Purchased e-book that was not received. Requested refund many times with no response through email, phone or chat.
I purchased an e-book on December 23, 2019. Order #***. Cost $20.98. I did not receive the e-book. I started emailing and asking for a refund in January 2020. I have emailed and called and attempted to chat many, many times each month since. I have never received a response. The website I ordered from has changed significantly and now shows it is not in California as it originally said. I have tried to contact the new website with no response. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission with no follow up.

Have not received the product. Ordered an ebook on 3/16. Was a downloadable book. Tried email address on site several times and it was returned undeliverable. Tried to text request for update status as I am not able to download book. no response. They did debit my debit card on the 16th.

I've ordered my online book through their website couple of weeks ago but I never got my order. I tried to contact them but no answer...
On Monday, March 9, 2020, I ordered « Media Relations in Sports » for my online class through their main website.

The name of the merchant is Ngo Sy Khanh and the invoice ID is ***. Also, the receipt number for my purchase is***.

I was charged $11.70 using my bank card for ***.

After a week, I tried to contact them through both the provided email and phone number but I never heard from them.

This was my first to experience this type of issue when ordering online.

Ordered book online never received product, but my credit card has been charged.
Looked online for a ebook for my online class. Ordered book from Allebooks for 18.75 for the ebook copy which should be available for download. Received an email that said my order was received but no link to download the book. Waited 48 hrs and still no book. Tried to contact the company and they have no working phone number and all emails are returned undelivered.

I bought 2 ebooks from allebooksstore.com..I was charged and never got the ebooks and now the website is shutdown. my banks are unable to help me.
on or around 03/08/2020 I purchased 2 ebooks from www.allebooksstore.com. I paid $18.00 for one and $15.00 for another. The account said my status was processing for over 24 hours. Once the amounts posted to my bank accounts I went back to the website to download the books only to find that the website looks to be shutdown. I called the phone number listed for the business and it is a non working number. I have spoken with both of my banks and they are unable to refund my money. This website is a scam. Luckily I have *** but I still want my money back or the ebooks I purchased.

On March 9, 2020 I was shopping online for a school book that I urgently needed. I came accross allebooksstore.com and ordered an ebook. The delivery time says that supposedly the book would be delivered to my email address within 30 mins. This never happened. They stole my money and never sent the ebook. The theif's name is Ngo Sy Khanh from San Diego, California who received the payment trough Paypal.I tried to contact the merchant through the means of contact, however, the contact info is wrong and phone number comes back unavailable. This merchant is a fraud and I ask your assistance in whichever way you can so other students do not experience this. This is very upsetting knowing how hard it is to obtain school books at a reasonable price. Please help.

I ordered an ebook from this company on 3/6/2020 and have not been able to access the digital format that I ordered and paid for ($11.99). My bank account shows a deduction of $11.99 on 3/6/2020 with the description listed as:
Withdrawal Debit SQ *RUTH / COLLINS gosq.com INUS
When I googled this, it turns out that Ruth Collins is the name associated with the Square app that is used to send and receive digital payments. As a broke college student, I feel scammed and am very upset that this company can pretend to be legitimate however they are completely illegitimate and obvious thieves.

Bought book recently and no book was available for to download. Emailed them and no one even answered back.

I purchased an EBook from the website allebookstore.com on March 5th. My bank account was drafted in the amount of $3.90 but the item never arrived in my email as promised. I tried emailing and calling but both the email address and phone number were fraudulent. These people have access to my bank account now and I'm quite concerned.

I purchased a ebook, and tried to contact the business. I kept getting errors, and still haven't received my book and money is gone. I paid 22.75 for the ebook.

I received my E book and it was wrong. I sent an email to the company and there was no response. I contacted the company via email three more times and still nothing. Three days later I called the company and the phone was busy for 2 hours.

Ordered Ebook El Secreto del Lugar Secreto (order #***). The charge shows on my credit card, but I never received notification or a link to download the book. I tried contacting the seller with the email provided on the site, but it's a bogus email because it always comes back as Undeliverable. It does seem that this person is scamming people to take their money. The address provided on the website was 5924 Tally Ho Ln. Salisbury , MD 21801, USA. The email provided is [email protected] and phone for SMS is 609-796-4265. The charge shows on my credit card to Gloria A Roberts.

I did not receive the ebooks after two weeks. I emailed them and no one responded. Then I emailed another customer service address and I was notified that it doesn't exist. No ebooks and no refund, just don't order from them.

This "company" is a scam and Russell Walker, the man in charge, should be in jail.
I recently ordered "Planning and Managing Public Relations Campaigns: A Strategic Approach" for $15 on Feb. 1. I thought this would be in a digital format, but I have not received a download link or anything. The purchase seemed like it would be digital and could be downloaded immediately, but I still have not received my purchase or any contact back from the company about my purchase. The transaction showed up on my Apple Card as "Russell Walker." After seeing other reviews about this business being a scam, I wish I would've known that before purchasing. The website makes this business look legit by providing an address, a contact form (though it doesn't work) and a decently-designed website. This business should be shut down and the person in charge should be punished accordingly. This is fraud.

missing order and false sale and SCAM
I ordered 'The Physics of Solar Cells 'on allebooksource website and the order # *** on 17 Jan. However I can not track my order status and have not received this book yet. So I just emailed to figure out what happened. But they refused to receive the email and the telephone number on their website is a false number. I cannot even contact with them and no one care about my status.

Purchased ebook for a college course. Was told my order would take up to 12 hours to process. Took my money and never gave me the book I purchased.
Purchased on 2/3/2020. The item was a textbook titled "Percorsi", the third edition of the book. Order #***, $36 payment amount. Paid by credit card over the internet. Promised a PDF file containing the "ebook" upon 12 hours of purchase and have had no luck contacting any customer service representatives, I do not believe they exist.

Placed an order from them and recieved an email confirming. I now realize they didn't say when it would get here and I can't contact them.
I am a college student and the book I ordered from them is one that I really need. They showed a good price, everything looked legit, so I bought it. Shortly after I recieved an email from [email protected] showing that they recieved my order. I now realize they did not give me a date of when I would receive it or how. I called the number on their website multiple times and it goes straight to the "line busy" beeps when I do. I hope I'm wrong but I feel like I've been scammed. I am also very worried that they have my information and card info. I can supply the email I recieved from them if you'd like it but I won't do it right now because it has personal info on it.
