They were suppose to get us released from a time share contract within two years or give a us a full refund. They were unsuccessful in accomplishing.
We signed a contract with American Consumer Credit on 3/16/16. They were suppose to get us completely released from a contract with The Grand Mayan/Vida Vacations within two years. Those two years ended on 3/16/18. I received a billing from Vida Vacations on 4/19/18. indicating that we were still under contract.Beginning on or around 4/20/18 I began attempting to get a refund back from American Consumer credit. Their contract says repeatedly, if they don't get us our of the contract we are entitled to a full refund, in this case $1800. On 4/20/18 they told me to send a Certified letter asking for a refund, which I did and have the return receipt to prove it. After that, I repeated made phone calls to them and they kept putting me off, telling that my refund was under review. Finally on 6/29/18 I spoke with the CEO of the company, Dana M, who told me that we were no longer under contract with Vida Vacations. I told him I knew better. He further stated that they had helped us retrieve $4500 of our money from the time share co. But they did absolutely nothing to get that money back for us. I did that on my own by filing a credit card dispute. Their (ACC) contract states that they are not responsible to get money back for us. So whether or not I got money back really had nothing to do with the contract we signed with them (ACC). After my contact with the CEO,and to verify what I already knew, I was in touch with Vida through email on June 30th and July 1st, 2018. In both emails Vida Vacations indicated that we are still under contract with them. I attemted one more time on July 2nd, 2018, to get them to give me a refund via an emailed, by forwarding them ([email protected]) and their atty, Michael S the emails I had received from Vida Vacations and asking them one more time to refund my money. To date they have not responded to that last email. Therfore I am filing this complaint.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $1800 plus interest, although I'd be happy with the $1800.

Our office has spoken with Mr. W regarding the completion of his file. He has been released from his Contract with Vida Vacations regarding the Grand Mayan and he obtained his down payment back as well. Mr. w had a conversation with our CEO explaining all of this and that he is not entitled to a refund as our services have been completed.

Document Attached***
I am not released from the contract. As of August 8th, 2018, I am still receiving billings from Vida Vacations. As far as the return of my down payment, they had nothing to do with that. I accomplished that on my own by disputing the charge with my credit card company. American Consumer Credit had no involvement with the long drawn out process I went through to get that money back. American Consumer Credit has not fulfilled the terms of the contract. Please see attached the recent billing.
Thank You!

AConsumer Credit won't return my email or phone calls. It has been 16 months since we paid them to get out of our time share. Won't refund.
First spike with a Jennifer C in February 2017. Paid $2450. I was guaranteed to get out of my *** timeshare. Jennifer stated it may take some time, but it would happen. Give them 6 months to make contact with the resort. I had to change all of my contact information on file with *** to AConsumer credits phone number and address so all transactions from *** would go to ACC. I was instructed to stop all payments to ***. I have saved all of my emails from Jennifer. My case was then transferred to Devin A. I received an email October 2017 to sign a letter to the ACC the power to deal with *** on my behalf. I did this. My account number with ACC is 170576. I then had to keep emailing Devin to find out the status of my case. I have copies of the emails I sent to Devin on 1/16/18 and 1/23/2018. I heard from him on 1/24/18 and he stated he has sent my case to his supervisor. I emailed him again 5/24/18 wanting to check up on my status. I have never heard from Devin again. I have called the customer service number repeatedly. It only lets me leave a message. No one has ever returned my 5 phone calls. So now I have no idea what else to do. My credit is ruined. I'm out of $2450. And I'm sure the fees are horrendous since I was told to stop making payments for over 16 months.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job they promised and refund. Contact me and keep me in the loop.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not changed my phone number or my email account since this process began in 2012. I have been waiting for Devin or Jennifer or ANYONE to get in touch with me via phone, text, or email. No, no one has been in contact with me. Would LOVE to be able to have this issue resolved and my money returned.

