CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! ALOHA CONSTRUCTION, Inc“Storm Roofing Chasers” I’ll make this complain concise and clear as possible, please see below reasons not to do business with Aloha: • Deceivers – the Aloha Representative “RB” was going around the neighborhood telling lies about how he is the owner, claiming the roof contractors are his workers, special relationship with the insurance adjusters, gaining a credit for putting up the ridiculous Aloha sign in the front yard, and so on These are his assertions and are completely and misleading He is not the owner and the other statements he made are completely fabricated• DO NOT sign the contract because the company will force and threaten you with a lawsuit if you do not complete the service with Aloha unless you pay the 15% of the insurance settlement Be smart and compare rates with other roofers and ask for an upgrade shingle (not the IKO) Aloha is banking with these IKO shingles installed on the roofs for the uninformed consumers thinking they all have an upgraded and better quality shingle For the price that the insurance covers, Aloha can upgrade your shingle or go to another construction company that will do it for the same insurance claimed settlement• Every time “RB” (or Aloha representative) tells you a story that is too good to be true – take it with a grain of salt Be smart and use the Internet to research about ALOHA ALWAYS compare to other construction companies of what the insurance settlement offered you for the claimed you filed• Management is also a problem because they are backing up “RB” and all his misrepresentation to our neighborhood In short, you can’t do business with unethical people• In the end – we disagreed with their unethical business practice and the company did not offer warranty on the installed roof• PLEASE READ AGAIN AND FOLLOW THE ADVICE!!!

I was referred from my sister to Aloha ConstructionThey had my adjuster come to my home for a inspectionThey said I had storm damage, and I was covered for a new roof, sidingThe only out of pocket cost was my deductibleThe work was done in a timely manner and the quality was greatI would recommend them

Aloha construction replaced the roof,siding and gutters on my house and I couldn't be more please with the whole processMy house looks like brand newThe staff kept me informed throughout the whole processThe work was done in a timely matter and we were very impressed with the quality and workmanshipWe would definatly recommend this company to family and friends

We received a flyer on our door and checked them outWe were then contacted and dealt with Brian and he and the crew were very responsive and helped call our insurance company to work out the approvalGreat company, our roof and gutters were done and no mess afterwardsBrian responded quickly day or evening! Would highly recommend!

The staff at Aloha Construction have not only effectively manage our claim with a balance of good judgement and cost efficiency, they understood the complexity of the insurance claim process and knew how to proceed from start to finishI would recommend Aloha construction to anyone needing a roof replacementThey were there for us and serviced every one of our needs

We recently contracted Aloha Construction to replace our entire roof after a heavy rain/hail storm caused damage to itAloha worked directly with our insurance adjuster and told us up front exactly what our out of pocket costs would beThe amount we were quoted was the exact amount we paid after the work was completeThe day we were told they would be out to do the work is the day they did the workA representative came out after the crew left to make sure they cleaned up the site and to see if we had any questionsTheir representatives and customer service were very professional and knowledgeableWe are pleased with the work that Aloha did for us and highly recommend them

Just had our entire roof replaced This is the best contractor we ever dealt with The workers were fast and cleaned after the job, making my house look better than when they started the job We could not have been more pleased

We worked with Alex the sales rep and he was very helpful right from filing the claim for our siding damage to getting it repaired

This company is a trust worthy companyno hidden fees and all Ipaid for was my deductibleI got my roof done by alohaIt only took them one day to complete the roof and when they came across bad pieces of decking they replaced it free of chargeI would defrecthis company!

Aloha did a fantastic job siding my houseThey were professional and fast

I would recommend Aloha Construction because I believe they have totally met all of my roofing needs in the past I have been extremely satisfied with every experienceI never once thought about calling another companyThe work is always performed correctly the first time and the prices are reasonable

Our home look brand new! New roof new siding and new guttersThanks to aloha we got over 32k towards restoring our storm damaged propertyCouldn't have happened without you're helpPersonal thanks to Sal and Frank [redacted] and Dmitry [redacted] They were the team of specialists who worked on our home project

In November Aloha came out and replaced my roof after hail damageThey have replaced roofs in my cull-de-sac1st of all when their salesman (Gary ) came to my house I told him that I have gutter helmet on my gutters and I wanted it taken off so I could keep it as I have another property I was going to use it onThe inscopaid for replacement alsoWhen the crew tore of my roof they just ripped the gutter helmet off not only tearing up the gutter helmet so it could not be reused but they tore holes in the top edge of all of my guttersI had taken about feet of the gutter helmet off the gutters before they started to help them outWhen they cleaned up they took the ft that I had taken off and stacked in my backyard away from houseThis is just a loss to me as they refused to do anything about any of thisAfter many calls and arguments with different people from aloha they said they would only replace the gutter on one end of my houseThey told me that I would not be able to see the other damage from the ground therefore they refused to replace anymore gutterWhen the gutter helmet guy came to install new gutter helmet on the damaged gutters he said he had one hell of a time trying to get the gutters straightened for the new gutter helmetOf course Gary tried to back out saying that was not what was decided onMy feelings at that they should have replaced all the damaged gutters that their crew tore upI also had to have them come back and replace two pieces of flashing that they reused and was cracked all along the roof where it was installedThey said the reason for that was they didn't have any flashing material on their truckSo if I would not have checked the roof out after they were done I would have this damage and not known itThey also broke some of my wife's lights in her flower bedThey did finally go to Menards and buy her new onesAfter arguing with this Gary I finally refused to allow him on my property any longer and told them I would have him arrested if he didThis guy acts like he will bend over backwards for you, but most of what he says is lies One of my neighbors roofs they ran out of drip edge and just didn't install about ftof it they also threw the shingles off and left scratches and black marks along that same side of his home of which he just restrained this summerThe other neighbor had them out several times during and after his roof was done for different things that was wrong They also make you sign a contract stating that after they agree to do your roof you cannot back out and have someone else do the job or you pay them 15% of the estimateI think there is only one home that didn't seem to have complaints and I think that is because they new the guy is an attorneyWould I ever have Aloha do any work for me in the future or recommend them to friends DEFINETALY NOT!
