I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DELIVERY MADELINE IS A FRAUD AND I HAVE TOOK THEM TO COURT AND WON MY CASE IN THE AMOUNT OF 1,800 DOLLARS.
Hi My name is B I have been going back and forward with this company for over a year .They refuse to give me back by money.They did not do what they said they were going to do and get me out of my Time Share. I gave them 1300 dollars and they did nothing but.
They have ignore every court order issued a warrant for there arrest for not showing up in court.These are some of the copies of my court papers with that the Judge has ruled in my favor no response

Desired Outcome

My money back and my credit restored. MADELIN ALLRED HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND ARREST FOR TAKING THE CONSUMER MONY.

Our office has spoken with Ms. B and she was denied her refund request as she had not paid our office in full. When you request a refund you will receive any unused portion of the fee paid and since she had not paid our office in full the amount she paid had been used for the processing of her file. Her request has been formally denied.

Dana M is a FRAUD why would I continue to give my money to a company that cannot help me. I went to court and he refused to show up. the judge rule in my favor.I have a lien on there company.Danna still no response here is a copy of my contract. That sates they will refund your money if they cannot help you.
Here is a letter from the Time Share that I am trying to get out of. It clearly states that they are not honoring nothing they say so why would I continue to throw good money after bad, again I WANT MY MONEY BACK IHAVE A COURT ORDER. thank you

I started my contract with ACC December 2015. Once Vicky left, their communication have gone down the drain. They NEVER called me concerning my case, only that I have to keep signing a 90 day extension for my contract and send another letter out to the time share. Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration. In February of this year I sent a certified letter to be refunded all my money. They didn't even have the decency to contact me and let me know they received my letter. They said it would be 30 days to review and process my refund. Today 3/26/2018 meets the 30 business day mark and no call from them. I called them before they closed and left 2 voicemails. I just want my money back from them. I highly recommend anyone who wants to use this company to use *** with Dave R. This place is a ripoff. I would rate it a zero if I could.

In September of 2016 my wife and I contacted American Consumer Credit to help get us out of our wretched time share scam with *** resorts.
Since September of 2016, American Consumer credit has done absolutely NOTHING but take our thousands of dollars, and disappear while our once great credit scores are droping rapidly in Febuary 2018. If we do not contact them, we hear nothing for months. When we contact them every few months, we are told a load of excuses and are asked to resend them info that we already sent them many times before so they can allegedly procede yet again. Our case worker retired, and we were told nothing about his departure. Since then we are bounced around to randon people. I can't even begin to explain on this forum all of the incompetence from this company we have dealt with so far. It would take far too long. My wife is absolutely livid with this company as she needs a new car, and can not buy one due to our credit score dropping. We were told it would take around 6 months or so to be out of contract with *** resorts. As it stands right now according to American Consumer Credit, we should be out in a few weeks. If not I'm very concerned about getting our money back according to many bad reviews on this topic. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy.

Desired Outcome

I will give American Consumer Credit the few weeks more they say it will take and by March if we are not out of contract with *** Resorts, I want a full refund of money, so we can go to a competent company. My wife and I need to resolve this matter immeadiately as we have a sick child with cancer and our credit and finances are being destroyed. We just want what we paid for in the time they said it would take. Nothing more.

We have had a very productive conversation with Mr. and are working diligently to finish resolving his cancellation with our company. We are very intent on finishing the file and getting his family released from their burden. We appreciate Mr. understanding and patience with the process as we know it can sometimes become frustrating but both parties understand that we are working together to finish strong for him and his extenuating circumstance with his child's health and the burden of his timeshare.

I do appreciate the partial refund that ACC has agreed to return, and ACC say they have good intentions on finishing the release. However as of February 2018 our Experion credit report states that my wife and I are 180 days delinquent and our score is falling rapidly. We are still under contract with *** resorts as well. Just a reminder that we signed the contract with ACC in September 2016, and it was supposed to take about 6 months to be released from contract. A year and a half later we are worse than we were before with half of our money back. I think ACC has good intentions, but the road to credit destruction is paved with ACC good intentions. Honestly my wife and I would just like a full refund so we can hire our own attorney to solve this burden. We need this resolved so we can focus on our sick child.