This company does NOT live up to the terms they state they will provide.
Two years ago, we contracted them because they stated they COULD get us out of our time share arrangement. Stated it would take about a year and they would have a final disclosure of release from timeshare contract. I have contacted them over and over, they just give lame excuses, and statements that they have to do so more work, they will check on the status with their "attorney", etc. They have asked for documents repeatedly and we have sent them all to them as needed. Now that it is supposed to be resolved, according to them, I have no final documentation and cannot get them to respond to me - they never answer their customer service phone - I have left numerous voice mail and sent multiple emails asking for the status and resolution. I get no responses at all from them. They will not even reply to you from email or voice.

Desired Outcome

I want the document that they stated they would supply indicating I have been released from my timeshare, or some proof that this is a closed issue and release from the timeshare - OR - I want my money back.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 03, 2018

Our office spoke with Mr. on February 8, 2018 and informed the client that he has been released from his contract with Summer Bay ***. The final step left in the process is to have anything negative on his credit disputed and removed. We sent the client an email with everything we needed in order to complete disputes on his file. We sent this email on multiple occasions with no response.

Customer Response • Jul 08, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all, they have yet to respond to me from my numerous contacts made from November of 2017 thru today. I have sent numerous emails, called their phone number to which NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Last Fall 2017, they stated I needed to fill out a paper that would release me from this Time Share and the document would be returned once the "attorney" work was completed. I have NOTHING to prove that I am free or clear from this time share, and they have my $2,000 for whatever they did. Helping me clean up my credit score is not the problem, I WANT PROOF THAT I AM RELEASED FROM THE CONTRACT - THEY HAVE YET TO PROVIDE THAT WHICH WAS PROMISED AS PART OF THE $2,000 FEE.

Customer Response • Jul 24, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Until I get something in writing from them, the matter is not officially closed or resolved. Once I get that from them, I will be satisfied, but after 2 years, I still have no proof that the matter is properly resolved and I am OFFICIALLY RELEASED from it.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 24, 2018

Mr. has been released from his contract with Summerbay ***. Our office will be reaching out to Mr. in order to provide him with the proof of release which he is requesting.

Paid for a legal service to file a complaint against *** to get my money back but it's been 2 years that SCC took my money and heard nothing
On may 2016 I paid this company to help me to take our money back from the *** timeshare. After charging $3000 in 2016, then they keep saying it needs 60 days, and now it is been 2 years and I didn't hear any update. I didn't get any service from them and All they did was stealing my money and giving me false promises for no service. I was in contact with Medelin at first and have all email communications and all false promises (all attached). End of the day, I didn't receive any service. I only spent $3000 for nothing and didn't get my case resolved.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back that I paid this company somce they didnt do anythig for me nor provided the service they were supposed to for over 2 years now

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 03, 2018

Our client has been released from their contract with ***. There is only one step left in the process and that is to make sure there is nothing negative on their credit reports. We would ask that the client call into the office and speak with a Case Manager so we can obtain all the documentation needed to complete the final steps.

Customer Response • Jul 06, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have contacted the office several times before as well and I have received the same response that everything is resolved and we are just waiting for one response. They were supposed to get my money back from *** and charged me $3,000 but not even I didn't get my *** Money back, I lost $3,000 as well. I am out of the *** contract because *** vacation club revoked my vacation club since I didn't pay the maintenance fee not because of anything that Aconsumercredit did (Please see attached). Every time, I contacted to Aconsumercredit, I received the same response of we will have everything ready for you next month and it is now two years of nothing.

Aconsumercredit didn't do anything for this case. The agreement was to get my money back from *** Vacation club and take me out of the contract which they didn't. It has been two years since and every-time I contacted the company I received the same response. I would like my money back and can not wait for another two years with no results. I would like to terminate the contract and return all the payments that I made back in 2016 to Aconsumercredit.

Again, business didn't do anything to resolve my *** case hence I require a refund for the money was paid. Business has aso no proof of solving the matter with *** as I accuquired in my previous note as well

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 07, 2018

Our office was able to obtain the release for our client from ***. He is claiming that he signed up to obtain his money back from the resort but our contract does not guarantee money back. We try to obtain money back throughout the entire process but again it is not guaranteed. The resort let the client out of their contract due to the work we completed on the file.

