Met with Aloha Debbie after a storm passed through my area, and she literally got on the roof herself to survey the damageShe explained the contract to me, put me at ease about the fine print, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire processNo leaks or issues since, and Aloha Debbie even called me about weeks after they finished the roof to make sure I was happyGreat experience!!!

Be careful working with this company, they will send you the invoice for any roofing /work they do on your house instead of sending the insurance company, They always lie about the insurance company not paying them I learn the hard way, they put a lien on my house because they want me to pay them instead of them sending the insurance company the billEven though the insurance company approved the roofing and waiting for them to send the bill they very unprofessional and rude

Aloha worked directly with our insurance so the whole process was stress free on us We were told up front exactly what our out of pocket costs would be and when the work was completed the amount we were quoted was exactly what we paidThere weren't any hidden or additional "unforeseen" costs involved The date they gave us to do the work was the date they did the work Their customer service was courteous and professionalThe job site crew were professional as well, completed the new roof in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves Within 1/hour of them completing the new roof a representative from Aloha came to our house to make sure that the site was clean and to check to see if we had any questions or concerns We are completely satisfied with the work performed by Aloha Construction and highly recommend them

Aloha Construction came to my door asking to do a free inspectionI was hesitant at first to let him do an inspection but I allowed itMatt, my claim specialist, told me about some damages to my roofHe said that if the adjuster agreed with his findings the insurance company would cover all damages due to the hail storm that happened this yearHe suggested that we call them to have an adjuster come out and evaluate the damagesOnce the adjuster came out he agreed with Aloha, and they wrote me a check for the first installment of the roofA little over two weeks later aloha came by and installed my new roof all in one day! The crew was very good at picking up all debris around the houseOverall I was very satisfied with all work completed by Aloha Construction incI would recommend them to any friend or family member

And yes, Aloha going on my roof WAS a free "property inspection" which is advertised in the paperwork they provided with the company logo on itAlso, sending a invoice with charges of $2,for materials that was never estimated and a permit purchase for $that was never purchased through our villageOur village has no record of purchase under Aloha Construction! charges! Aloha Construction should put in this much time and effort to provide consumers with good business practices then maybe the company can develope a good reputation! I had damage done to my roof and part of my siding and gutters on one side from a storm years ago The salesman who stopped by was very nice, helpful, and explained everything (including the agreement) to me I was not "surprised" by anything, and was told that they what they did was survey the damage, and work with my insurance company to get a claim approved Like many agreements, they do this so that you will use them to do the work, which is what I did They were eager to get the job started, and did quick work I was really impressed with the quality of the job that they did, and have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/23) */ On 10-8-@ 11:30am [redacted] from our production staff went to Mrs [redacted] 's home where she showed us a picture of moisture on the ceilingAt this point the ceiling was dryWe offered to preform a water test to determine if the roof was leaking or if there is a condensation issue, Mrs [redacted] did not want us to do the test because she was sick [redacted] gave her his direct phone number and told her to call him if moisture appeared againOn 11-12-Customer called and said the spot was back, we responded within an hour and preformed a leak testNothing leaked so we explained that there is no access into the attic on this section of her homeThat we would need to cut an access to her attic and would return to do so, Mrs [redacted] agreedOver the next couple days we called times and left messages with no return callFinally on 4-3-(months later) we met with Mrs [redacted] 's handyman and her hvac tech to address the issue, we found that her handyman dumped a bucket of tar around the flue pipe and handyman thought it was ice damningWe explained the tar would have to be removed to diagnose the leakShe told us to leaveWe want to address this issue but we need Mrs [redacted] 's cooperation to do soWe will try to reach out to her again to solve thisIf our roof is leaking we will fix both the roof and any interior damage caused by leakGaining access to her attic will determine if the roof is leaking or if she has a condensation issue from something other than the roof Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/04/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They did a fantastic job with the siding on our house, came back to fix a small problem we had quickly, and we had a ton of help from their rep picking between the options. Great value for the price too! Love the final color.
