As you can see the "low" rate of $that I was required to pay is not listed on the invoice either Please have this company refund me At the very least the difference between what I was charged and the $I thought it would be As misleading as they were I would prefer to be refunded for the difference between what I paid and the $they advertise on their website Since they also say ETA is around minutes on the site and it was closer to minutes I don't think this is too much to ask I should also ask for them to pay for the gas I wasted keeping warm while I waited, but if I can at least get the difference I'll be somewhat satisfied

There is no such thing as after hours - This is an advertised 24 hour service AND I called at 4:11pm - please advertise 'non after hours' if they exist. I have been entirely truthful with my claim. I was not expecting to pay $19.95, however the service did not warrant the fee charged. Also the technician was not there in 30 minutes. It was passed that time. I did not receive a notification of the business response AND DO NOT agree with it. They owe me the difference between quoted price and actual at the VERY leastYou can re-poem this.The way they are operating as long as they say "starting at" they can double the amount, or more, at every turnWebsite says "starting at 19.95" call and it is "starting at 35" get there and it is Actually over $75!! ones like this *** This customer called in over times harrassing an answering serviceThe answering service simply takes a customers information down quotes our minimum price $to have a technician dispatched out and the unlock fee STARTS at and CAN go up from there so we have a $minimumThis is the absolute lowest price we offerThe independent contractor decides the final price based on time of day, location, availability, and difficultyThis customer called during off hours and received very fast timely serviceWe nearly had to alert the local police for harassment as this customer thought it was ok to call non stop over and over and over againSo this case needs to be dismissed because the customer was not trustful in their initial complaint and we are fearful of this customer for his behavior towards innocent answering service workers that had nothing to do with his situationWe also have a clear and simple pricing policy that every customer can read before calling us (most do)***

The main issue I have is the inability to get in touch with someone to discuss the amount I was charged I was told to send an email I did so; but received a response that he mailbox was full When I called he till free number to get assistance, I was told they couldn't help me, that I had to send an email I explained that the message wouldn't go through because the mailbox was full They responded with 'we use this email all day long, everyday You must have typed the address in incorrectly" I, again, reiterated that the error message said the mailbox was full, not that the address was wrong I asked who was responsible for checking the email and they said the technicianI asked if they could get the technician to call me back and they said they couldn't do that I asked if they could transfer me to him, they said they couldn't I could only send an email I simply wanted to talk with the technician re: the charges When he arrived, I told him he estimate I was givenHe said that it could be $60, depending how difficult it was to unlock I never 'agreed' to $ He had the door unlocked in less than a minuteSo I felt it was appropriate for me to inquire about possibly only being charged the $35, especially since I had to wait over hours, when I was told 10-min. When I was unable to reach anyone to discuss this, I began to feel the whole operation was sketchy It was only then, that I began to ask about a refund Its not good business practice to make yourself unavailable to customers unless you are trying to hide something.
