After paying I was promised they would have my DD Form sent to me after business days, they claimed they didn't have the correct information, forwarded all my information once again to them and hadn't heard backThey are not good about following up with their customers as I keep having to email them for statusI placed my order on Nov 21st and currently it is Dec 12th with no results

The Aardvark Research Group was exceptionally helpful in acquiring a copy of my father's DD-record after he passed away I was very impressed with their professionalism and diligence in completing this task, because I was only able to provide partial information for them to locate his service record I would highly recommend using the Aardvark Research Group to anyone in the same predicament as my family found ourselves

I did not receive a refund on 8/5/or any other time, though I did request one by phone several times,the company never answered their phone number, I left messages and no one ever called me back

They were Customer friendly, fast response to my questions. Let me know what, where, and when I'd receive my DD-214. Highly recommend ther service.

I applied on-line over the New Years holiday for help getting a copy of a Department of Defense document (DD214). Given the normal routine of internet applications being less than perfect, I expected someone to call after the holiday to tell me what else they needed. Instead, I got an email telling me a certified copy of my DD214 was on the way overnight and attaching a copy for my files. Amazing! Perfect execution!! Five stars!!

I have attached three documentsThe first is the order from Mr*** at 6:P.Mon 8/The second is Mr***'s emailed request to cancel his order, at 7:P.Mon 8/The third is the full refund processed on 8/5. This is the second complaint from this customerThe first was a few days ago complaining that he hadn't received the DD(which he obviously cancelled)The second is the present one, requesting a refund, that he has plainly already been given. He has never called our office, and we haven't received an email from him since the request for a refund, which we honored, on 8/4/
