Terrible!!! These people sold us ONE gallon of diesel fuel treatment with the promise of vouchers for free gallons of rotella oil to go with itGot the treatment, no vouchers (ok, whatever)We then received and were billed for more gallons that we never requested or agreed toWe also continue to get to calls a week from them wanting to send us MORE! Sometimes they call several times in one day, and are refusing to take no for an answerEvery time we talk to someone they tell us they will not call againTHEY WILL NOT STOP! We have been willing to let this go, even though they have charged us and sent product we did not want, but they just won't stopVery dissatisfied!! I can't express enough how low down and dirty this company isNEVER, EVER give them your cc number! You will be sorry!!

No 1) I never ordered gal of additional product, I had just bought gallons weeks prior why would I need more
There was no misunderstanding on my part, I DID NOT order more gallons of the product
The message from Advanced that came in your e-mail was that they had received the product was on 10/**/and a refund was made on 10/**/14, that is not true, we have not received a refund to this date (11/*/14)
I just want the refund of the $

[There was NO misunderstanding on the part of [redacted].  Yes, two gallons of the product was the original and ONLY order made by [redacted] in [redacted]'s presence for a charge of $298.00.  The sales person for this product was [redacted].  The product was received and did not perform as promised. We were very displeased with the product and told the company.  They agreed to replace at no charge.  However, along with the replacement shipment TWO ADDITIONAL shipments arrived and each shipment was again charged to my credit card in the amount of $298.00 EACH.  When I called to have the product returned and my credit card refunded I dealt with a very unprofessional argumentative salesperson named [redacted] who on four separate occasions promised to come to our facility to pick up the product and issue a refund.  [redacted] never arrived.
To date a refund of two of the charges has been issued to my credit card but I am also looking for a refund of the initial order of $298 as this product is junk and not what the company portrayed.  ]

Please be advised, we regret [redacted]'s misunderstanding and as she was told a refund has been issued as per her request. on 3/**/14. Package will be picked up by Fed-Ex.

Agian, we regret [redacted]'s dispute over the business that was done with her husband, [redacted] Our company has done everything to try to please [redacted]. We take great pride in our products as they are of high quality industrial materials. Please note Federal Express is picking up the boxes as per her request. A refund of $298.00 will be issued.

Great customer service, unique products, fantastic customer service - will order again. Had a question regarding the product I received called and was immediately assisted. Was very knowledgable about product.

Review: This company contacted us last year to purchase a rust converter product we purchased the product then they called us again and told us that we were required to purchase more of the product. we purchased more of this product. we now have thirteen bottles of this product when we were originally told we had to purchase only the two bottles. After we purchased the last shipment of this product we told this company that we would not be purchasing any more of the product as we now have a surplus of a product that we are not using. Last week the sales rep from this company contacted us and again told us we have to buy more. I personally told this man I have 13 bottles of the produce that I have not used and I do not need or want any more. Today this man called me back again and told me that he has my shipment on the loading dock and I need to pay for it. I again told him that I do not want anymore and I will not be accepting any more deliveries and to please stop calling me.Desired Settlement: This has been ongoing for a year now and I would like for them to not contact our business again.

The ASP company should be shut down for fraud ,repeated harassment and just rude sales. Lies and not customer service. Selling a product worth 20.00 for 139.00 is robbery .Not giving you the perks promised is just wrong.

I have been working with this company for a little over a year now and they've really been great about everything from tech support to product quality and speed of order delivery. They definitely get two thumbs up, I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Got my wheels done with your guys systwm...Awesome product, looks just like real chrome! Can't wait to do my interior with it!

Review: Purchased 2 gallons fuel treatment. Was sent 4 gallons. Then two weeks later another order for 2 gallons, which was not ordered, was delivered and charged to our credit card. We contacted company to make them aware that we had not ordered additional product. Representative from company was unprofessional and down right rude. A week later, we contacted company via email. Then company called us and said they would refund credit card by end of day, Thursday, Oct. [redacted]. Since then, 3 business days have passed, and no credit on our credit card has been issued.Desired Settlement: Conduct business in an ethical and professional way. Company should have never sent product that customer did not request. If company does, inadvertently send out product, then company should allow product to be returned and credit should be issued.
