Keep calling and treated me. I stopped answer when they keep with the threats. Now they leave voice mail threats. This has been happening for months. I've asked to have all the info sent to me but I never receive anything. Please help they are becoming a nuisance. I'm disabled and battling cancer right now. If I owe something, and I receive the notification I will try to work out payments but I won't do it being threatened.
There is an account in our office for *** regarding an outstanding matter with ***. We updated our records with *** current address and will send correspondence out immediateley. We have only received the account from our client this past week so we certainly have not been calling for months, but we will cease calls and once *** reads our letter regarding this matter she can decide what she is able to do at that time and reach out to our office at her convenience.
Sincerely,

This company is calling my work trying to get my phone number from them. This is the same company that keeps sending me threatening emails saying if I don’t pay within 24 hours they will be taking it to the court house. They don’t provide any documentation saying who is owed or how much. They don’t need to be calling anyone’s place of work That’s just bad business but from the complaints that I’ve read they are in the business to do bad business. They shouldn’t be allowed to harass anyone at their work let alone call someone’s work.
We do have an account in our office for ***r regarding an outstanding matter with *** We do not have an email for *** and even if we did, we do not send emails or any other form of communcation with false threats of court action. If *** received any such communication it certainly was NOT from Advanced Capital Solutions. We will cease calls to *** and send another letter to his current address provided with in this complaint.

Moved. Change of address didn't forward final gas bill. When I received the initialcall from advanced capital solutions I went to the gas company and finalized the bill. These people keep harassing me. This needs to stop.
We do not have a matter in our office for *** regarding any utility bill but we did call his number looking for *** and we were advised that he was deceased. At that time the account was closed and all numbers were removed.

Advanced Capital Solutions has violated HIPPA LAW when their so-called employee "***" failed to properly verify to whom she was speaking to before she verbally ridiculed me for specific medical procedures I had an outstanding debt for, and subsequently proceeded to use my confidential and FEDERALLY PROTECTED medical history to attempt to humiliate and bully me into paying a past due balance with a medical clinic that did not have my written, legal HIPPA consent to exploit in use for unfair debt collection practices, which is also a violation of the FDCPA in terms of not only the HIPPA VIOLATION, but also the abusive nature to which the so-called *** conducted herself. The federal and state laws require debt collectors to abstain from abusive and harassing threats, to which *** failed to comply with and therefore has violated federal and state requirements for her employment. I encourage you, ***, to feel free to proceed with your angry/impatient threat to *give my fileto your "Legal Department" because YOUR federal violations are unequivocally being sent to MY legal department, which consists of (but not limited to the following) ~ the FTC, OCR -Office of Civil Rights for that ILLEGAL HIPPA VIOLATION, my attorney general and colleague ***i, the *** legal department/medical board, my personal attorney and any and all other federal agencies that protect consumers from stalking, abusive, threatening temps who have no legal right or patient consent to know personal and confidential medical history. Put that in my file for your alleged *legal department*. I will gleefully see you in court, lady! I am a medical professional, so your defensive outburst was a validation to me that you violated the law and did not realize that I knew the HIPPA LAW when I called you out on it. And yes, your ACS phone number showed up as "Scam Likely" so you screaming your head off at me for thinking you were a scam, was very street-gang behavior. Nice.
There is an account for *** regarding a matter with *** In accordance with company policy when any complaint is received by our office this account has been closed ensuring no further calls from Advanced Capital Solutions. We apologize if our attempt to contact has caused any inconvenience.
The disclosure of the original creditor name is neither a Hippa nor FDCPA violation. None of the debt in question that we work have specifics about what exact procedure or service was rendered by the original creditor. *** confirmed her name at the number we were provided by our client. She became combative from the onset of the call because of her supposed higher knowledge of Hippa law and assumption that our representative would violate her rights under Hippa law. Our representative could have handled the combative call in a more professional manner and her actions will be both addressed and counseled on before talking to any more consumers on the phone.
While we strive to have the highest quality of customer service on every call there are still instances where teachable moments occur. Adherence to both state and federal laws by all employees is expected on every phone call and any violation to these laws will result in a negative impact on employment up to and including possible termination.
Sincerely,
***

These responses are not in a public forum and we apologize if you felt any of your rights were violated. Again we have closed the account on our end ensuring no further calls from Advanced Capital Solutions. We are licensed and registered in the state of Florida and are well versed in the FCCPA, FDCPA and HIPPA and feel that there were no direct violations to any but welcome any further discussion on the matter. You may have your attorney reach out to me directly at ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company is not well versed in the state and federal laws, nor are they in compliance with them. My HIPAA rights were violated, their employee told me that my medical bill was for "Some rejuvenation that you got from ***." in an abusive attempt to give her money that I had no knowledge of you owning the debt.
She did not verify my identity before disclosing my medical information. She did not tell me her name or who she was, she accused me of not wanting to pay my bill when I never once said that, and threatened me not once, but twice (One on a voicemail that I saved and downloaded for my attorney) and screamed at me on the phone like a lunatic. Everything that took place on the phone call either broke a rule or a law so it goes beyond acting unprofessional.
I would suggest that this company sell back my 'debt' to the original creditor: ***, because that is the only way they are getting any money after all of the violations that took place. *** is also legally liable for allowing my HIPPA rights to be violated when I did not authorize this company to have any knowledge of my medical treatments. That woman should have never made the mistake of telling me that she knew I had some "rejuvenation" done at ***. As previously stated, this is for the government to handle from this point forward. Thank you.

