Academy stated they resolved my issue, which, in fact, is a complete lie. Nothing was ever resolved. I never heard from them. If their idea is to ignore the situation until it goes away, then I guess you could call that a form of resolution. We even requested to talk to the CEO, Rodney F[redacted]. He was supposed to call back with in 24-48 hours. Never called. Must have been one long golf game. I don't expect any further action to be taken on this as I'm sure it will change nothing, but I request the complaint stay on file. It might save some other people from having to deal with these same problems from this company. I will never shop there again and I will not hesitate to give people my opinion of Academy Sports

No. [redacted] was not paid for the installation of the goal. Installation was done by [redacted] professional installers a company contracted by Academy Sports and Outdoors where the goal was purchased.
