I am rejecting this response because: The business can deny any responsibly but the fact is that we did not have bed bugs prior to moving. The areas that are affected are the ones that the AMS wrapped in their moving blankets. While they may have "cleaning protocols" there is not indication of these on their website for the consumer not a guarantee that they are followed. The house that we bought did not have bed bugs. [redacted], a professional company, has dated our infestation to the time of our move. While you may not have female workers at your site that does not mean that they do not exist. The worker that I spoke with is at your Help and Feedback number listed on the website. I have also spoken with a Kyle, Jacob, and John. Each person acknowledged the problem, promised a claims packet, and gave me a timeline for receiving it. I have also emailed without response. The claims packet did not come until after I started this process. I will continue request compensation for the cost of extermination, loss of property, utilities, and lost wages due to the time off necessary to have [redacted] at my house and prep for their treatments.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
We Have paid for the Hardwood floor damage to be fixed . We are all squared away with Mr. [redacted]
I apologize, I'm not sure who your emails were going to but I did not receive the Invoice, The $75.00 credit has been applied to your card ending in [redacted]. Please call me at the office at [redacted] if you need anything else.
I'm the general manager and opened this office 3 years ago and I have never had this problem ever and I'm not too sure what female you spoke to, I don't have any females that work in my office. Again I'm sorry you are going through this but to say this happens all the time is not true at all I have contacted the customer care department to reach out to you.
Yes I got with [redacted] who went out and estimated Mr. [redacted]. [redacted] gave [redacted] a non binding estimate of $2,154.35. The total for his move came out to $1,570.52. So the crew beat the estimate by $583.83. Mr. [redacted]s complaint is he was never told about travel. I reviewed the emails [redacted] sent Mr. [redacted]...
and he clearly states 1 hour of travel. Mr. [redacted]s complaint is he thought the 1 hour of travel is between Origin address and destination address. That is not the case and I don't know if Mr. [redacted] did not understand what [redacted] said but Travel is always to the job and from. The crew was clearly under estimate so I will be not refunding any money on the travel aspect. As far as the floor repair goes I will get in touch with a contractor to reach out to Mr. [redacted] to fix the floor. I have not received any pictures regarding the floor. If he can send those over to us so we can get a contactor out to fix that. Thanks
First of I would like to apologize that you had this experience with our company. The customer did sign the document before the move agreeing to 60 cents per pound per item. There was an option to purchase full valuation of her move and she declined it. We are willing to give her...
$250.00 back it was an older model.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted] I received an email just within the last 48 hours apologizing for not getting the paperwork sent to us. On top of that the mailed the documents to the storage facility and not our mailing address as given in the complaint and other correspondence we have received. This is just a ploy to delay the process. Jonn McCall
I apologize you had this experience with my company. We have started a claim with our customer care department. You will be receiving a claims packet for the damaged furniture. Please let me know if you need need anything else.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted] this is 100% false, the phone price was given and we were not quoted fuel charges, travel time which were 11 minutes from Broomfield. They came to our house and had us sign the last page of their contract. There was no email. We were told 2 hours and told $250. Then they make you pay before they even start to unload the truck and hold your items hostage. They claim they are Revdex.com accredited and they are not!!! They are true thieves, bad business, liars, they do bad business. Then the guy gets on the phone and texts us and I quote We are the Movers of the Dallas Cowboys!!! I don't care who your the official movers of if you are liars and thieves. Do what's right, your a thief. Fix your way of doing business be honest, don't lie steal and cheat to make huge profit. Horrible business. Why charge before furnishings are ta[redacted] out of your truck???? It's obvious you do this as people are side swiped by your lack of integrity and sceaming business practice. Now we we have banged up furniture, a torn couch, dents in items moved, boxes that were just dropped, bro[redacted], and left scaddered as the movers didn't care and just wanted to leave. They were telling us how little they get paid and how they have to deal with their boss all the time. How they had to buy their own equipment as they don't get help or support from the business Great business model. Every person I know will know not to use this horrible business We now need to be compensated for damaged furniture
