Car-Mart received my final payment, gave me the title to the vehicle because it was paid in full, and negatively affected my credit report w/o reason.
The Car-Mart in *** negatively affected my credit report, by reporting that my contract was not paid in full. (Shows a total of $9 was not paid) However, the only way to receive your title to any purchased vehicle is to pay off your account in full. I made my last payment in October of 2018, and received my title since it had been paid in full. I just recently viewed my credit report, and it is showing a negative impact from the company, "charged off as bad debt" for a total of $9, I have reached out to the company time and time again, with no response. I viewed my credit report due to being in the market for a home, and with the negative impact they have created, they have hindered my ability to receive a loan through my credit union. I'm not aware of any other situations of the same stature, but I know of other practices that have happened in similar circumstances, but none of this nature.
I'm seeking that the false information stated on my credit report from the company be fixed, information regarding as to why I was not previously contacted, why no one with the company will answer my questions, and how it is that I received my title after paying in full, but was never contacted for the supposed remaining balance of a whopping $9, that in turn affected me to the point of not being able to receive a loan due to any negatives on my credit report.

I got a car at the okmulgee location. And it started messing up the second day I had it. I called them they said they would fix it. Well here 8 months later they have had the vehicle 3 different times. 2 weeks the first time. 1 day the second time. And this last time a month. I had to call customer service for them to even think about my car. They didn't fix anything. And there are 15 different codes popping up on diagnostics test. I pay my payment on time every single time. No excuse.
My name is ***. This is my third vehicle purchase through car mart. Due to not having great credit and a whole lot to put down on a vehicle I went through their company. Originally in ***. I just recently traded the most recent vehicle I had through them for something different because what I had I owned for 3 years and was due for a new car. That's when I went to this location and got a jeep liberty at a reduced asking price of 9,999 dollars. I test drove the vehicle with a sales person and my fiance. I asked the sales man when backing the jeep off the ramps why the brakes made a funny sound. Sales person stated it was nothing and was caused by the vehicle sitting on the ramps. Not even a month of me having the vehicle it broke down over heating and shooting antifreeze all on the inside of the vehicle. I paid car mart 75$ to fix the issue. Now probably a month later from that I was driving to my clients house with my 4 year old daughter and the brake systems went completely out, almost causing me to get in a wreck, thankfully I was on a side road and not a main street because I would have been. I tried to use the emergency brake, pumping the regular brakes and nothing would work. I instantly called the dealership wanting them to come and get it, stating it is a dangerous vehicle that it could have been so much worse if I was driving in the middle of Springfield, that I would need a replacement vehicle due to nothing but issues and repairs on the vehicle since I have financed it. The manager said he wasn't responsible to fix it that I was and that a different vehicle wasn't to promise me any problems either. I stated to the manager that paying 460$ a month on something it should be reliable to get me from back and forth to where I need to go. The manager was not trying to help me. I started calling the corporate office after that from after 9:30 on 11/19 several times a day. No on ever contacted me. Yesterday being 11/23 I went and emptied the vehicle and requested to pick it up.
Product_Or_Service: 2010 Jeep Liberty
Other (requires explanation) Now that I have waited and attempted to contact them several times to get them to help me resolve the problem. I just want the contract dropped and them not to put this against my credit. I tried to have them just help me as a customer and they would not.

