This person ordered a Navy record for service commencing in the early 1960'sShe did not provide us with the service member's military serial numberPre-records are archived by serial number, so we have to have that number to physically locate the recordBecause she didn't provide it, we had
to submit the request for a serial number search at the National Archives as a preliminary stepThis slows the process downWe did not receive any calls or emails or status update requests from her while the process was underwayOn the day we emailed her a copy of the DD214, she responded with a bitter email complaining that it had taken longer than expected and requesting a refundBefore we had a chance to respond, she filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. The customer hit the "submit" button twice when she ordered, causing the duplicate paymentShe did this on August 3, We noticed that she had paid twice, and refunded her the second payment in full on August 7, We did this on our own, and without being contacted by the customerHer complaint says more about her than it does about us

I learned of this group, checked them out, and have a year old father who did not get the DD(started about 1950) because he separated from service in They had to really dig through the archives, were immediately responsive on Emails, and came through
My father and I both are grateful and highly recommend this group for military research needs

We lost my husband's DDand were in need of a copy of it for our home financing We ordered the form on January 11, 2017, and received it on January 26, - yes, this is longer than the time quoted, however, government offices were closed at least of those business days due to and ice storm and another day for Martin Luther King JrDay Knowing there were reasons for the delay helped us be more patient and understanding It is just nice to know that there are services like this available to obtain lost/misplaced documents KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I saw email from Aardvark and had been trying to get my DD Best $bucks I have spent filled out form in less than minutes (more like 2) got email copy in about workiing days and hard copy in less than weeks If you want you DDand do not want to spend a lot of time and energy getting it spend a few bucks and they will do it for youl

Aside from some hoops to jump through (not unexpected but still) and a little pricey overall I received what I needed in in the time specifiedI shouldn't need this service again but if I would happen to there are no other reasons to not use them

I paid Aardvark Research group for expedited researchI told them my name was changed and I didn't know what name my DDwas underThey told me what to submitI did what they told me to doI called days later and they didn't know what was going onThen they sent me an E-mail telling me I submitted the application wrong(They told me how to submit it.) I complained and they told me another way to submitSo I didThe week before last they told me they had submitted my application and it would be daysI am now on the twelve day and they will not respond to meThis company is really poor and they don't know what they are doing, nor do they help people correctly to get their DDI still don't have my DDand I paid for day service on the 4rth of SeptemberIt is now the 25th and they are no longer responding to me

Our agency ordered an expedited document from the AArdvark website on August 3, for one of our clients and paid well over the standard fee for the 5- day turn around I emailed the company on August 9, and let them know we had not received the product yet to which "***" responded that THEY ordered the document on August 4, and restated the business day turn around Aardvark sent the ordered product at 7:pm on August 21, business days after THEY ordered it (days after I ordered it) No comment was made about it being late or acknowledgement that they failed to met the expedited return
Problem was that they initially charges my credit card TWICE for the expedited service and gave no apology when I contacted them Had I failed to recognize the double charge I potentially would have had no recourse in that my bank requires notification within days and I had just received a statement and would not receive the next statement -showing the d
