Aftermath Services was retained to clean up from a death that occurred in our property. Never having dealt with such a situation, we didn't know who to turn to. We were refered to Aftermath Services and had them go to property and report to us. We found Aftermath Services to be very professional and communicated effectively and answered all our questions. We engaged Aftermath Services and were very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Aftermath Services to folks that find themselves in need of such services.

The employees at aftermath were exceptional to deal with from the original set up to actual cleaning to follow up. They were very professional, thorough and quick to follow up and sensitive especially due to the devastating event that we were dealing with. I would highly recommend them for any tough clean up situation.

this is the worst business I have dealt with in all my 64 years!! they overcharged by more than $7,000.00! a $1000.00 job AT MOST was billed over $8.000.00!!! part of their job was to clean up blood from a deceased body. 5X5 area. blood was found on cabinet doors and on the deceased office chair AFTER THEY LEFT! cabinets were wood and chair was leather/ metal. surfaces were cleanable! pics available!
they did NOT do the job they were supposed to, were unprofessional, and scammers! they were ripping off me and the ins co. I called to log a complaint, never heard back from them.

My experience with Aftermath Services was really excellent. They are the most reasonable of all companies from which we got quotes. The crew was right on time, they were very professional, they were sensitive that I had been threw a bad experience with our tenant (who tragically took his own life in our townhouse), they were very thorough and they were as discreet as anyone can be under the circumstances with nosy neighbors clamoring around. A business is only as good as its employees, and this company has hired the best of the best.

The Aftermath team provided exceptional service to me through what was a difficult situation with which I was not prepared to handle. I was uncomfortable even entering the building in which the event occurred and his team sensed my discomfort and put me at ease. They handled both my distress and the clean up process with the utmost professionalism. It is hard enough to lose some one you love dearly, but it is especially hard when you have to deal with a death that was unexpected and require services that are beyond your scope of ability. Recently, I lost my uncle and the circumstances were discerning. My family found themselves in a situation that required the expertise of someone else to deal with effects that were not able to be handled privately. We found ourselves needing outside services. From the moment I called Aftermath until the conclusion of their services, I felt at ease.Justin, Eric and Amanda were amazing. they were compassionate, understanding and very helpful in explaining what they do and what serviced would best suit my need to address our situation. I felt apprehensive and nervous but they made feel at ease and put my fears to rest. they were not just about the business at hand as much as they were about making sure I understood my needs and I was capable of making a sound decision. They went above and beyond to assure the serviced provided were appropriate. I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone who needs what they provide. I should say this is the second time we have had to use them and both instances were equally as satisfying for lack of better words. Thank you Justin, Eric and Amanda, you are truly amazing.

Did not even get past the phone call requesting an estimate. I wanted to have my mom's house disinfected because she contracted MRSA and C Diff and it was suggested we have the house professionally cleaned before she came home. Aftermath refused to even come out unless we threw out all her items that were porous, like bed, sofa, chairs, carpeting, etc. REALLY? What's left to clean if we do that! Other companies will use a "bomb" or "fogger" to get into these materials. AND yet we have also been told by MEDICAL professionals that simple bleach and soap and hot water will do the trick and "professional" cleaning isn't even necessary! What a joke this place is! I guess unless you kill yourself, they don't want the job! Don't waste your time even calling them.

Honest, professional, unbelievable hard working, caring, sensitive. This company is wonderful. We needed a clean up from a hoarder situation with too many cats.
