advertise rates for $19.95. We advertise lockouts AS LOW AS $19.95.... Here's our website [redacted] .... You can also click on the AS LOW AS $19.95 it says CLICK HERE. And it takes you to the pricing policy. It also says the $19.95 is for child emergency lockouts only. That's when a child is locked in a car. This customer ordered after hours service. A locksmith arrived in under 30 minutes and opened their lock damage free. $127 is a very average rate for after hours service. We cannot be held liable for a customer who chose not to look at the pricing policy nor did they ask the dispatcher for a price and they didn't ask the technician at any time for a price. With all the information we provide most customers either read the pricing policy or they ask for a price prior to having someone sent out. I would like this case dismissed for being out of purview. Its out of purview because the customer hasn't been truthful with their statements. The locksmith did arrive in under 30 minutes... They were given an ETA of 15-30 minutes. We do not advertise a flat rate of $19.95. They also weren't forced to pay or use our company. An independent contractor is referred the call and he is responsible for deciding what the final price will be. All of this is listed on our pricing policy that is available for every customer to read. Thank you for your time

As the fine print shows at the bottom of the receipt, the contractor should have taken the quote I was given on the phone instead of charging me $60. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print at the time I paid the contracted locksmith,...
as I had already been waiting over an hour for him to get their and I was already 2 hours late for work.
Hello, There is such a thing as after hours. I'm not going to let a customer dictate the rules of our business. Any 24hour business has after hours service. And when you call during after hours the price goes up. This customer received top notch after hours service. She had a difficult lockout and someone did arrive in under 30 minutes to help her. This is about as average as calls get. This customer was not truthful in their original statements. She claimed we advertised something we didn't and I proved that was a lie in my last response. Inwouldnlike this case dismissed for being out of purview because the customer hasn't said anything truthful starting in her first message. This customer was not taken advantage of. She received only the best possible service we can provide. And as I said this complaint is based on the customer telling you something that wasn't true. thank you again for taking the time to review this matter.

Tell us why here...If her main issue was she couldn't get ahold of someone because a mailbox was full then she took the next step contacting the Revdex.com. Our main issue is that this complaint is invalid and needs to be dismissed for being out of purview. This customer was never told the price was based off difficult alone. Any good locksmith can open every vehicle in the world in the same amount of time. It's based on the time of day (this customer called before normal baisikess hours) where they are located (the tech had to drive a great distance to this customer) and other reasons listed in our pricing policy with the least amount being geared towards difficulty. Since we unlock houses and businesses and trunks difficulty must be included in our pricing policy. This customer received excellent service at an excellent rate of $60. The customer agreed to the $60 and was never told nor lead to believe it was based off difficulty and difficulty alone. We would like this case to be dismissed for being out of purview. Thank you

There is no such thing as after hours - This is an advertised 24 hour service AND I called at 4:11pm - please advertise 'non after hours' if they exist. I have been entirely truthful with my claim. I was not expecting to pay $19.95, however the service did not warrant the fee charged. Also the technician was not there in 30 minutes. It was passed that time. I have text confirmation from my credit card to prove that - but that is besides the point. You are clearly taking advantage of not clearly stating prices.

Hello, every customer is given a receipt upon completion of each job. We would need this receipt in order to find this customer information.

[Since we never got a receipt, we don't know what the charges were or how the tech arrived at the cost. We were never able to file a claim with our road side assistance without a receipt. Also, when I put in the address of 24hourlockouts ([redacted] ) on map quest to determine how far it was from [redacted] ( [redacted]) it is only 4.4 miles away) but yet they took an hour to arrive after telling me 15 to 30 minutes. Upon arriving my son stated to me the guy took only about 4 to 5 minutes to open the trunk, so why so much cost. Also, my complaint wasn't solely on cost if you go back and read all my corresponses. Lastly, they have been rude every time since initial phone call.],
