Was not at all satisfied with the customer service hereI was a customer with this financial institution for about two tearsEverything was fine until about a few weeks agoI called to inquire about a transaction, when I went to use my card again at a merchant it was deniedFrom there I contacted Account Now customer service againI found out the last representative disabled my card; without my consentI was told from there that di would have to wait 5-business days , for another cardOkay, I waited, I called after the 7th day to find out if they could track the cardI was told they could notMy card came in three days later, I went to activate my card and it would not activateI called Account Now again, and was told , because I received the card after the 7th business day, I could no longer activate the cardI was not pleased with this serviceI was not able to retrieve my money from this account in any wayI had to almost plead with the supervisors to allow me to make a transaction from my accountThis is not good service at allI would suggest, if anyone can get a regular checking account, please do soIt just may keep you from unnecessary headaches