Still have not solved issue in guaranteed 1 year and we are going on 2, I requested money back and the company refuses to call me back.
8/2016 decided to get rid of timeshare and we called Acomsumercredit and we had to pay what I thought was $1500 up front to get rid of the timeshare and have it off our credit within 1 year. I checked my bank statement the other day when I was going to request money back and it was over $2600 and we are going on 2 years now and the problem has not been solved completely. We would just like our money back. I keep getting the run-around each time I call, and they tell me management is in a meeting with the CEO (come on!) and they will call my husband or myself the next day-this has been going on for a week now. This is on top of the past year I have had to do all of the calling and emailing to them making sure they have received everything because no one calls you! it is like a black hole. I want full refund that was removed from my account on 9/1/2016 in the amount of $2650.00

Desired Outcome

I want the full refund that the company pulled from our bank account. Companies cannot operate like this and get away with it.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 03, 2018

Our office has spoken with Mrs. and we are currently working on having the negative remarks on her credit disputed and removed. She had a conference with the CEO and Office manager and they have discussed how we are moving forward and the plan for her credit.

Customer Response • Jul 08, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
On June 15, 2018 we spoke and they said they would handle our credit, and I sent an email to the office manager thanking her for her time and asking what they needed from us moving forward and I received no response (it's almost mid-July). I am still very skeptical. But I told them I would close this and give them a little more time to work. Hopefully someone emails me back at some point....

2+ years waiting for this company to DO THEIR JOB! Nothing, responds only when I make complaint hear. Otherwise I rarely get decent response.
2+ years I contracted at $2500 to get our to time share. I waited 6 months before I stopped paying on it as they suggested as we were buying a home. After that, the last 2 years, they have been "working on it." Now they have lumped us into stated ( I don't believe them) broad lawsuit with many. I never asked to be put in this. Never signed an agreement to do so. I never see any correspondence , even when asked or requested. Madelin was helpful at first, she is always nice, but at this point I am fed up. Now they do not respond, only a secretary gives me same crap info. They lawyer never responds. This company I feel is a fraud and a scam and should be investigated. I plan to pursue legal action.

Desired Outcome

Well, I want out of my time share as they stated. If that is not possible in the next 30 days, I want my $2500 back.

Once she refused to sign the documents needed to release her from the contract she was subsequently dropped from our program. Customer Response • Jul 10, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We had signed the paperwork they requested at the beginning of the relationship back on 07/19/2016. They were not able to release us from the Timeshare responsibility withing their one year contract. What they tried to do was to have us sign an extension to the contract for one more year which we refused to do and at that time we requested the money refund, they refused to send it to us, specifically our dealings were done with the Manager and the attorney. Actually the one timeshare they supposedly got us out off we have yet to receive the proper documentation executed by the resort, we are still waiting for that. If we do not get it, we will be filing another complaint with Revdex.com and the FL Bar Association.

We were told that we would get a full refund of $2650 if AConsumer Credit could not get our timeshare contracts released in one year.
We paid $2650 to AConsumer Credit get our contracts from*** in Biloxi Ms. and Summer Bay Resort in Orlando. We were told by the salesman it would take 6 months for the process in Jan. 2017. After not hearing anything by Sept. 2017 I continuously called the company every other week for information. After one year of waiting and not hearing everything. I called them and eventually their lawyer spoke to us in conference call on March 19th 2018. He informed us to send a certified letter of our intent for a refund because he said we were entitled to a full refund. Since we were told that we could end the contract., we called up *** who agreed to letting us pay for a deedback program. After not hearing anything for over 2 months I called AConsumer Credit. I was told that the company president wanted to speak to me. On June 12th at 4:30 pm. I finally spoke to the company president who told me he couldn't give me a refund because we broke contract by contacting the resort directly. I only called the resort after AConsumer Credit told me that they would give a full refund. He also maintained that he had gotten me out of the *** contract. This seems implausible because his company would have previously informed me that that was the case. Nevertheless, the company has kept our money and has acted in absolutely bad faith. Judging from my conversation with the company president, he never had any intention of giving my wife and I a promised refund.

