I ordered an ebook and never received an email to notification to download it days later. The company address is in Maryland, the phone number says it is in New Jersey except it doesn't work, and the email address link is also broken. This company is a scam and should be shut down.

I paid for an online ebook and they never sent it to me and when I went to file a complaint and get a refund, their email and phone did not work
I paid $29 and was given the purchase code ***. I was then told it would be sent to my email and I never received it. I went to email and it wouldn't process and then I went to call and the number didn't exist.

Got scammed, phone doesn't work. I purchased a book and received nothing in return.

I purchased a book for a class. I ordered the pdf file since I needed it immediately. Unfortunately, I haven't receive the file as of yet.
I made a purchase for one of my classes. I needed a pdf or download file. Unfortunately, I didn't get the file. The phone number on the website is not working and either is the email to get in contact with the company. I will try to put a stop payment to this company. At least I didn't spend a lot of money on the purchase.

Their entire website is a legitimate hoax. You never receive the eBook and all of their buttons and contact information are fake.
I paid for an eBook on this website before I knew that it was a scam. The website is designed to look like a real business page, but none of the buttons work and the contact information is fake. Call their number, and it is out of service. Hit their email button, and it sends to "[email protected]". The payments also go to a person named Jordan Thomas.

I purchased an Ebook for software engineering, but was given a french book, with no way to contact the company.
On January 9, 2019, I purchased a college textbook, Software Engineering: Principles and Practice.
My wife and I were charged $25, and told that a wait period would be required before I could access the book.
On the following day, January 10, I got a confirmation email that my order was ready. I accessed the download of the Ebook, but while the website and download name reflected Software Engineering: Principles and Practice, the download was of a book for learning French. "English Grammar for Students of French".
I went to Allebook's website, and called every number listed for returns or support, but all numbers were disconnected, they did not even ring. The contact form failed to submit anything, instead returning a red error message that the message couldn't be sent. There was a [webcam chat]*** option, which I used and tried to send messages, which also notified me that my sent messages were failing.
Disappointingly, 2 days before assignments from the book become due, I am left with the wrong book, and no way to communicate with Allebooks.

I tried to purchase an eBook on allebooksource.com, and never received the product.
On 1/8/2020 I purchased an eBook on the online website allebooksource.com. The book cost $16 U.S. dollars. I found the website after performing a search for the book on google, and one of the recommended listings was for allebooksource. After providing my credit card information and address I ordered the eBook. I immediately received a confirmation email from the website that told me they had received my order. According to the website, the eBook would be sent to you 30 min - 12 hours after your order is placed. A day after I had placed my order, I had not received the product I ordered (and still haven't 4 days later 1/12/2020). I decided to send the company an email to make sure my order was being processed. I used the email address listed under the "Contact" section at the bottom of the website ([email protected]). After sending the email, it was immediately bounced back because the email address couldn't be found. Then, I decided to try the phone number listed ((609) 796-4265) and the call didn't go through either. So the email and phone number given on the website do not exist. Then I decided to use the same email address that was used to send me the order confirmation email ([email protected]). This time the email did not get bounced back, but I have not received a reply back regarding the status of my order.

I ordered a digital copy of a textbook 1/9/20 at 9:30am and was supposed to receive it within 12 hours. I have never received it. It is a SCAM.
I want my $36.00 back and this website shut down. Apparently, it has multiple websites.

I purchased a book online and then the site was taken down and my money taken with it. Their phone number is inactive as well to contact.
I purchased an online textbook from the website on January 8th and the website said it would need 30min to 12hr to process my request. After 48 hours, I received an invoice message from the company and they said my book was ready to download. When I tried to access the site however, there was no website to access. The connection has been taken down and there is also no way to contact them for a refund because their listed phone number in not in service. I am very unhappy because as a college student, I do not have extra income to be taken from me especially when I now have to go and purchase the book again. I cannot access my order number because the site has been removed but the charge was for $16.38.

I got scammed. Phones do not work or messaging. Lost money.

I purchased an ebook on 12/25/19. Received an email stating it could take up to 12 hours to receive ebook. After 2 days, I still had not received ebook. I tried replying to email I received and got no response. I logged on to my account and it showed my order and was still processing. Now when I log it, it says I have no orders. I did change my password and received an email asking if I had changed my password and if not, to contact customer support. I tried emailing to that and still have not received a response. The website had no contact info.

The company did not deliver an order. The company's phone numbers and addresses are false. This company has multiple websites under different names.
I ordered an ebook online, but I did not receive my order. I tried calling multiple phone numbers listed on the website, but all the lines were disconnected or no longer in service. I also tried emailing the company, but they did not respond. I believe that the address on the website is also fabricated. Some of my friends also purchased books from them, but they did not receive their order or a confirmation email.
I did some more research and numerous websites exist selling ebooks that contain false phone numbers, emails, and addresses. I believe one company is creating multiple websites claiming to sell ebooks and they take payments but do not deliver the product. I have a list of these websites including: allebooksource.com,*** and ebookall.store. All these websites look identical but provide different phone numbers, emails, and addresses; I believe that all their contact information is fabricated because I tried calling on multiple lines with no response. Some of my schoolmates also purchased ebooks from some of these sites and had the same experience. Thank you.
