I cannot say enough good things about AftermathTwo days before Christmas my brother shot himself with a shotgunI called Aftermath for a clean up
From the very first person I talked to on the phone, who set me up with a coordinator in my area, to the ground crew who did the work, and finally the person who was in charge of the account invoice, every person was respectful, caring and ready to help me in anyway possible
The work that was done was outstanding and even though the crew new they would charge by man hours, they worked steady and always careful not to do anything against my wishes
The business office made sure my home owners insurance was kept well informed
I hope no one ever has to experience what our family experienced, but if you do, you can trust Aftermath and all their employees to the best job possible

Aftermath Services went above and beyond during a very difficult time From the first call to completion of the job The technicians were very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate and answered all my questions The quick response time was outstanding The work performed was exceptional They made a very difficult time a little easier for me and my family

***:Client explain that there is no power to the hallways upstairs, a diagnostic need to perform, which Mr*** approvedI found that wires inside the wall are damaged, a home run will have to be running from panel in the attic,> 7/24/Mon 2:PM> ***:client call and cancel because the home owner of the property call their own contractors and they found where the wires were damaged. At this point we found out the ***'s were not the homeownersOn time electric it's not responsible for existing electrical system > 7/25/TUE 11:AM> ***: *** *** (wife) called to complain about the charge on her credit card. At this time we found out they were not the homeowner and the husband gave our electrician the approval to do a diagnostic service for $475. The husband also agreed for us to do the quoted workThe landlord was informed of the problem and requested the tenants to cancel the future workThe wife continues to state they were not aware of the $fee but our electrician got approval for the work completed and also got approval to charge the $fee. Our Business Manager contacted Mrs*** *** and informed her as a courtesy we will give her credit for $416 if she refuses to pay her bill and she agreed to only pay our service fee of $59. We credit her credit card for $on 7/25/and emailed her a copy of receipt. Our electrician spent hours at this home to perform the Diagnostic Service which allowed the Landlord to pass our findings to her contractor to fix the problem

I wish I could rate this company higher To have an excellent company you need an excellent team and this company was not only compassionate during a very difficult time but also very professionalI wish I could personally thank those involved as they had not only a difficult job but also supportive with the family As one would never wish to have such a crew to come in to their home I would highly recommend themThank you for your professional services and compassion!

After dealing with a break in at our home, we were left feeling helpless and lost in what had happenedWe were recommended by a dear friend of ours who is also a law enforcement official and he had highly recommended Aftermath for their prompt responses, professionalism and thoroughness in their workWhen we contacted Aftermath, we found all of these to be trueThe Aftermath team that had come to our home were fast to assure us and comfort us in our situationThe cleanup process took days as it was explained to us and the detail in their work was meticulousDuring the cleanup process and impressively afterwards, we were contacted several times by our client manager, Jim, to make sure the cleanup was going as planned and to see if they are able to help us with any other issuesWe requested help from Jim to recommend a contractor to us for the repair process and the contractor that helped us was also an outstanding and professional individual

I'm not one who writes reviews but in this case I just feel that I need to due to the nature of the serviceMy year old nephew died July 18, in his bedroom but a gunshot wound to the headIt was the most devastating thing our family has ever been through and we had no clue as to how to handle the clean upWith it being July the temperature was almost degrees during the day so we knew it was important to take care of the room before the smell of death took over the houseWe were given a few business cards for companies that deal with this type of situation (who knew that these companies even existed) and Aftermath was recommended from our police departmentI made the phone call and a crew showed up and were amazing from start to finist was an all day job and required even the carpet be removed because of the manor of his deathThey explained that most homeowner's insurance plans covered the cost of the service (we would've never thought that of that either) and they submitted everything to my sister's insurance plan for usThat alone was a blessing because this was my sister's only child and as you can imagine our minds were not thinking about anything but our horrific lossI met with the insurance companies person who came to write their claim and of course they wanted to dispute everythingIt was horrible to have to argue with this man while standing in my nephew's room where he took his last breath, but to this man we were taking about money not about the loss we were trying to learn to live withI called Aftermath and spoke with Mark *** and he worked with me to make sure everything was taken care ofI can't say enough about Aftermath that can even begin to explain what a blessing it was that they were there when we needed them all through the processMark is amazing man and I feel like he is someone who our family would be very close to personally if we lived anywhere close to each other (we live in Pennsylvania and Mark lives in Illinois) because he really cares and made a difference in our livesIt has taken me so long to write this because I have major health issues which causes me to spend most of my life in the hospitalWhen I'm not in the hospital I am busy raising my boys and helping my sister to get through each day without her sonThings are still very difficult for our family as we grieve my nephew's death He was like a sibling to my boys and like my own child because he was an only child and my sister is a single motherI know this is a long review and you are probably thinking why does this matter, but it does matter because Aftermath goes beyond just providing the service they were called to doEveryone I spoke with was just amazing, but Mark *** made several phone calls to just ask how we were doing and ask if they could do anything else to help usI will forever be grateful to Aftermath and Mark *** for going beyond doing a serviceIt was a very special and personal relationship that Mark and I have and I cherish itI hope and pray I never need Aftermath again but if I do I will pick up the phone and call Mark personally! During this terribly awful time, aftermath services sent a lovely gentleman named Paul to lead the clean upI can't speak higher of him, he was exponentially professional and caringI would pray and hope that anyone dealing with an afterlife cleanup, would hire this company if Paul is thereNot to mention how kind and special this man wasIf it weren't for him, I don't know how I would have managed my grief with the loss I enduredI was expecting a cold, crass, basic clean up and I was NOT looking forward to it..but Paul showed up and just made me feel at peaceI wish I could find the words to provide the appropriate accoladesAbsolutely amazing service during the worst time in my lifeI was able to sleep at night knowing how taken care of I was
