I reject this because they have not provided me the additional information I request in my initial responseI want the recorded phone call that this supposed operational manager Joey called me to tell me my account was closed because he or anyone from this company NEVER contacted meI also want the contract I signed saying I do not have a first amendment right of freedom of speak when dealing with this company and they can cancel my serviceI am not dropping this until this company acknowledged they lied because Joey never called me since there is no proof of this and they can just lie and nothing will happenAdvance needs to investigate there operational managerI will not stop until I expose them as a lying company that does not tell there clients anythingI want other people aware of this also because I am not the first they lie toSo advance where is the Joey and the recording??? I am rejecting this response because:The response by Advanced disposal is mostly a fabrication of fantasy, or if you will - a refusal by Advanced Disposal to recount events factually While they are correct about the dates of the initial telephone calls I made to them on the 17th, again on the 17th, and on the 20th...their response noting the future events is completely fictitious. My complaint outlines the events up to and inclusive of February 20th, What I stated is 100% factual, nothing more - nothing lessThe claim in their response on February 17th; "our operations manager called ** *** to resolve and advised him we would visit his location" is nothing short of an outright lie! No calls were made to me by Advanced Disposal whatsoever, not on February 17th, nor anytime sinceI have only one telephone number, my mobile phone number, which I have had for overyears I can and will supply copies of my telephone call logs from my wireless provider documenting no such calls were made by Advanced Disposal, and further confirming my calls as I have stated I made here and in the initial complaint In addition...they claim, in their response, during my call to them on February 20th, "we did advise him that we were unable to continue services to his location due to safety issues" again is a complete LIEPer my initial complaint and my handwritten notes from my call ledger (I keep a small steno book to document calls I make for future edification) Lisa, who took the original complaint call I made on February 17th @ about 10am, told me she was sending another email to the same manager she nitially sent an email to on the 17th and said he would take care of it personallyShe also stated she was placing an "operations order" to the dispatcher. As of 9am Thursday March 2, 2017...nothing was resolved, the recycling can still standing along the road blocking my driveway, nor had anyone from Advanced Disposal contacted me either by phone or in personI called at 9am to cancel my service, or lack thereofI spoke with EricaErica was very nice and made an effort to try to keep me from canceling my account She offered to contact a manager and have him call me to straighten out the situation I thanked her for her efforts and her empathy I told her I had lost faith in any promise made by the company's representatives, as a whole, due to my numerous poor experiences since being a customer, not to mention the most recent events of February She tried further to promise she could get Joey to "call me back today" Again, I thanked her for her efforts and told her to mark the account as cancelled, and have Joey call me - if he calls and we can iron out the situation, then he can reactivate my account I told her if I waited for another call that never came - I would have to go through the whole situation again with the next telephone rep Please understand it takes quite some time, not to mention reliving the numerous frustrations, every time I call in to explain why I am callingTheir telephone records are about as accurate as their reaponse here wasErica agreed and apologized for the problems with their serviceI asked her when I should expect to see a refund check, if Joey did not call as she said he wouldErica stated; "it takes days to issue the check and then we will mail it out to you...about or days at the most." I thanked her again for her kind words and attempts to assist, and also for any efforts she would make to get Joey to finally call meShe apologized again and we ended the callThe call ended at 9:40amAnother minutes of my time wasted, albeit with a very friendly courteous and seemingly empathetic telephone rep. Here it is days later, and I niether received any call from Joey or any other representative of Advanced Disposal, nor have I received the refund check promised me in under a week Another example of how disorganized, disrespectful, and irresponsible Advanced Disposal is.I have lost over $in garbage cans and at least hours of my life on the telephone with this company, in reference to their missed and substandard service, over the course of the past years Truthfully, the only way I will consider this issue closed now, is if Advanced Disposal issues a reimbursement for the lost or destroyed Rubbermaid Brute comnercial trash cans I have had to replaceEven so...this complaint should stand as a factual documentation of a review of this business' services, or lack thereof, and its practices when dealing with itclientele. I am physically disabled and have the time to deal with issues like this - not that I want toI am sure most average people who work all day and have other responsibilities to deal with, would not want to deal with issues such as these in their hectic lives Advanced Disposal is a company that does not perform its services timely and safely, and lies when the facts don't highlight their company in a favorable light Mistakes are human...correcting them promptly while providing the customer with the respect you would pay your own family is good business practiceAdvanced Disposal of NorthamptonPA has anything but good business practice...in my humble opinion. Thank you for your time. My apologies for the length of this, I tend to be very descriptive of the facts to my detriment at times.

