The in ground basketball system is a *** Brand goalAcademy is the store that sells the *** brand where the purchase was made*** company is the professional installer who Academy contracts through who installed the goal*** came back out to investigate the install and
everything was done according to ***s install requirements they statedSo after speaking with Academy and *** they stated to contact *** because of goal design

Well the problem hasn't been resolved yetThere have been several discussions with Brooke from Academy with options and reasons as to why the goal doesn't function as it shouldThey were originally going to replace the goal now *** is going to try to repair it with a different anchor kit to see if this fixes the problemSo until all options have been explored, I think its premature to say resolved when no physical action has been done to the in ground goal itself to fix the problem, only suggestionsThanks.

Ordered a store brand H20 Express Rain Jacket and Bibs offline. They sent me an email letting me know they couldn't fill the order for the bibs, but they went ahead and shipped my order without consulting me. Since it is a combo set, I now have to wait for the jackets to come in, then either ship them back or drive to an academy store. The closest store is 1 hour away. So I have to spend my gas money and waste my time to return something that they should have never sent me in the first place!!!
