Per Insurance Business Manager ** *** 3/8/16: The payment in full was due on 11/20/It was never receivedClient tried mailing in partial paymentsLast payment was posted on 1/22/but policy had actually cancelled on 11/20/I did not have valid contact information in the system and could not obtain a verbal no loss to reinstateClient was set up for the paid in full plan and according to the renewal bill he needed to pay $to renew

Per our cashiering Department the money was settled 8/23 and all our records indicate the member has their money as of that date.