Desired Outcome

We would like a full refund of $2650 that we were told that we would get by their lawyer Michael S on March 19th.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 03, 2018

Our CEO spoke with Mr. regarding his request for refund. It was explained to Mr. during this conversation that his request for refund was being denied due to violating the contract terms. The contract does state that the client is prohibited from contacting the resort during the pendency of this contract without prior consent from ACC or its affiliates. The client verbally admitted to speaking with the resort therefore his request for refund is denied.

I cancelled my contract in writing on the 3rd day and I wish to receive a refund of $2600.
On 4/16/18 I signed a contact and paid $2600 to A Consumer Credit for them to get me released from my ***. They advised me to stop paying my mortgage. After speaking with an attorney who told me this company has an F rating with the Revdex.com and that I should NEVER be told to stop paying a mortgage on 4/19/18 I gave written notice, via an email that I wanted to cancel my contact. I disputed the charge with my credit card and A Consumer Credit has refused my refund. I feel the contract was cancelled per the terms of the contract, in writing.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $2600 to my credit card.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jun 29, 2018

Our office received a request for refund from Ms. and it is currently was scheduled to be processed. She has moved forward with disputing the charge with her bank which we are now working to have reversed. Since she has taken the steps to go through her bank we have to first settle this with the bank before processing this request through our office.

Customer Response • Jul 02, 2018

As of today, 7/2/18 I don't have my refund. If they are processing a refund through my credit card (not a bank) I have not been made aware of this.

They have disputed the credit to my card. If they remove this dispute and allow the credit back to my card, I will accept this.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 24, 2018

Our office will not remove the dispute as this will negatively impact our company. Per our contract you are to submit a certified letter requesting a refund. The client did this and also disputed with her credit card company. Until the dispute is resolved we will not be processing the refund. This is why we have a certain process in place for requesting refunds, since the client is disputing the charges it is causing a delay with processing.

I have called several times. Don't accept my call or call back. I notified them within 5 days that I wanted to cancel services. Sent a letter. Still n

I sent a letter on May 2, 2018. I phoned my request to Sara Sweeney 4 days after I signed the contract. I was assured from the beginning that I could get my money back at any time I requested it. In the agreement provided byACC, 5. Refund policy, client will be entitled to a refund of 100% of fees paid. Wouldn't you call this fraudulent?

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Jul 16, 2018

Our office is processing Ms. request and her file is scheduled to be reviewed with our CEO. He will reach out to her regarding the status of her refund with our office.

They have not done what they contractually said, bad communication and refuse to refund my money.
Hired company in July of 2016 to get me out of a timeshare and I was informed it would only take 4-6 months to do so. It took over a year for the timeshare to foreclose on me and they didn't even know they did. I have done everything so far with no help to them. All they do is lie to me about the foreclosure and how they got me a non-judicial foreclosure when Florida is a non-judicial foreclosure state by law. They have fired 3 different people that they admitted lied to me about how long it would take them to get me out of this and getting it off my credit. Well now that I have this foreclosure on my credit, they cannot get it off after 10 different diputes. They always tell me this next one will work and it doesn't. Also by them never giving up on disputes, I cannot get my money back. They keep wasting my times and will not refund me my money. This company is a scam. I paid them $2,200

Desired Outcome

I want my money back ($2,200) because they did not do what they said they would.

This company has not done anything for me and is now refusing to respond to any of my phone calls or emails. They have not done anything they have said they would and lied about everything they promised to do. Also everything they tell you is opposite in their contract they have you sign.

American Consumer Credit completed what they said they would do. It did take a while, but that was no fault of American Consumer Credit. This was regarding a time share. The process started about 10/2014 and completed in late 2016 or early 2017. I am glad I used there expert service or I would have been at the mercy of Diamond Resorts who purchased all of the time shares from ***. Thanks for contacting the vendor. They continue to give me hope and will be contacting me shortly. Did not receive an explanation as to why they did not respond to my earlier requests. I do have an answering system and would have responded to a call.