E-mail from consumer:
No it has not been resolved. I have only had worse news since I reported the vehicle being dangerous. They have also lied about some notations they have put in my account. I went to another dealership to get some kind of advice and noticed in my contract they are charging me more for the asking price then what was advertised on the vehicle at the date of purchase. I had 2 people with me that saw the asking price. The lady in the front office that called me stating she was taking me to court if I didn't come pay for the car, stated that it was probably just a accident that, that price was wrote on the vehicle. She then stated that the manager went over the contract with me and that is false as well. I have a witness that was in the room with me and the manager put all the information in the computer and verbally explained how much it was going to be and how much the payments were going to be as well. I was then sat in a room where I signed via electronically but was never explained the break down of the cost of the vehicle. And this was with the office assistant not the manager. I then watched a short film and was given the keys. So This is horrible update to give. I am trying to contact local law agency here to help dispute my contract or something with these people. They are a horrible business, and I plan to fight against them due to the poor service and dealing with a dangerous vehicle. Thank you for all your time. If there is anything further you advice me to do feel free to let me know!
Carmart is a crooked business buy knowingly over charging and making impossible contracts to meet.
I purchased a Jeep on 12/17/17 I had a job which paid weekly, carmart didn't hesitate to offer me anything I wanted. I choose a car I was told was 9999.00 sale price after asking what I felt was all the correct questions I proceeded to get insurance on it while contact was written up. After paying almost 200 more on top of the 20% down payment they require I'm presented with a contract that now has been increased to almost 13000 dollars which included nothing but fees that they profit from. So I suck it up then it starts raining and after all the mis leading already I noticed the car leaking water inside from the rain I informed them at the time of sale mind you and I'm told that go get it fix somewhere else I bought it as is. Wow I tell you so then I get hit with 110 every Friday for payments on top of a leaky car that about 1 month later broke down and I found out they charge me for a warranty so I let them know it's broke down they make me pay for a tow truck and anything wrong with it would have to be paid in full before I get it back, so how is that an extended warranty. Finally I give it back now I'm having to deal with the fact I paid well over market value already plus they blackballed a bunch of fees after I committed to buying there gonna try and say they only got 200 dollars for it when they resold it for thousands and want to keep getting money from me
I seek justice they're the worst kind of business out there they fees of a bad situation like their your best friend knowingly hiding their true agenda which is to put you in a far worst position then when you first started

8th time back for drive train issues, serious safety concern
Purchased vehicle 3/2018, after getting it home discovered the awd did not work and the rear differential made a loud noise, vehicle had the wrong axle in it, first trip back in. Then we had to take it back time after time for drive train issues, wheel bearings, hubs rotors, vehicle would rattle when driving and had a vibration, I replaced all 4 tires with new tires, same issues. They have replaced wheel bearings, and front end drive train components, but every time we get it back, more drive train issues. My wife has health issues and cannot drive it with the wheel shaking per her MD, vehicle is not save, wheel can come off if bearing locks up. *** has been awesome, he has tried to get it fixed, he has asked corporate office to replace it and they refused him, they offered to let us voluntary repo it, they would zero out the balance but report it to the credit bureau as a voluntary repo, attorney advised this would ruin our credit and not to do it. The mechanics they have either are not real mechanics or just don't know how to fix the vehicle. I have reached out to corporate over the last 3 months and they promise to call me, but they never have called me back, yesterday they promised to call back before end of day, still not call back yet. I have had this vehicle in the shop for over 2.5 weeks total time and it is not fixed yet. I am tired of giving them chances, I know it is as is no warranty, but they started a repair under their repair agreement for a service that is a safety issue and they will not make it right. This is a huge civil liability if anything happens due to the vehicle drive train issues. I am currently planning to go to the corporate office and sit in the office waiting for someone to actually talk to me about this, I can start a social media plan (we have a friend who works for a social media outlet who has agreed to help with Facebook, Instagram, you tube and twitter) to let these issues be know and travel to each dealership in the area and show people the vehicle and explain my experience with car mart to them and let them know my personal experience. You can call the support line and leave a message with staff who promise to get you a call back, but they never follow through.
Vehicle needs to be replaced with a safe vehicle at no extra cost to me on same value. I have made every payment and will pay this off no matter what the outcome as I am keeping my end of the agreement, they are not keeping their end by fixing it as agreed. I have been out over 2.5 weeks without my vehicle, they should at least fix it and offer to pay at least one payment for the time I did not have the vehicle period. I need to talk with a district manager, I don't want a post back telling me to call the 866 number for another unreturned call again like I have been told for the past 3 months

They have taken the vehicle back in and finally repaired it properly, I did speak with a district manager who handled my complaint about the corporate offices, the manager at the lot is very good to us and has done his job properly also. Thank you
Thank you for informing us of this update.
We have since been in contact with our customer and resolved this issue.
Thank you.