This business has repeatedly called a relative that I do not live with and I have not provided their phone number as my own and left messages to call them back. This is a direct violation of the FDCPA since they are only allowed to call relatives to establish location/contact information and are not allowed to leave messages to call them back as stated in the FDCPA.
There is an account in our office for *** regarding an outstanding matter for ***. In accordance with company policy when any complaint is received by our office this account has been closed and sent back to our client. We do not feel any violation to the F.D.C.P.A. has occurred but ensure that all state and federal laws are adhered to up to and including the F.D.C.P.A. Any employee found to be in violation to any of these laws will be subject to a negative impact on employment.

I received a call today from Advanced Capital Solutions ***, claiming that my husband wrote a check to one of my creditors April 17, 2016 that didnt go through for 160.00 and now the amount has ex-collated to much more but wouldnt give me an amount. Let him know my husband doesnt write checks and the address he gave me was an old address we had over 5 years ago. Then he said the name of the bank on the check and the check# was ***- he then repeated himself again. I let him know that my account has and was in good standing and that the creditor never notified of any issues. Then the guy said that I didnt owe anything to the company but to the check compliance company that the creditor uses and that he would send me a letter to my email showing we we owed and that he had to have it today. I let him know I didnt have an outstanding balance and the advance capital rep told me that I have several checks that are coming through his company and that I had to take care of it. Let him know I didnt and that I dont use checks since you can pay everything online so Im really confused. An hour later I get a letter sent to my email giving me until the end of today to pay 760:

There is an account for *** regarding an outstanding matter with *** that was received by our client from *** check guarantor. They sold it to our client as a valid outstanding debt which was placed here for collections. While there may be some identity theft that occurred with the ***'s checking information that is a matter they need to address with their local police department and then they can forward a police report to our office for filing with our client. When any complaint is received by our office this account has been closed ensuring no further calls from Advanced Capital Solutions
This company called me and left a very demanding voicemail including stating that if they do not hear from me today they were going to have me arrested... The man was very rude on his message. They call multiple times a day with various numbers and even some as blocked.
We do have an account in our office for ***l regarding a matter with ***. At no time was a voicemail left stating *** was going to be arrested nor was it ever implied. If this voicemail exists it is certainly not from Advanced Capital Solutions. I received a bunch of calls from Advances Capital Solutions in the past month. The person who contacted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. They also keep leaving voicemail threatening me and with an attitude. I don't know why they have such rude people working for them! He said I needed to make a payment to an account that I don't agree with the amount of what they claiming that I owed and that I thought I canceled years ago. They even saying that they will go thru my employer to get the money. I just had a baby and don't need this stress and not even willing to help you they act like you have money sitting around in the bank just for them. I don’t know how they expect or even think to have people allegedly pay off their debts with their rudeness and unprofessional and on the top of that their threats which that should be illegal.
There is an account in our office for *** regarding a matter with ***. In accordance with company policy when any complaint is received by our office this account has been closed and all numbers removed ensuring no further calls.
Upon further review of the account it is of the opinion of compliance that there was no provable violation to any state or federal laws including but not limited to the FDCPA. While the claim of rude or unprofessional behavior is certainly subjective there does not appear to be an opportunity for coaching or retraining on that matter either. No call showed any mention to *** employer either. If she felt she was inconvenienced in any way we do sincerely apologize. *** has already paid $200 towards the balance of this debt as of 3/15/18 and if she would like to re-establish payment arrangements with our office she can reach out to compliance @ ***. We are not a reporting agency with the Credit Bureau's but once payments are negotiated and finalized the account will be updated as paid with the reporting agent, ***

called me to collect a debt from an anesthesiologist at a hospital I had never heard of. The debt was supposedly incurred in 2013. When I told him I hadn't heard of the hospital and questioned whether I received the services, he said "well they have your name and social so it must be your debt." I told him I had never heard of *** and he said "Well they're in the same state!" and then said that I could find the information on my credit report, and he would have the hospital send me a statement regarding the debt. However, he never asked for an updated home address or confirmation of anything other than my name and the last 4 of my social.
After the call finished, I researched and found that the facilities he mentioned and they are in *** which is 250 miles away. I have never had medical treatment in *** (or anywhere away from K ***). I believe this collection is fraudulent, and/or is an attempt to get my payment information to fraudulently use my debit card and/or checking account.
There is an account in our office for *** for an outstanding matter with *** While the hospital in question may be a great distance from you understand that there are other locations under different names we quite frequently find with medical groups in general. Either way we have ordered supporting documentation from our client *** and once received we will forward to the address provided in this complaint.