Signed 1 year contract with 100% Gurantee or Money Back. ACC failed to resolve Diamond Resort Contract within 1 year term, Refused to provided documentation of contacting Diamond Resorts to attempt resolution, made several request via phone & email. Also, Have sent 3 certified letters to company requesting refund.Agreed at 1st Refund request to allow company to continue trying in which they failed again to show any proof. Will require Full Refund as they have not shown not 1 piece of documentation that they have ever even engaged in negotiations on my behalf..

Refund of $4,500.00

We are currently working to resolve this matter with Mrs.. She has been released from her timeshare and the last step that we need to take is having her credit repaired. I have continued to ask for a signed letter of release from this company and it has been now almost three years and my emails have ben ignored.
I went into contract with this company to be released from a contract. I was constantly being told that they would be getting back to me soon or the paperwork will be on the way soon. They eventually got someone to deal with my case (Madelin ***). I am not certain she is there because she always answered my email. The sent me a letter of release from the contract with no signature and I have been requesting one. The last I heard from anyone was July of 2017 when I told them about this reflection on my credit report. It has been difficult dealing with this company. I did not get any money returned as promised and they even told me if I was not happy with the service in a year I can get a full refund. It is now 2018 and I am still waiting for what I asked. I want signed letter of release and I also want this removed from my credit report as was promised when I signed up with this company. This is outrageous and I am beyond tired of being patient.

Desired Outcome

I want my contract released signed and I want my credit report cleared. They did not fulfill their obligation by getting me a dime of the money I paid to *** and it is now going on three years dealing with them. No one is answering my emails and I am not interested in trying anymore.

We have spoken with Mrs.. We have provided her with the paperwork showing her release. We are currently finishing the last part of her process and we have come to a mutual agreement that everything is on track and will be wrapped up in the next 30-60 days. We appreciate Mrs. understanding and are happy to have provided her with the fulfillment of her contract with us. Congratulations on your timeshare freedom!

If I could give a zero to this company as a review I would. I contacted this company after reading good reviews. Almost 2 years ago began this process. I paid them the upfront money for "retainment and attorney fees." Vicky was very helpful. Everything seemed to go smoothly for at least 6 months. I had Madeline as my contact for a while. After that, I have been unable to get a straight answer from anyone at this agency and the attorney Mr. S. I have attempted to contact him, with very little insight or desire to even understand the "case" for which he represents. This past Friday, I attempted to contact them on my way home from work. It was 430 and I was placed on hold rudely and without attempt to ask if I was ok to hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes. At the end of the 30 mins, the phones rolled and I was cut off. Attempts to call back led to voicemails. I did finally get a secretary who stated everyone had left for the day. What a terrible way to treat customers. I am so disappointed in this company for which I had high hopes to help me. It is unfortunate that they too take advantage of you like the timeshare companies the "pretend" to protect and guard you against. I will be pursuing options to file complaint and fraud against this company as there seems to be no other resolution at this time. What a waste of my time, money and efforts!

We have had lengthy discussion with Mrs. C regarding her agreement with us. We have her updated and have all of her paper out certified to the appropriate outlets in order to make sure we finish her relationship with us in a strong and timely manner. Her file is scheduled for Bi-Weekly updates until resolution. We appreciate Mrs. C's input and are using it to constructively build a better solution for our Customer Service line when we are getting close to EOB for the day.

Yes, Madelin has been in contact with me regarding my case. I still struggle with customer service and follow-up with this business. I am glad to know they are looking into changes. I will hold any changes in my review until I see progress made on my file and see the follow-up they promise above. If I am to get biweekly updates, I have not as of today. So time will tell. I am still at high level of frustration and disappointment.

I went through the whole process with American Consumer Credit. They told me not to pay my maintenance fees. Now my credit is destroyed and I'm no closer to getting rid of my timeshare. This is a scam company. Don't listen to their promises. Stay away from this company.

We have reviewed all of Mr. I's complaint and are reaching out to him to explain the final steps of the process with us again. We have done exactly what we were contracted to do and will be finishing up the process for Mr. I as well as making sure that he is completely satisfied with our services. We will respond to this Review again when we have completed the final piece of his release. We do not agree with the review but we will honor his opinion and complete our process so that their is not any negative outcomes left from his work with us.

