I spoke with [redacted] on Saturday. The membership she set up on line for her daughter was under [redacted] and had [redacted]s phone number. Daughters name is [redacted]. We were unable to find the account until I received another email, this time with [redacted]s phone number....

After spending a lot of time searching every possible way for a duplicate account or pmt for [redacted] – I decided to try and use [redacted]s callback  number – This produced the membership with the $58.50 charge set up on line, with the wrong last name. Member was happy to hear it was located and a credit had been ordered. I advised the time frame of 3-5 business days. Monday being the first business day  --

Dear Revdex.com,When I agreed that this was resolved it was because I recieved emails from AAA with an apology andassuring me of a refund of $40.00 process fee which was never disclosed to me until I received my Itinuarary in the mail a few days later. This has been a long time from start to now and their account of "processing a refund" is a very very slowprocessing...it can be done the same day.  This is a disrespectful gesture and I am appalled at the character of this organization that unfortunately we have as Auto and Home insurance.  I would like to reopen my complaint as this is a very lack of respect being shown to a customer of theirs.I will be out of state until November 15th...will this be "processed" any time soon.Respectfully,[redacted]ps...why is it a senior citizen has to fight for what is right all the time it seems...shame on AAA

Good afternoon,I am disappointed to hear that you incurred the out of pocket expense for service during that extreme weather that we recently encountered. I believe that you would have to contact your home Club, AAA Northern New England for reimbursement of thos expenses.

This was processed on October 19th, I have forwarded a message to accounting to check on it and respond to me

I received the signed cancellation form for [redacted] and cancelled
his policy effective 12/29/17 (the day after he requested the cancellation per
his documentation and notes). He will get a $172 refund check in the mail. He
seemed to think it would be more in his complaint, but his math is...

inaccurate.
I can explain this further if need be, but the $172 refund is correct.