Thanks.

If I could give Aconsumercredit.com negative stars I would, because this is what this company deserves. Not only were they not able to accomplish this task within the 1 year contract time, but after giving them the benefit of the doubt & renewing my contract for an additional year, they were still incapable of completing the task! I was scammed for $2275.00. I demanded a refund. They claim to have refunded me, but after contacting my credit card company over 5 times, this refund was never issued! The employees working for this company are trained to tell lies, use stalling tactics, & mislead their clients.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Apr 30, 2018

Our office has spoken with this client on multiple occasions. We did process their request for refund and also provided them proof of the refund and all supporting documentation. They had the bank call our office but they would not provide their name or information once we finally obtained the information we sent all the documentation to their contact. We then proceeded to follow up and the number that was provided then ask that you first put in your credit card information. This is not a normal procedure when speaking with a bank they will not ask for this information before speaking with you. The contact they had also did not have a signature in his email which any business includes a nice signature line with their name, number, address of the bank all of which were missing. We did not feel comfortable moving forward with this contact. I would be more than willing to submit all the supporting documents to show that the client has been refunded.

Customer Response • May 22, 2018

First of all, isn't it enough of a scam that that Aconsumercredit did not render the services they've stated in their own contract? Not only did they verbally say they were going to complete their services within 6-9 months, they had me sign a contract for a year. After 2+ years, their services were still never rendered! This is the reason I requested a refund which they agreed to & had me sign a refund agreement. However, they have NEVER refunded my money!!! This company will go to no ends being combative & defenisive. They continue to mislead with deceptions and lies since this is what they've been doing from the day I've signed on with them. The bottom line is the refund has never been credited to my account, nor was a check ever sent to me.They claim to have refunded on 1/11/18. It is now the end of May, 2018. I have yet to see this credit. Honestly the so called "proof" of refund they sent me is absolutely worthless. This company needs to simply contact their bank with this "proof" and make sure the refund is issued to the correct recipient. It is impossible for me to investigate any money coming out of any account other than my own account!! What I was able to investigate is that the refund never got to my account!! Any professional, legitimate company would want to rectify this situation by investigating where this money went if it didn't get to the customer. Instead, Aconsumercredit would rather use their time to argue with me and rant in retaliation to my complaints made to Revdex.com. I just want my refund and to be done with this company!

I am so disgusted and sick to my stomach with many hours of lost sleep, having to rethink the phone numerous conversations I've had with this company. The D rating on the Revdex.com website says it all about this place, and their unethical business practices. I would give them an F.

I LOVE ACC!!! They were there for me to get out of a bad situation! I started in January, and just waiting on the finishing touches of repairing my credit and it's not even May! I don't care what anybody says - ACC DELIVERS!!! Thank you, Vicky, for all of your help!! I have already referred several people to them!

Online Marketing: Contracted with Amer Consumer Credit for timeshare release from resort. One year guarantee or 100% refund. Two years--No Results.
Email advertisement of 3-day/2-night all inclusive vacation in Cancun. Stipulation for vacation was attending 90 minute presentation and tour of facilities. I agreed, made travel arrangements. Attended presentation, toured resort and after more than three hours, margaritas and refusing resort offers, I was approached a fourth time by resort agent after getting advice from her supervisor(s), was offered this once-in-a-lifetime deal of a deed foreclosure. If I bought then/there I could purchase the timeshare, make my payments to resort and after one years time, stop making payments and the contract would be null and void. Contract would simply be picked up by another party. My account has since been turned over to a collection agency.

I*** 'timeshare release' attorneys and was inundated with options. Without doing research, via E-signature, I contracted with American Consumer Credit, LLC (ACC) on August 30, 2016. Reasons I chose ACC were: 1) guaranteed release from timeshare contract in one years time; 2) if release unsuccessful after one year, 100% refund of initial down-payment ($2,250); 3) I thought an actual attorney was being contracted to represent me.

