This is a response to complaint ID *** from Ms*** *** ? Please see below pictures documenting that the requested repairs were completed on 9/Our maintenance staff who performed the repairs personally told her on 9/that the repairs were completedOur staff also advised her
that the bathtub and tile surround should be resurfaced, but at that time Ms*** was undecided if she wanted to move forward with the resurfacing.?

I am rejecting this response because: you now have the complaint for the uncompleted and ignored work order to fix the hole in the roof and remove the animal infestation ASAP

what day this week I can get maintenance and pest control in your apartment to take care of any issues you may have. Although we have had some changes in staff I have always made myself available to the residents at your community. In fact, I spoke with you briefly via email on various occasions and on 2/13/18 when you express how upset you were that you were being charged late fees. If your lease states late fees I can’t change that but I can make things better as it relates to getting your service request complete in a timely manner. We value you as a resident and we would like for you to be happy about being a resident at Henderson Flats. the VP of Operations of Allied notified the Accounting Department • On 7/24/17 Accounting notified [redacted] that they were cutting a check that day and mailing it out to her that same day. Accounting verified her address and mailed her check out. Once [redacted] notified Allied Property Management of her concerns Allied Property Management responded to her concerns in a timely manner. This issue was resolved on 7/24/17, please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this dispute. Ms. [redacted] am sorry you feel this way, again I know your frustrated and I cannot change the past but if you give us a chance we will try our best to make things better going forward. However, if you choose for us not to take care of these issues and you would rather move you would have to give a 30/60-day notice based on the terms of your lease. Your lease expires 4/30/18 if you leave before it expires you could be looking at a reletting fee, it’s certainly your choice. In the meantime, I would really like to take care of your service request this week please let me know what day I can scheduled maintenance and pest control.