on November 11th, 2014. The service day for their recycling is Tuesdays. On Thursday, November 20th,2014 the recycling was reported not serviced. We sent out a recovery truck on Friday, November 21st, 2014 to collect it. On Wednesday, November 26th, 2014 [redacted] reported the recycling was missed. We had a truck recover the recycling Friday, November 28th, 2014. There wer no other service issues reported. We have corrected the service issue they were experiencing. There have been no reports of missed recycling since November 26th, 2014. Recycling is not a service that paid for there for, we can not issue a refund. We will credit The [redacted]'s account $5.00 for the service inconvenience.

Advanced Disposal has resolved complaint ID [redacted]. [redacted] contacted out office on June 11, 2015 to advise he no longer uses our services. We advised we received no notification of the cancelation of his account. [redacted]...

[redacted] advised he thought we would just know since he didn't put out any trash. We advised that we could close his account for him. To adjust the date of cancelation, we asked for proof of another trash hauler. [redacted] called into the office again on June 15, 2015. We advised him again to fax, mail, or email proof of another hauler to adjust the cancelation date. Once this information is received from [redacted], we will update the billing on his account. Until then, the balance on his account has valid charges.Best Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
1. We (my husband [redacted] and I) have NOT signed up with Advanced Disposal company.  I called our trash hauler (of the past 16 years) to verify this.  They confirmed that they have not had ANY merger.  They were also shocked and upset at the tactic by Advanced Disposal company's unethical practice to send false invoice to collect fees ahead of time and in this way get unsuspecting clients of theirs.
2. It is false that they corrected the account and that their statement had 0 balance.   I have a second invoice in my hand that arrived in early February.  While they remitted $70.31 from our "account", they sent $2.98 as 'amount due in this second invoice.   On Feb 3rd, after having received this second invoice, I called them again and spoke with someone called "Tiffany' who assured me that A) $2.98 is now credited, and B) She will talk to her manager to take us off their customer database.HOWEVER, I find it offensive and intrusive that without our permission, they consider as their 'customer', and they lie to Revdex.com and say that there is $0 balance!  It is not right that I have to do all this work to make sure to prevent our 'financial credit rating' from being compromised by this company.  We deserve a written letter stating that we DONT have and have not had an account with them and that they apologize for false billing notices.Thanks for your intervention.

Advanced Disposal has resolved complaint ID [redacted]. [redacted] called and left a voice mail to report a missed collection for recycling on July 10, 2015. The recycling was not collected after the first report. [redacted]...

called and left a second voice message on July 15, 2015. During this message, [redacted] was very irate using offense language and racial slurs. Our site manager returned her call. He advised her that we would have her recycling collected that day. [redacted] was also advised that we can no longer conduct business with her due to the contents of the message and that her account would be closed. We then adjusted her account with a one month credit. We refunded her the month credit and adjustments that occurred with the cancellation of the account. A refund check has already been processed and mailed to [redacted].Best Regards,

Advanced disposal is a joke! They tell you to put your trash out Sunday evening for Monday pick up, bit it does not get picked up until Tuesday. You call the local branch and 4 times they make up an excuse truck broke down or the driver is sick. Then you call the corporate number and you ask to speak with someone in customer relations. You get a voice mail box and leave a message but no 2 days later and no call back yet. If you are looking for a reliable garbage company I would stay away from this company, I know I will be switching!