The dealer has resolved this issue with me to my satisfaction and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you
I have been in a 3 month nightmare trying to get my vehicle licensed.
I purchased a car from car mart on July 31 2018. I had it a week and it started overheating. I made several calls to car mart wanting to talk to the manager. He would not return my phone calls. I was told he likes to do business in person. My car continued to overheat. It took me calling corporate office to get a return call. August 31 my car went to the shop. Was 80 mile returned to me September 6. Then I went to get it tagged. I had no title. So I drove the 80 mile round trip to get title. Went to license bureau and they would not accept title due to having to many attachments. So I make the 80 mile trip again to return the title. I October 30 I received my new title. *** will not accept this new title because sale date can not be before title issue date. This has been a 3 month nightmare. I'm making payments on a car I can't drive. Again I called car marts corporate office complaining again about the *** lot. For the 3rd time. I want my money back. I'm done with car mart and this nightmare. I need a vehicle I can drive. I have $2000 invested in this car. Car mart wants to take $894 of my money for "mileage". This was not a rental agreement. This was a sale. If car mart has better customer service and would return calls we wouldn't have gotten 3 months into this mess. I feel it's not my fault this happened and I should not have to give up almost half of my money because of their poor business practices
I want all $2000 of my money returned to me.

As of 5:40 pm on Saturday November 10 2018 I have not received a response from Car Marts corporate office nor from the used car lot in ***. As of this weekend I have made yet another payment on a vehicle that is not legal to drive. As I stated in my original complaint I bought this vehicle on July 31. A week after purchase it started overheating. I repeatedly called the lot in *** and was told someone would call me back. But I never got a call. I called there many times to talk to the manager and was told "he likes doing business in person". I live 80 miles round trip from this car lot. It took me calling the corporate office to get a return call from the manager. August 31 the vehicle went to the show for a clogged radiator. I got it back September 6th. Then I go to get tags and find out I don't have a title. So I drive the 80 mile trip to get the title. *** would not accept the title because it had 3 pages of attachments to it. Car Mart had never applied for a dealer title. So again I drive the 80 miles to return the title with all the attachments and car mart put a second temp tag on my car. That was September 28. October 27 I still had not heard from car mart about the new title so I called them. Was told someone would call me back. Never received a return call. Temp tag was to expire Oct 28. Oct 30 I got the new title. *** would not accept this title either because the sale date on the back was before the issue date of the title. When I picked up the first title with all the attachments the woman at car mart apologized saying "we have had several people who didn't receive titles at the time of sale". But when I discussed this with the manager he told me "we never give titles at time of sale". How is anyone to get their vehicle tagged then ? Car Mart has shown me what they think of their "valued customers". And I am a repeat customer but never again. There customer service is horrible. They don't care about what happens after the sale. They just want your money. I guarantee if I wasn't making my payment they would take the car. I want all my money I have put into this car back. I DO NOT agree to paying them mileage on this car. Especially at .40 a mile. That's more than a rental company charges. This is car marts mess. They did not keep their end of this business deal. Now I want my money returned so I can go to a reputable car dealer. I do not want to do business with a company that does not value my business. I work hard for my money. I have placed 3 calls to Car Marts corporate office during this over 3 month nightmare with absolutely no satisfaction. They didn't even care enough about my business to contact me after I filed the original complaint. I want my money returned to me. I need a vehicle I can drive.
I bought a car 2 months ago. I have had problems with it. Needed a new clutch thank God it was under manufacturer warranty. I changed jobs so pay days changed. They would not work with me unless I refinanced it.
Repair issues covered under service contract not being fixed
Has been at shop for 10 days mechanic says dealer has not sent parts after he gave them a list of what was needed he was told they will not be replacing some of the items was lied to about what had been fixed dealer said two catalytic converter had been replaced when only one was told all fuel injectors where checked and good mechanic says no he told them they are bad and need replacing can not get anyone to return calls tried the general manager 6 times and still have not been able to get him.
Trade out of the vehicle or fix it in a timely manner only fixed one part in 10 days is unacceptable

