I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do wish that an amicable resolution was made forthright; a credit card dispute, countless wasted telephone hours, and having the Revdex.com intervene, was not necessary for a simple cancellation of an account that was active for only one day.

I am rejecting this response because: It's funny to me, that I get a different excuse, every time I turn around from these people. I know for a fact, this is NOT the reason why I do not have all my folders and emails! I have some, but not all. How could some have migrated, and not the others??? And for them to "blame" it on me and how I set up the account?! AOL IS IN THE COMPLETE WRONG AND THEY KNOW IT!!! I HATE this company taking over and providing absolutely NOTHING but problems! I had AOL, (America in the title is an absolute joke!), about 20 years ago. I had similar problems and NO customer service then either. It almost took an act of Congress to get the account closed. This response that AOL is giving you is an absolute lie and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
