This company has made a claim so impossible that no one could ever come up with the needed back upIf they were a company in good standings and cared about their customers they would have made an attempt to find out itemsThey do nothing about looking into lost items it was apparent when I informed them I had someone else's box There reply was open it and keep it Never would send a call tagI had to take care of their mistake The company is very quick to send out the claim form as they know the customers can't provide all the infoThis way they can void the claim It's a company that the consumers should be made aware of to stay away They were in violation by never properly tagging our goodsEven the box that was not mine was not tagged properlyThey do everything in there power not to talk with customers with issuesThe company should be given the worse Revdex.com rating possible.Because they are allowed to get away with not honoring claims like mine they continue to screw the public

We do not understand where the confusion stems from, we have a first available date fir delivery of 10/20/ There is no reason for our company to ship items unless the customer advises there are available as this only creates more work on our company's end with locating a storage facility and taking care of the fees until the client contacts us Our company repeatedly tried to reach the client with no success; upon getting in touch with the client's daughter we were advised to put the items in storage as she was not dealing with the relocation Months and months went by with our company being charged for storage with no answer back from the customer Again, there is no reason for our company to ship items without a date provided to us by the client-Oren A.All In One Moving & Storage

We apologize some of [redacted] items were damaged, items might have not been properly packed causing movement within the boxes Once she has gone through all her belongings and has documented all damaged, she can absolutely file a claim and will receive compensation based on the liability coverage provided
In regards to Mr [redacted] s response, we apologize that he feels this way We make every attempt to allocate any lost/missing items, if they cannot be located, the customer must complete the claims form in order to receive any type of compensation There are numerous clients who have completed this packet in the event of any damages/lost items, and received compensation based on the liability provided We have no issue providing Mr [redacted] with compensation based on the liability provided with his move, however he must complete the claims packet as per our company's policy

I had talked to a few other moving companies prior to this move but I settled on All in one moving & storage simply because they made me feel so comfortable when I talked to themThe man on the phone seemed so polite and friendlyHe explained each aspect of their services very clearly and broke down the costThe movers arrived right on time to my houseThe men were very capable for this job and it showed in the way they workedFirst, they packed up everything with all the right packing materialsThen they systematically moved everything onto the van waiting outsideThe men helped each other out and it was amazing to see their coordinationThe company turned out to be very reliable as they delivered all my boxes and furniture in great conditionI will hire them again for sure
We apologize our response to this complaint did not satisfy [redacted] ***, however our response remains factual and consistent Miss [redacted] is correct that she did receive a binding estimate, based on items However, at the time of the pion 6/26/there were items, an additional items then what was shown to Sam on 4/23/15, when the visual was provided In the Order for Service that Miss [redacted] electronically signed, under the section entitled "Understanding Your Quote" The last sentence of the first paragraph states, "The price is subject to increase if the inventory increases at the pick up time due to additional/weight taken up in the truck." Having read and electronically signed this document which clearly states that additional items will increase the price, we cannot continue to respond to accusations of illegal charges Our charges are clearly outlined and having received and signed this document prior to the move date, Miss [redacted] was aware of our terms and conditions in regards to her estimate We will offer Miss [redacted] $in good faith to resolve this issue, this is will be the only compensation we offer, as the charges were merited As Miss [redacted] has indicated, she is not concerned with the issue of damages as far as this complaint is concerned She does however still have the option to complete the claims process should she want to.Sincerely,Morgan N

We apologize for the dissatisfaction [redacted] has, however in regards to the date changes, there were calls placed asking if the date could be changed At no point was she forced to change her move date and the original date could have been honored In regards to delivery dates, we do not guarantee overnight delivery from Pennsylvania to Kentucky, and [redacted] had electronically signed the Order for Service sent to her which outlines the delivery process very clearly [redacted] was informed of her extra volume and had the option to have items returned to the home/storage unit There are cancellation fees associated with terminating a relocation, also clearly outlined in the Order For Service electronically signed by [redacted] She instructed my men to continue with the move in progress, and we did We cannot offer [redacted] any adjustments as all charges were accounted for and additional volume was present at the time of the pick-up
In response to Mr [redacted] s concerns about items lost, if items are lost or damaged, the correct actions must be taken Our claims process is very detailed, as there are specifics that need to be addressed to provide any compensation for items lost or damaged If Mr [redacted] would like to put it in a claim he would have to complete the claims packet We cannot honor his request of $1,as he has not completed the claims process If Mr [redacted] would like to complete the process of filing a claim, we will be more than happy to provide the compensation owed to him based on the liability that was provided

Tell us why here...When Ms [redacted] called our office to ask for the status of her delivery, she was informed that our delivery time frame ranges from 7-business daysMs [redacted] did not like that response and demanded we deliver her items by a certain date , we explained we do not gurantee delivery dates for out of state movesDue to mechanical issues, the trailer that had Ms [redacted] belongings was in the shop for several days, in which of course caused a delayFor this very reason is why we do not gurantee delivery dates as we do not know of any unexpected delays that may occur over the roadMs [redacted] called the driver for the next several days in which she got the same response from him which was that the trailer had been in the shop, it was in the shop for a total of daysIn conclusion this complaint is due to Ms [redacted] refusing to understand our delivery time frame plus the unforeseen delay with the mechanical issues

In response to Mrs [redacted] complaint we explained that the now former worker did admit to taking the phone and as soon as we found out, we immediately told the individual that he needed to return the device , otherwise their would be criminal charges pressed against himAnd as we explained to the customer she can proceed to press charges against this individual if shed likeAgain, we do offer our sincere apologies for the unfortunate incidentWe will email Mrs [redacted] our claims form so she can get the process started in order to get reimbursed for the damaged phone
Tell us why here...Our inventory list shows that our crew never picked up or packed up a television from the customers homeYes we did leave her home with several boxes but there was never a television packed inside any of those boxes and we have the inventory list to prove that , please see the attached is the inventory list