Was told by *** at Car-Mart that they were under no obligation to provide me with any info regarding the repo, sale, and collection of debt.
I cosigned a vehicle with my now exhusband last year in July 2017. A month later we separated and the car was reposessed. They called to let me know my ex returned it and told me I would be notified of the sale of the vehicle. I then saw it on my credit report several months later. I never got a right to redemption letter, a letter on when and how much the car sold for, the balance owed and how to pay/settle. I contacted an employee named *** who was unbelievably rude. When I asked why I never got any info from them she stated "I am not obligated to provide you anything. But the balance is 3,000 and you can pay today." I asked if I was supposed to just take her word for it and she said "Well yeah." I told her I would not pay anything until I had something in writing, she said she didn't have to send anything. I offered my address and got off the phone. This violates FCRA practices and the amount she gave is double what is being reported to credit bureaus. I haven't even been provided a way to pay the debt other than handing over my information to her on the phone. No attempt has been made to contact me or provide any information. I know my rights. They absolutely ARE OBLIGATED to provide a right to redemption letter, sale letter, a collection letter with acct info on how to pay or a settlement offer. None of this has been done. Then they lie about what is owed even after I told her what is being reported to the credit bureaus. She also told me they are not attempting to contact my ex husband either and refuse to do so. They are clearly violation collection laws.
That Car-Mart be made to remove this from my credit and be made to follow lawful collection practices.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have deliberately avoided addressing my concerns about *** inappropriate behavior. From lying to me about how much I owe, telling me they are not obligated to send me any information, and not even giving me an account number. Something needs to be done about this. I am also the only one being pursued for the debt. That is wrong too. Their last known address for *** is my address so I know they are not even trying to pursue him and tried to fraudulently get more money out of me than what I owe by saying I owe more than double what I actually owe, and refusing to provide proof. Please do not allow this company to push people around. They have done nothing but lie from the start.
So I bought a 2007 Honda Accord from this location and was rear ended and the all state insurance guy called and said this car had a salvage title and to my surprise car-mart sold me a car they never should have and I had to pay the sales tax to register the car and allstate wouldn't pay but *** said if they didn't then he would make sure the new car 2006 Jeep Laredo the sales tax he will make sure is covered. Well I emailed and spoke to *** and he came back 2 days before tags are up saying I had to pay sales tax that car-mart won't. I don't think it is fair or good business to screw people over. I should be compensated for the sales tax I had to pay on the accord that they never should have sold me to begin with. The jeep has a ton of codes an its under 100,000 miles. The engine light came on as we started to drive off lot and max the salesperson said codes showed oxy sensors and he said *** would take care of it. I am not trying to be a pain but I am not being treated fairly and they still have not removed the honda from my credit.
Other (requires explanation) I want the sales tax paid like we where told. I want the car in the shop and fixed correctly and I want $3000 taken off of what we owe. I Do Not want Kimmy to contact me in anyway shape or form! She is Rude and very unprofessional and should never have a title of asst. manager

I have called them several times and never get a call back. I am done messing with them. I am going to the news stations and will never recommend anyone to use them! They are liars and thieves! I want my money refunded that is owed to me! I will go as far as needed !
I purchased a Jeep Commander (2007) from the CarMart in ***. When we were shopping the car, I asked the salesperson, ***, I asked about the sunroof and if it worked. She assured me that it did. We purchased the car and got it home. About 8 days later, it rained, and the sunroof leaked. I mopped up what I could, but I have no idea how much may have gone into the dash. When I called Car-Mart this morning, they told me that they wouldn't cover it, even though I have a warranty. They gave me the name of someone to fix it.
Other (requires explanation) I would like for CarMart to cover the cost of the repair to the leaking sunroof, since they told me that it worked.

I purchased a 2006 Buick Rainier on 6/1/18. I paid $700 down. I drove the vehicle for two weeks and it completely stopped. I had my car towed to them. I paid $75 to get my car fixed. They told me my truck was ready and I could come get it. I took a cab there. I got there and my keys wouldn't unlock my truck. I called them and told them about the keys and they told me the keys belonged to another car on the lot. Then I came back and it unlocked the car but it got stuck in the ignition. The key won't come out. The cab driver tried to help and it wouldn't do anything. A person hung up on me when I inquired about my truck. Now they are not answering my phone calls and my truck is still on their lot.
Other (requires explanation) I would like my down payment refunded.

