I spoke with [redacted] regarding this issueI was informed that the resident does not have any outstanding work orders and any issues that the resident may have had were resolvedWe value all? of our residents and their concerns, so I will notify our? Regional Maintenance regarding this just in case something was overlooked? Thanks,

All of the concerns regarding [redacted] 's security deposit refund have been addressed.? • On 7/21/ [redacted] notified Allied Property Management regarding the delay of her receiving her security deposit.? • On 7/22/ the VP of Operations of Allied notified the Accounting Department? • On 7/24/Accounting notified [redacted] that they were cutting a check that day and mailing it out to her that same dayAccounting verified her address and mailed her check out.? ? Once [redacted] notified Allied Property Management of her concerns Allied Property Management responded to her concerns in a timely mannerThis issue was resolved on 7/24/17, please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this dispute.? This is a response to complaint ID [redacted] from Ms [redacted] ? Please see below pictures documenting that the requested repairs were completed on 9/Our maintenance staff who performed the repairs personally told her on 9/that the repairs were completedOur staff also advised her that the bathtub and tile surround should be resurfaced, but at that time Ms [redacted] was undecided if she wanted to move forward with the resurfacing.?

This response you have given me is the same blanketed response that you’ve given me multiple times, to no availI’ve asked you multiple times to have a phone conversation with me to get things resolved and you’ve never completed that requestYet you send emails and ignore them when it is convenient for youThis is not how you manage a propertyAs far as my late fees, those have been waived because my contract did not have those rules your Manager we’re trying to get me to abide byI’m unhappySomething needs to be done about thisIt shouldn’t have to go this far to get serviceEspecially when I’ve done my part as the tenant.
