I understand clearly that you are in the business to sell. However your business that I have visited did not want to sell to me. I would not be in this predicament if I was treated with dignity and respect as your customer. I literally had to beg for your general manager's contact information. Your company made me feel like the information was not for any customers but internal use only. Your company is not a private company it is a publically held company and all employees contact for the business should be available to the customers upon request. I'm not asking for a personal contact number but just an extension to your general manager's business phone number. I was told by your receptionist that if I called to direct my call to one and only your finance manager Tobey, and to not give anyone else's phone number but his. He told me the buck stops with him and if I'm not happy with the service then he'll just cancelled my transactions and refund my deposit of $5000. Indeed he cancelled my purchased that was financed through [redacted].
Yes I understand you have best interest to protect your company's brand and image. But I feel that you company has not given me any respect in regards to the way your employees treated me. Yes I called and talked to your finance director and talked to the general manager, you can logged all the calls you want, but nothing was compromised to my satisfaction. Your general manager offered to waived the fees after the fact that the transaction had already been cancelled. Your finance director belittle me, made me feel as if I was not his only customer. There are so many dealerships I could have gone to but I choose your dealership because you have the vehicle I want, and I flew 2000 miles to purchased it just to have it cancelled with no further explanation, and to received this kind of treatment. It became resentment, animosity, mistreatment, racial profiling, and down right poor customer service.
I feel that since my purchase was cancelled on your end due to your employee's ego, that my credit pull should be removed. I will take necessary action to ensure that my credit is restored.