I would not buy a car from here. I bought a car in January of 2016 that has multiple issues since I got it. They will not do anything to fix the issues and even though I have nearly paid it off the will not let me trade in. They will not even try to make things right by their customers, but they sure want you money every week.
I purchased my vehicle back in February from the CarMart in ***. I asked the salesperson, ***, if the air conditioner worked. It was February and cold so there was really no way to check it. He assured me that it was working. Now that it is warmer, I turned the air conditioner on, and it doesn't work. My son tried replacing the freon, and found that it wasn't even connected inside the car. When I called this to their attention, they said that they would call me back after he scheduled an appointment with a vendor to have it fixed. I never heard back. When I called today, the general manager said that I would be responsible for the repair.
Other (requires explanation) I would like for CarMart to cover the cost of the repair since they assured me that it was working back in February.
We purchased a truck years ago from the Car-Mart in ***. The truck was having issues that I thought were related to the brakes. So I took the truck to get looked at, and frame was so rusted it was about to crumble on the jack holding it up. *** made me take the car off the streets. We got the truck switched, but they didn't apply any of the money from the old Chevy to the new Ford truck. We had paid almost $4,000. The new Ford truck we had to pay $11,000. After getting the new truck, we thought there was an oil leak. Then we thought the new issue may be a valve cover gasket issue. It was neither. When we took the car to a dealership, they said it was a blown head gasket. The dealership told us that labor alone would cost at least $1,600. Car-Mart said they would not help because they say the warranty is up. It has been leaking since we bought the car, but they would never do anything about it. They had to have known about this issue before selling the car to us.
Other (requires explanation) We would just like for Car-Mart to either repair our car or pay for the repairs.

I've had my car less than a year and have had trouble since day one and now the car (2006 Pontiac G6 GT) needs $1,900 worth of work!
I got a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT from Car- Mart of *** in August 2017. When I got the car I drove it less than a mile, turned it off, and it wouldn't start so they came and got it and two days later was told it was fixed. Went to get it and drove it that night and to *** the following day for work and went to start it and it didn't start and when I asked *** how I was getting him he stated he didn't know and they would not give me a courtesy car. I've had issues with it starting every since and I have tried to trade it in and was told no! I have called numerous times and have gotten the run around so I finally took it to a approved mechanic and next to nothing on the covered parts list was wrong and my portion of my car to make it safe for my kids to ride in it is $1.900 and I have made every single payment on time and they are not willing to work with me and I believe they knew this car was a lemon when they sold it to me!! I'm seeking to either trade it in or cancel the contract without garnishment of my wages as they said they would do!! The General Manager *** and Assistant general manger *** are rude and they are not willing to work with me even after I had to endure a speech from *** where he not only spit on me while he was talking but he drew all over my paperwork ( I believe he was on drugs this day because of his actions and body language) about the trust factor and that if I made my payments on time then he would be willing to work with my on anything! He and the General manager have not did anything to make this situation any better!
I am currently seeking to trade in my car for another reliable car (this time I will be taking it to the mechanic before I decide to finance it) or to let me give back the car with a total refund of my down payment and payments I made!

