I am rejecting this response because:
I find it very interesting that the Owner blames me for bringing bedbugs into his facility? Early during that morning, I began to itch, scratch and notice bumps all over my upper body? Seems to me if I had bedbugs, I would have had issues prior to arriving at his hotel? When I arrived home, my wife took pictures of my upper body and located several complaints on the internet about this hotel and "bedbugs." ? Attached? I wanted to personally add my complaint to the Revdex.com and to the New Jersey Consumer Affairs? A representative from the Health Department and/or Consumer Affairs needs to visit this location to verify these claims? I also find it interesting that the individual at the front desk had Hydrocortisone Cream readily available for victims
Consumers spend Billions of dollars with businesses and it's amazing that businesses won't take responsibility for their bad actions and blame customers

the following question: I do not understand why the issue took so long to resolveAfter I called my credit card company then magically the person on the other end said they could issue to refund when in the past they had said they needed to wait for the general manager who was not around.? Although I am saying this was resolved (it technically was) I do not appreciate the hotel's lag in their resolution and their inability to competantly deal with this issueI will also be sure to make our subsidiaries in the area aware of this hotel (we frequently book hotel stays for performing artists in the area and other guests at various hotels in the area) so that our business and their businesses will not do business with such an incompetant hotel

I am rejecting this response because: The response by this hotel is completely false and I don't appreciate basically being called a liar. We did not even stay because of the ck roaches and we were told we would get our money back once the card used to rent the room was presented. It appears at this point that they would have preferred us to check out so that they could possibly re-rent the room. It's not about the money at all, but the fact that this hotel completely lied to me and did it intentionally.

complaint we deliberately turned on the fan to check for cockroaches. No such pests were discovered.   As for the conversation with management, it could not have happened exactly as the guest has related. Before any refund can be promised or issued we need to confirm the legitimacy of a complaint. In this case an inspection would have to be performed first. Management is well aware of this.   We are very sorry this guest had to drive all the way home and return to our hotel without being granted the compensation they had requested. I am rejecting this response because:I have 5 pictures of what the room looked like. Also a running toliet. I quickly went back to get a review and refund from the person on duty, he wouldn't review the room with me or refund  my money.  This dump and the people roaming the halls was not fit for a 64 year old senior.  He should have checked the room with me and credited me. Filthy windows, sills, sheets, furniture & tub are not good motel qualities.  When I entered another motel that day and guest said they have an abundance of roaches.  When I had time to check other guests claimed that too.  I think if management considers the room that they tried to get me to stay in, they are sick!!  There help should have come to see room.  They can contact me.  Because my next move is to go to attorney general with this scam

Americas Best Value Inn has refunded the customers money in full, however we could not issue a refund directly the customer. The situation with this customer is that [redacted] used a booking website to pay for her stay online. When this happens a customer pays the booking company, in return we charge the booking websites virtual credit card and the customer payment details are never revealed to us. We have refunded the credit card provided by the booking company she used while booking to receive a refund from them since she did not directly pay us.  We have no details on how much she paid and it is a different amount from what the third party booking company pays us.
She must contact which ever third party booking company that she used to book her stay with us and ask them for a refund directly as we have no control over a third party website.

I stand by my first statement. I did not reverse all the charges as they claim. That is another lie. I only reversed the charges I was not told about. $138.81 for the pickup and delivery. I paid fully the rest.
Did they provide you with a copy of contract with my signature showing total charges? No they did not because they don't have one.

On May 23rd 2016 [redacted] brought her [redacted] into our service department for service. Her complaints were as stated below. “When driving, the vehicle turns off when stopped/switching gears. Had battery replaced (elsewhere) car worked for a few days, and stopped...

working” “Check Engine Light is on” During the vehicle diagnosis the technician Brad B[redacted] first drove the vehicle and during road test the vehicle did not cut off but ran a little rough at times. The vehicle was brought into the shop and inspected for items that may cause the customers concerns. Codes were pulled for the check engine light the following codes were found in the engine computer system.  P0420 code definition Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold P0171- Lean fuel trim on bank one. P0520-Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Input Conditions. Upon performing diagnostic procedures the technician found the following problems. P0420- The catalytic converter itself was no longer functioning properly and may cause low power and transmission to shift abnormally P0171- The purge valve that controls the fuel tank evap-system was stuck open and one side purge valve was broken allowing un-metered air to enter the engine intake manifold. Could cause car to stall or not run properly P0520- The oil pressure sensor was shorting out causing low resistance. During the 27 point inspection it was noted that the wiper blades were bad. The following repairs were recommended. The catalytic converter needed to replaced based on the code P0420- customer told us it was an aftermarket convertor install by another shop. Recommended the customer go back to the shop that install this converter or to another exhaust shop due to age of vehicle and aftermarket converter. Replace the purge valve- The customer authorized this repair based on P0171 Replace the oil pressure sensor- The customer authorized this repair based on P0520. Replace wiper blades-The customer authorized this repair After the authorized repairs the technician road tested the car several miles the car ran properly did not stall. The P0420 code returned. The car was returned to the customer because we knew that the catalytic convertor neede to go back to the other shop. It is impossible to say how many miles the car was road tested because the odometer on the car does not work. The true odometer reading of this vehicle is also unknown. We have reviewed our record and find that the proper work was done. We do not know when the catalytic convertor was replace or by what shop. Mrs. [redacted] may have bought vehicle like this. The car was towed in and the customer was able to drive it out of Haley. If she had returned the car to Haley our technician would been able to re-check the codes in the car as of that time to make sure any of the parts we installed were not defective. After review we feel strongly that our business has performed the service that payment has been received for.

Mr. ** came to the property after the complaint once again and in the name of good customer service, we offered Mr. ** a more than fair compensation for whatever troubles he may have experienced and to close the complaint case for good. The compensation offered to Mr. ** totaled more than his cost of the room and doctors fee. Under no circumstance are we obligated to offer more than a full refund and in this specific case, since there were no infestations found, we were not required to offer any refund whatsoever, but only offered this generous package to ease his tensions. Mr. ** has decided to decline our compensation offering in search of more money, for which we cannot oblige. Mr. ** has filed a complaint with our corporate partners and has not been successful in his mission. I entered  a complaint against Autosport Honda about two months ago. Recently I was contacted by the general manager, Eric, who resolved the problem. He issued a refund check to me for the overpayment. I received the check in the mail. The complaint number was [redacted]Thanks.

I contacted HR asking where my 2014 W2 was Feb 16. The HR department responded by telling me my W2 was sent to an old address, I told them where to send my W2. On March 4th the HR department informed me that my W2 "is now being mailed to the correct address". I then realized that on December 29th a student representative emailed me informing me that the University had a bad address on file for me.

My problem with the University is that 1) they knew they were sending my W2 to a bad address and the HR department never tried to contact me, and 2) after I had told them where to send my W2 they waited 2 weeks to put it in the mail.

I would like to add that I will never be patronizing Autosport Honda again.  My experience was not pleasant.  I unknowingly purchased a vehicle with a blown head gasket on the engine and within a week I had to contribute towards the repairs.  And, obtaining the title after my check cleared should not have been such ordeal.  You can be sure that I will never return and I will be telling all my friends and family and social media contacts about my experiences and the poor quality of the vehicles sold at Autosport Honda of Bridgewater, NJ.
