These items were not sold, and we unfortunately cannot honor verbal contracts made with managers who do not have the authority to edit our policies. The consignors receive 40% of the final selling price for all goods sold, and only for goods sold. We are unable to pay consignors for items that are...
still available in our system, which these shoes are. We attempted to pay this consignor $165 for these items which- according to our records- never sold, but she refused to accept this payment.
As I stated in the previous response your check for $697.76 was changed to $353.21 and once you receive this check you are welcome to cash this immediately. You should receive this by the end of the week.
Hello,Update on my complaint:Most likely due to my complaint today #[redacted] against Second Time Around, a regional store manager permitted me to use a partial credit this afternoon towards merchandise totaling $344.55. Prior to my complaint, for 2 months they previously...
told me that I could not do this because a check was already issued to me. (which was not true). I can only assume this was permitted now due to my complaint today. The item they tell me will be shipped to me tomorrow. Once it arrives, it would leave a payment of $353 which they still owe to me and is long overdue. Just a few minutes ago I received a call from a manager named [redacted] who told me that since I "filed a lawsuit against them" they issued me a check for the full amount today and I should not cash it since I used partial funds. I told her that I understandably will not cash the check but they should immediately re-issue the amended amount. Please amend my complaint to a payment is still due to me of $353 plus interest which deducts the partial funds I was finally permitted to use just today. Thank you very much for expediting this issue. Once I receive the amended amount from them and the item is shipped, we can put this to rest.[redacted]

I had trusted that [redacted] had included my consigner percentage and terms in the contract. If this document cannot be produced, I will continue to proceed in reporting this company and their inconsistency in policies. Additionally, I will seek legal advise. ]

and the items do not meet our consignment criteria, 2TA donates the item per the contact that we ask consignors to read and sign at the time of every drop off. We offer other options for consignment would do not want their items to be donated. We recommend that consignors make an appointment if they do not like to have us donate their items we do not accept as consignment. At the time of the appointment a store manager will go through the consignment and we return the items backTo the consignor during the appointment time. As you can see on the contract [redacted] was given a contract that explains our drop off agreement. She signed the agreement so we donated the items that we did not accept as per the signed contact. Please see all the necessary document attached and please let me know if there is anything else you need form us so we can get this complaint case closed. Thank you! Kidist