This company called my employment and made a threat. The person left a very rude, threatening voice message at my job and my cell phone. The threatening phone call to my job cost me to get in trouble for having person calls. The man threaten to come to my job and have me arrested. I do not even know what this is about?
We do have an account in our office for a *** regarding an outstanding matter with *** When any complaint is received by our office the account is closed and all numbers removed.
After review of the account it appears none of the numbers we have associated with *** reverse to nor ID as a work phone. We have no information to support any conversation occurred through any of the numbers on file and it is certainly not company policy to make any threats whatsoever, for arrest or otherwise. It seems as though *** may be mixing our company up with another that may also be calling. For further clarity if the work number can be provided to check our system for a record of a call, that would be helpful.
Any actions found to be in violation to any state and or federal laws by any employee will be subject to a negative impact on employment up to and including possible termination.

This man claimed I owed *** then said it's owed to someone else other than cash land that someone bought an old account with my name on it. Then said I half to make 100$ payments after I told him I was fully disabled with kids and he said he will contact his attorney and tell them I refused but I recorded the call I didn't refuse but he couldn't keep the same story first it was *** account then a clients account then his account and gonna tell HIS attorney that I refused to pay when I never said that also it looks as if they are trying to get money not owed. I only get 683$ a month and I have 3 kids and I have to pay my own rent and utilities if the only way to get them off of me is to pay all I can do is 25 a month if I do more I'll never be able to afford rent and no agency will help
We do have an account in our office for *** regarding an outstanding matter with ***
We have no problem accepting a lower payment arrangement on any account to accommodate extenuating circumstances but this loan was a short term loan, with ***r stating she's taken out multiple loans similar to this one and admittedly being on disability for over 10 years it would appear she had intent to initially to pay this back quickly and knew that's the type of loan this was. At $25/month it would take 4 years to pay this loan back, hardly short term by anyone's definition. Seeing as her income has not changed in the last two + years of delinquency, this could have been paid back in a timely matter already.
We are happy to negotiate something reasonable and fair between her and our client for payback of this loan.
Sincerely,

I received a phone call from a man names Matthew L at phone number *** and he left a message stating that they had been trying to contact me and if I didn't contact him back they were moving forward with Criminal Charges that could affect my Insurance License. When I contacted back on Friday 3/2/18 he said I owed a debt for 2 bounced checks from October 2015 to Lowes and told me the amount owed and said they had left me several messages and sent me several mailings. I had never received any messages before this one indicating such and I NEVER received any mail about this. He then told me I had to make a payment of at least $500 by Monday 3/5/2018 if not they would be moving forward with filing criminal charges against me. He then left me a message on Monday 3/5/18 around 1:30pm saying they were moving forward with criminal charges. I called him back around 3:30p-4:00pm to discuss and he said he was still able to take a payment and not move forward with the charges if I could pay. I said I have no problems paying the debt but asked for documentation to support the claims he was making. Once I asked for documentation he became extremely rude and said I was not serious and he didn't have time to waist on me and threatened my insurance license again and hung up the phone on me.

I received a phone call from this company stating I owed 8,000. I had settled the account with previous collections agency. I dont know how and where this amount comes from. This was a case where the service promised was not provided Also conversations were taped. The previous debt company was going to send me a letter. However, in moving I never received it. I explained this and the represenstative. He did not offer any proof on how they arrived at this amount. just that I am to pay it. I am on a fixed income.. but, aside from this I shouldn't be penalized for people not doing their job. I had settled this amount and account, this company should investigate their source of information and get the correct information.. It is a Fraudulent way of doing business.
We do have an account in our office fo*** for an account with Stores Online from our client ***. I received a call from this company about a bad check for ***, I advised them I have been a victim of identity theft in the past and asked that paperwork get mailed so I can review the information. The representative advised if I have been a victim then I would have changed my banking information and I advised him that I have changed my banking information a few times in the past year because of this. I received a called from Advances Capital Solutions 2 days ago. They person who contacted me was extremely rude, I don't know why they have such rude people working for them! He said I needed to make a payment, I said I would make it but I was at the store and did not have my debit card info with me, he laughed and said "how could you be at the store and not have your card with you.. I then replied I use cash.. He said no one uses cash now a days... Ummm okay I can use whatever I want to make purchases. I then told him I was going to call him when I got home and he said I had 30 min to get home and make a payment if not he would take further actions.. So unprofessional and rude!
These people repeatedly refuse to provide documentation for the alleged debt. When I demand it, they hang up. Then they call again a few weeks later.
