Review: I had bought 1gallon of fuel additive from the sales Representative [redacted] ,they sent the one gallon charged to my visa card which was ok and that was to be it. A week later they sent one more gallon and charged that one to my visa also that I did not ok, when the bill came in my wife paid it she had though I had order it but I didn't, so I called them they said to return it so that what I did. It's has been at least five or six phone calls and a few months of, its in the mail , they also was going to send a gift card for two night stay in a holiday inn I told them to keep that I just wanted my money refunded that was $139.00.I had also sent a letter and copy of the invoices back to them as [redacted] the other rep ask for.Desired Settlement: Just to get the refund of a 139.00 if not just to let other people know how they run their business and how they rip people off.

It was not my misunderstanding this company used my credit card without my permission and it's been at lease five months trying to get a refund back. I have not seen any refund yet .With the Revdex.com's help I might get it back.

Terrible!!! These people sold us ONE gallon of diesel fuel treatment with the promise of vouchers for free gallons of rotella oil to go with it. Got the treatment, no vouchers (ok, whatever). We then received and were billed for 2 more gallons that we never requested or agreed to. We also continue to get 3 to 8 calls a week from them wanting to send us MORE! Sometimes they call several times in one day, and are refusing to take no for an answer. Every time we talk to someone they tell us they will not call again. THEY WILL NOT STOP! We have been willing to let this go, even though they have charged us and sent product we did not want, but they just won't stop. Very dissatisfied!! I can't express enough how low down and dirty this company is. NEVER, EVER give them your cc number! You will be sorry!!

Review: I purchased this diesel fuel treatment in 10/2013. I agreed to purchase 2 gallons. $278.00. I received the 2 gallons, but did not receive the measuring cup for the product. I called to request the measuring cup (which ended up being a clear "SOLO" cup with markings on the side). According to the representative on the phone, they were shipping the measuring cup that day. We would get it in a few days. We received the measuring cup ("SOLO" cup with markings on the side). Later in January, we received a 2nd shipment. It contained 2 additional gallons of product. which we never opened. We did not want the additional fuel treatment. We called to complain. We were transferred to [redacted] ph# ###-###-####. When he returned our call, he understood the problem, apologized and said he would arrange for the box to picked up. Numerous phone calls, and too many "promises" from Justin Baker, now it is almost the end of March. We still have the package to be returned. I called UPS and the confirmation # he gave me is invalid. It also was a lie. Today when my wife called the company office ###-###-####, a "[redacted]" said the product is priced in a 4 gallon promo. That is not how it was sold to me, We ordered only 2 GALLONS! What a rip-off company!!!!1Desired Settlement: Full refund and return of the additional shipment (still sitting in my house) $278.00 refunded on my credit card! This company is horrible and lies every time we talk to them.

Review: Ordered flooring from Advanced Specialty Coatings via an internet search and received no product and the company charged me wrong for the merchandise. I have made several attempts to contact the people but nobody will email back or answer the phone. This company is a scam and I filed fraud with my bank.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back for this product.

Please be advised, customer has recieved and signed for product. She was informed that the order would take 7-10 days, however these were business days. When we contacted the customer she applogized for the complaint, and said she would retract it. The reason she could not contact us, is she had the wrong phone number written down. Complaint has been resolved, [redacted] now has our correct main number.

Review: We agreed to a one time purchase of a product offer. The company sent a second and then a third shipment of the same product and charged our credit card for those unauthorized shipments. When we called to complain we were met with very aggressive argumentative company representatives to talked over us and tried to convince us that that is what we ordered. When we continued to argue they agreed to send up a salesman to pick up the unwanted product and after four scheduled appointments he has never shown up nor a credit given to our credit card. Today we called again and asked to speak with the [redacted]. When the [redacted] came on the phone he verified that that was who he was but when I told him my story he admitted that he was not the [redacted] but the salesman I had talked to previously and that they were giving us a $1000 credit to their company for additional product. Not at all what we wanted nor agreed to. They have lied, stolen and misrepresented their product repeatedly.Desired Settlement: We want our credit card credited for ALL charges - $298 on 5/**/14; $298 on 6/*/14; and $298 6/**/14 and I want their junk product off my doorstep.

We spoke to [redacted] on several occasions and he stated he was having a problem applying the product, so he was given 3 gallons of product at no charge. Also, we offered a full company credit. Please be advised their credit card has been credited for purchases in dispute by [redacted]. Product will be picked up via Fedex. Our customer service always tries to keep our customers satisfied

[There was NO misunderstanding on the part of [redacted]. Yes, two gallons of the product was the original and ONLY order made by [redacted] in [redacted]'s presence for a charge of $298.00. The sales person for this product was [redacted]. The product was received and did not perform as promised. We were very displeased with the product and told the company. They agreed to replace at no charge. However, along with the replacement shipment TWO ADDITIONAL shipments arrived and each shipment was again charged to my credit card in the amount of $298.00 EACH. When I called to have the product returned and my credit card refunded I dealt with a very unprofessional argumentative salesperson named [redacted] who on four separate occasions promised to come to our facility to pick up the product and issue a refund. [redacted] never arrived.

To date a refund of two of the charges has been issued to my credit card but I am also looking for a refund of the initial order of $298 as this product is junk and not what the company portrayed. ]

Review: Purchased a product from this company on July **, 2013. Received the product without incident. Since purchasing the product have been harassed by telephone repeatedly. Receive on average 3-5 telephone calls per week, sometimes more. There have been days when I have received as many as 5 calls per day. The representatives that call are rude, obnoxious and when told that [redacted] is not in they slam the phone down on me. If I try to question them they "slam" the phone down. I have told them that we have no questions and if we do that we will contact them but they continue to call. Beginning to feel that the only option may be legal action. It has reached the point that we will never do business with them again and would strongly discourage any one else from purchasing from them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop calling and to not contact us again.
