she would contact us if the dryer has any problems going forward

We completed the customer's refrigerator repair on 11/18/On November 19, we received an email from the customer,
stating that they felt we had overcharged them by $for the repair and were requesting a refund of that amount
To their email I replied the following:
"Good morning ,
I deeply apologize for the miscommunication on our end- I spoke with *** regarding this error and we are absolutely going to reimburse you for the $We do not intend to ever overcharge our customers and I know that we have the lowest pricing for labor and trip fees out of all of the other local appliance repair companiesHowever, I do feel that a reimbursement to you is necessary due to a lack of communication on our end
I do not wish for any of our customers to feel that we have dishonest pricing; we are a local family run business and I can assure you that we will always do whatever it takes to guarantee your satisfaction with our serviceI will send out a check by mail to you today for $Once again, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and we sincerely hope that you will consider us for any future services

That day I mailed out check # *** for $65.00, which was then cashed on the date of 11/24/

This company is credible and stands behind the products they sell. They are very knowledgeable and willingly share their expertise.
Simply the best. I called looking for a discontinued meat probe. They figured out a potential replacement part in minutes over the phone and offered to refund the price of the item if I could confirm the part worked - they would then be able to offer the part to others. The part did work and they refunded the purchase price.
They always pick up the phone and the service is awesome.

No you won't be transferred to a call center from who knows where,where the "customer service" reps have no idea what you're ordering, where you're from, nor any idea what your needs are!
What you WILL receive is excellent USA based customer service from the actual company! (Fortunately I found this company while searching for a washer part online)
I called to ensure they had the part in stock, and that it wasn't a "knock off" part like so many website try to pass off. I noted their Revdex.com rating on their website. I ordered on 12/29/2015, and even though the company was in the midst of a blizzard I received my part this morning 12/31/2015 !
(Of note they were $70+ cheaper for the SAME part vs the local big chain parts supplier!)
Also noted they don't rip you off on shipping!...FEDEX ground for my Washer Timer $5.65.
I called them this morning to provide positive feedback and only now after reviewing the Revdex.com website do I learn that "Greg" who I spoke with Is the Owner!.
Excellent Service! If you like I value independent companies that strive to please the customer, not their stock holders/and big wig CEO.....This Company is just that.
Guess who's getting all my business for appliance parts from now on?

Easy to use website and information on parts for appliances. Ordered part within days and it fit beautifully. Easy to replace control board in a front loading dryer. Email was sent to company with a question on the shipping and I rec'd an answer almost immediately! I would highly recommend to friends and family to use this site to order parts, why not keep the old working instead of spending hundreds to replace! I will certainly use them again. Thank you.
this company get an A++ in our house! they have went above and beyond their call of duty in order to assist in the repair of our washer... The guys have spent time on the phone with Q & A about installation of the products that we purchase from them and also took the time via email to troubleshoot other possible solutions.

Positive does not fit here. My experience was Superlative. I worked with Greg who not only solved my problem, but did so in a professional non-condescending manner. Without going into details, I had a dishwasher issue and Greg solved it and he saved me over $400.00 , as I was prepared to buy a new one. His service was A+++++. In the future I will recommend this establishment with the utmost confidence and they certainly have gained my loyalty. Greg should get a raise. Just a great overall experience
Had a problem with getting part from another company.I ordered part for stove 2-9-15 . They said part would be here on or before 2-19-15.I bought part with my pay pal credit.The company send refund to paypal and paypal never updated my account. I received email saying part had been shipped. I called company and they said that it an error on there part an they didnot have part.I called this company ordered part one day got part that morning.I GIVE THEN A 10 STAR
I ordered a freezer door replacement gasket. It fit perfectly! Received the product in the packaging they described and on the day they said it would arrive. Very pleased with them! Would definitely purchase from them again.
Ordered a microwave door handle for GE SpaceMaker XL, the replacement part arrived one day later (USPS Priority Mail) at a price that was 40% lower than Amazon. The call to the service desk reached voice mail, but turns out I didn't need a return call so I can't really speak to the direct interaction with customer service. The replacement part was identical to the OEM part, probably subject to the same flaw though.
Highly recommend this company as the best in the business, ordered a part on Monday and received the correct part on Tuesday!!! What more can I say except a heartfelt thank you, I will remember this as the highlight of my day and refer anyone needing a replacement part for their appliances.
This business consulted me on the part I needed, which was a replacement part for a discontinued one. I received the part the next day. It was $100 cheaper on a $300 part than anyone else. Very helpful!

Ordered a small part from this store. Got delivered the wrong kind. called the store. The person who answered the phone understood what I was trying to say very easily and immediately. He apologised then told me that they will be shipping the right part. I got a confirmation in the email about this new transaction immediately also. EASIEST resolution of a problem I have ever had.
I ordered a diverter valve for my Fisher & Paykel IWL16. I received in within 2 days! Upon installation, it did not work as expected. I sent an email and received a response the next morning with an explanation as to what the problem could be. I called to receive clarity on how to determine if the part was good. [redacted] spent quite a while helping me through the ordeal and, in fact, the diverter is good. Ultimately, he helped me troubleshoot my problem and I have ordered a new control motor through him. I am extremely thrifty when shopping and I'll tell you that this company was not the least expensive for the control motor, but [redacted] patience and technical support made it well worth the extra money. He didn't have to take the extra time, but he did. One of my favorite sayings is, "You don't have to be the cheapest, you just have to be the best." That's what this company is.
They offered the perfect solution to my appliance repair. Greg was very straight forward and honest.
Oh my gosh these guys are awesome. I needed a hard to get part asap for the holidays. My dishwasher was broken down, I didn't want to wash dishes by hand. I located the failed component, found these guys on line, called them, they immediately laid their hands on part, informed the warehouse there was an overnight order to watch out for, I placed the order and received my it the next day as promised. I paid a great price even with the overnight shipping. I will defiantly use them again. Great customer service and communication. Thank you for saving me.