STAY AWAY. American Consumer Credit said all the right things during our first phone call and verbally promised us resolution within 6 months. It has been over a year now and we cannot get them to respond to any of our calls or emails...and all we are doing is asking for an update. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. Looking back now, any email we received from them in the beginning of this process had no name on it. No one to call or ask for directly, no contact information. Nothing. I can't believe we missed the signs earlier. Oh by the way, their website says "100% money back guarantee". Over the phone they told us there is absolutely no way to promise we would get our money back. What a joke.

We have spoken with Mr. K and acknowledged his grievances that have been filed with the Revdex.com. We re-enforced our guarantee with him and he has decided to continue through the final steps of the program. We never claimed on any phone call that we would not refund Mr. K if that was what he wanted to do. The person filing this complaint is not even our client. She is not on the contract and she has no bearing on the outcome of our process with Mr. K. We also have been in communication with Mr. K bye both phone and email multiple times a month so we find that claim to be false as well.

We have the final paperwork out to the resort with certified tracking for Mr. K regarding the finalization of his release. Another one of our clients has a very similar name. Apparently posting a negative review is the only way to get this company's attention. After our last post, they contacted us and assured us we'd receive weekly updates and communication. It has been 4 months now and we have received ZERO weekly calls. We have also emailed them multiple times asking for an update and have had only 2 responses in 4 months, neither provided us with any information, only asked us to send them more info. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND ASAP.

Just a fraud and Scam organization! They will promise the world to you about getting rid of your timeshare... be sure to read the fine print! They will do absolutely NOTHING for you and will make every attempt to keep your money. I have complied and did EVERYTHING they asked to get my money back and I am STILL waiting. They are such scammers that I will go to Orlando, FL and personally file a lawsuit. Thankfully, I am well resourced that I can do this as I am retired and I have ALL of the time in the world!

This is a follow up from an e mail earlier this year regarding dealing with American Consumer Credit. My husband and I initially contacted this company in Jan 2016 about getting rid on a time share. This company was very helpful initially but did not keep in touch with us for months after receiving all required information and payment. I think after more than a year we are finally free of the time but the company has not follow up with us to verify.

I received a phone call and an e mail from American Consumer Credit that we are officially released from the time share and we will eventually receive a certificate of sale from Sedona Springs. Grateful to finally have this behind us. Thank you very much.

On October 25, 2017, I Keisha W submitted a review regarding the ineffective services received by ACC. My husband received a call from Madeline on October 26, 2017 from ***, asking that we retract our review. I ,Keisha W, informed her that we would if we received the services as promised. This have been a horrible experience and I do not want anyone else to have to go through this. Madeline was to speak with the CEO regarding the terms that we agreed on, which were to dispute the late payments off of my husbands account and to also have this resolved immediately. We have been dealing with them for almost a year and we really had high hopes of the reviews that we seen. After October 27,2017, I have not received an e-mail, any documentations for the release of our obligations to Orange Lake Resorts, nor a phone call. Please people do your research and really dig for all reviews because our $2500 went down the drain. We provided them with enough time to try and resolve this issues and hear back from Madeline and we have not done so as of November 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm. We really tried to work with them but there was no resolution. If you have questions regarding our services, please feel free to email me at ***.

We paid over two thousand dollars to have our timeshare removed from our names.
It has been over a year and American Consumer Credit has done nothing but refuse to refund our money.

My husband and I has had the worse experience with this company in the attempt to getting out of our timeshare. We will be requesting our refund. We hope that that process will not be as horrific as trying to get out of our timeshare and wasting our money. We will be copying the Attorney General from Arkansas and Florida. I do not recommend anyone to this company.

My name is April and I contacted ACC to help me with my timeshare in Mexico. Much to my surprise... Jennifer at ACC informed me of my rights and walked me through the processs, without charging me an arm and a leg. Other companies quoted me outrageous amounts or told me they could not help me in Mexico and none of them informed me of my rights as a new owner. I am grateful I continued my search for help which lead me to ACC!