I have very little to show in contracting with this agency. I have made numerous phone calls and none have been returned. Emails that repeatedly ask for more information which has already been provided. Last email request was asking for proof of WI residency: utility bill, home owners insurance, drivers license and last 4 digits of SS#. This alarmed me. With no response from Customer Service, I telephoned the attorney (4/4/18) and spoke to his secretary; attorney on vacation and wouldn't return until following week. Following day, (4/5/18) and told secretary I was becoming concerned about my case and told her I needed attorney to call me back the following Monday (4/9/18); he never responded. On Tuesday (4/10/18) I called attorney and he answered the call. I asked him how my file was progressing, asked him for pertinent copies and he told me he represented ACC and had nothing to do with my file. Told him contract was signed on August 30, 2016. He stated that the release/guarantee did not happen in a years time so I would get 100% refund of $2,250.; he told me to contact Customer Service. I contacted Customer Service with no reply. I once again called the attorney (4/11/18) and he has not responded to my call.

I am at a loss as to what to do.

I researched the American Consumer Credit, LLC website and see no signage/billboards for an operating business; no number on the building; no cars in the parking lot; building looks uninhabited.

I researched attorney listed on contract and his firm is in a different city with no affiliation listed with American Consumer Credit. 'Timeshare Release' qualification not listed as a professional expertise.

I am writing to the Revdex.com to report a breach of contract with ACC. I wanted to reaffirm your "F" rating regarding ACC and to ward off other innocent people seeking an attorney of a timeshare release service. I feel like this business has the potential of being a scam and the attorney representing this business is a fraud. If the attorney representing the agency had followed through with the release, as promised, my financial situation regarding this timeshare would be a whole lot different. I just simply don't know what else to do other than reporting the business for breach of contract.

Desired Outcome

1) documentation of timeshare release paperwork submitted to resort; 2) refund of $2,250.00 down-payment for attorney/staff fees, document filings, etc. 3) release from contract and assurances that contract null and void. 4) an apology for all the time that's been wasted. The amount due with the collection agency has increased with time and again, if the agency/attorney were doing their job, this wouldn't have happened.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I received a phone call from Ms. Madelin A, Case Manager and Ms. Jaclyn B, Dispute Case Manager for American Consumer Credit (ACC). I signed and scanned two letters 1) resort; 2) collection agency re: The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) that were to be sent to these agencies immediately. These letters were not written on letterhead and I have not received confirmation the letters were sent.

I have not received a phone call or written correspondence from Atty. Michael S confirming his staff are actively working on my file. The intake representative for ACC did acknowledge that Mr. Dana M is the owner of ACC and is currently on staff.
Ms. A did confirm that if unsatisfied with the newly established service from ACC, I simply needed to send a certified letter to them requesting full reimbursement. It would have to be approved by --someone-- and then would be sent to me as soon as possible.

One phone call does not affirm a resolution. I am hopeful that with the renewed interest from ACC that my timeshare will soon be released and the collection agency terminates my account.

10/2/2015 we entered into a Time Share Cancellation contract with American Consumer Credit. They charged us $2300 & never obtained the cancellation
American Consumer Credit Case #***, *** and***.

On 10/2/2015 we entered into a Time Share Cancellation contract with American Consumer Credit, LLC and Sarocco Law and they charged us $2,300. up front and never obtained the cancellation.

The contract was for one year from 10/15/2015 to 10/15/2016. Five months later after it expired on 2/16/2017 we received a letter requesting us to sign another one year contract. We signed the second contract in good faith, which expired on 2/20/2018. They were given two years and five months to cancel our time share with Silver Lake Time Share, 7751 Black Lake Rd. Kissimmee, FL 34747, 407-397-2828.
American Consumer Credit sent a letter dated 10/22/2015 and it states after 90 to 120 days we would receive email updates on our case #150503. No emails updates were ever received. We had to personally call every month or two. During this two years and five months we spoke to: Brittany, Dana, Alicia, Vickie, Erica, Madeline, Mary and Christine. All their replies were "they are working on it".
Many times we were put on "hold" up to thirty minutes and disconnected.
On 3/5/18 we sent a certified letter, which they received on 3/7/2018. To date they have not replied.
Attached find two letters from American Consumer Credit specifying our money back guarantee for one year. As of today date it is 53 days since the contract has expired and we have not received any correspondence or refund of $2,300. as they guarantee.

