Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a good start, American airlines is offering me points on my account but that doesn't include my wife who had to sit in the same row with the man that caused this issueThat alone doesn't satisfy us as a wholeMy wife if anything should be given some sort of compensation as wellI expect that if American airlines really wants to satisfy my wife and I they need to compensate both of us Regards, [redacted]