I authorize that you can speak to them about this matter and anything that pertains to this and to make things worse they are basically refusing to work with me on the lemon that they sold me and the only thing they could come up with was giving me a secondary loan for the $1200 (that is not tax included) to repair my car but they want a 50% down payment on that and it would push my pay off date back plus they want me to keep making my payments on time which I have been doing!! This is totally unacceptable and this car dealership is a total scam!!! To add insult to injured I became heated but respectful about the way they were treating a valued customer ( with this company there is not morals or values) and *** who takes care of getting the cars repaired screamed at me "do you want me to help you or not" and that is totally disrespectful and he also told me "there is not such thing as lemon when you are buying used cars" which is a total lie my friend got a used car with the same amount of miles on it as my car and its in excellent condition!! I feel like I'm being treated unfairly by this company and I've asked several times for this car to be traded in and they keep telling me that I haven't had it long enough but with the current issues I feel like this is a special situation that they could trade the car in ESPECIALLY when I've been making my payments on time everytime!!! hopefully the Revdex.com can get them to let me trade this car in before I spent hundreds of dollars in repairs!
My husband found a truck there that he liked. A 2000 Ford F-250 with 130,000. We were told the front end had just been re done. Within a week of having the truck we realized that was a lie. I think what they meant to say was the front end NEEDS re-done. We had purchased the warranty just in case. As soon as my husband realized what was wrong he took it back to them to get it fixed. My husband is a mechanic but didn't have the time to fix it himself and thinking it was covered under warranty, would cost us a lot less. My husband told them everything that was wrong with it and they said they would take care of it. We get the truck back A WEEK later, because they said they had to send it to the Ford dealership. We called the Ford dealership and our truck was never there. When we get it back, my husband goes to inspect everything. They only replaced 1 part, the steering box, with a used steering box that had more miles than the truck. They didn't fix anything else. At this point, we are just tired of dealing with them so my husband fixes everything else. That's $1,000. Now it's time to tag it and apply for title. My husband goes to tag it, he is informed at the DMV that he needs a power of attorney. So now he has to call Car-mart and of course they don't have it. They tell him they will have it in a week. It's been a month and still don't have it. So now we have a truck that we're not sure is ours and if they had any legal right to sell.
I got a 2001 buick lesabre from car mart and they had told me there was nothing wrong with it . I even had a gentleman tell me his parents use to own the car and he knows that it is a very good reliable car. I drove off in my very first car not only did they fail to really explain to me what a balloon payment is. He asked me if I could afford and certin amouth and I said of course not knowing what I am truly doing and that was my mistake but by the 1st day I had a engine light come on, they told me it was only a electrical problem and not to be worried again I do not understand what I am currently doing with a car because it is my first car. I drove off and I went to roll down my windows 2 out of the 4 Windows rolled down now I am a little upset because I just bough this car and I am having problems. I than explain to them that my breaks are squealing and now I tell then they need to fix The problems because this is uncalled for they told me they dont cover me but they will go ahead and do it anyways. I got the car back and the ONLY THING that got fixed was the windows. Now a week later I am driving my sister to school and my car just decelerates slowly from than it ONLY GOT WORSE!!! Than my breaks locks up my steering wheel locks up I pull over and I think its a battery problem I got my dad to help me get a new battery come to find out IT WAS NOT IT WAS MY ALTERNATER!!!! Now I am having to head back to my house know that my car is only getting worse than again driving home my car starts to decelerates and it starts to smoke like crazy I pull over using my emergency break again because my breaks arent working , I got it to cool down. I have no phone on me and no store near me so I am having to drive a unsafe car back to my house AND ONCE AGAIN MY CAR DECLERATES!!! Going 60 mph big clouds of smoke comes out of my hood and my car now will not turn over. My mom saw me and pulled over and we went a head and moved everything to her car and I went to lock the car with my keys and it doesn't lock NOW THERE IS A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM something I told them already and they told me it was a problem but they didnt fix it!!! They now want me to pay a cancellation fee to return the car THIS IS UNCALLED FOR AND it is false advertisement. It is one thing to know that buying a use car it is exspecting to have minor issues but when they tell u there is NO PROBLEMS u bring problems to their attention!!! And I am still driving a UNSAFE CAR I KNOW MUILTABLE family members that have the same probeom 2ith the same company and Car mart wants us to pay them? For a unsafe car that I could have died in or my little sister could have? This is very wrong and rude and it needs to be taken care if pleaseee I dont want someone like me again out on the rode and exactly die or kill someone else for CAR MARTS LIES
Other (requires explanation) Either a replacement or out of the contract
The manager's in both *** office are liars and do not honor their word. They waste your time and treat you like you are stupid. Bought a truck in ***. I had issues with the motor/transmission and tried to get another truck from the *** office. That manager also wasted my time and effort going there. I have had this same truck with the problem for a week now. The managers in *** and *** will not return your call or help make this process any simple. I am now stuck with the truck with the motor/transmission issues
Replacement I just want to exchange this broke truck for one without any motor/transmission issues

False reporting of information on my credit profile.
After 6 years financially dealing with this company on a Bi-Weekly basis and purchasing 4 vehicles; I have had nothing less but an outstanding experience with Car-Mart, until this week. Recently this week, I had gone into my bank to hopefully seek a consolidation on all of my notes, only to be told that my "Debt to Income" ratio was out of wack. I knew this couldn't be right, being I make a salaried $73,000 a year with two car notes totaling no more than $30,000 and two consumer bank notes totaling no more than $3,000. Come to find out, America's Car-Mart is reporting on my credit report and to the credit bureau that I pay $965/mth for one car and $572/mth for another. Okay, the car that they say I pay $965/mth for, I pay $300. And for the car that is $572/mth, I pay $160. I have contacted and spoke endlessly with my local office, only to get the response that everything is normal and nothing can be done. I have contacted corporate without any response. Any chemically balanced human being with a moral compass and any type of common sense can sit down and tell you that it is NOT normal and something CAN be done about such HUGE discrepancies that can damage someone's financial rapport. I hope to find the resolution that Car-Mart reports information accurately, because the employees at this particular location are outstanding and have exceptional customer service abilities; I believe they are just unaware of how their "Underwriting" department works.