Desired Outcome

I just want my refund of $2,300.00

Aconsumercredit™ Response • May 02, 2018

Our office has obtained a full release which was a deed back with Silver Lake Resort. I have attached a copy of the letter regarding our request for this document. We have received the clients request for a refund and it is currently being processed. We have fulfilled the terms of our contract which guarantee a 100% release from their obligation to Silver Lake Resort.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have never received any notification from them that the timeshare was cancelled. It was not until I contacted Revdex.com and filed a complaint. When they replied to you, this was the first time we saw this form that the timeshare was cancelled. This is usual practice for them not to communicate. They never updated us with any information and we would have to contact them to find anything out. Everything they advertised was false. The services have been unsatisfactory for over two years. I just want my money refunded so I can end the relationship with this lawyer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We signed to contracts with American consumer credit one 10/15/2015 to 10/15/2016 the second one on 2/20/17 which expired on 2/20/18. They guaranteed refund of $2300.00 if not completed by this date. We were not contacted prior from them which they said in the contracts we would receive every 90 to 120 days updates. Our only contacts were the calls we constantly made getting only "They are working on it.After the expiration date on 2/20/18 we personally contacted Silver Lakes Director Carl Celino and sent him a check to cancel our time share. He sent us the the Warranty Deed to have notorized and which we signed and returned certified mail. Which he returned to us on April 19 stating they had released. He also confirmed they had no correspondence from American Consumer Credit. This proves American Consumer Credit did not fulfill their contract and owe us the $2300.00 and as of May 30 have not received any correspondence from them.

As of 4/9 they are not answering phone calls and emails are returned saying that their building is under renewal. As of now we are in collections for the very people we thought Aconsumer was taking care of .

They promise to get me out of my time share or refund my money neither has happen .

Desired Outcome

Aconsumercredit™ Response • May 02, 2018

Our office has received a written request from Mr. regarding his refund. We have his file scheduled for review for his request to be processed. We will follow up with Mr. once his file has been reviewed with how we will be proceeding with his request.

I found this company were unable to do what they claimed they could do. all of this was clear after the funds was received.
I paid this company to help me get out of a timeshare. after all they received the funds, I saw a big change in the company, they said a few times regarding certain issues, I was told they have to speak with an attorney, which they didn't because of the advice I was given.
I have reached out to the company for an update of their so call progress, no one is getting back to me.
It awful that this company is able to get away with doing this to people. Plan and simple they are misleading people. people are getting ripped off by the timeshare people, trying to get out of it, out of desperation I fell for their lies. I was even told they could possibly get some of my money back. should have known better when they asked for the funds up front.

Desired Outcome

i want all of my money back because that company was misleading and reveal what they could not do after they received the money. the last time i had contact with those people they gave me some information for me to follow myself. they all but said you are own your own

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Apr 20, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am tired dealing with those People from America Consumer Credit. I responded to their email, letting them know the only reason they reached out to me is because I reached out To Revdex.com.other than that they would not have contacted me. I am tired hearing their lies.
The sad thing is , they have many different people telling you the same lie. The length of time I have been dealing with them, I should have seen some positive results. The company is still contacting me for money.
The did not advised me properly from the beginning.
All they wanted was my money. After the got the money, it was a continued lie. I don't want anything else to do with those People reimbursing me my money is the only thing I want from them.dont want to hear anymore of the lies. They have a bunch of me staff to lie to the consumers. I hope will do what I didn't do, check this company out before sending them a dime and please do not pay up front. That is why they want the payment up front because the know they want me able to deliver. It is terrible how the mislead people.

Customer Response • Jun 11, 2018

American Consumer Credit, I reached out to those people by certified mail, have not heard anything from those people regarding my refund yet. they will come up with another reason not to refund me my money. They know they have not done anything to help me.
