Placed an order in Sept Item finally shipped in Jan THEN in Sept I get a dunning notice from a collection agency for an upaid billWhen I called Wind & Weather they said that the [redacted] approval I had given in Sept had expired by the time they shipped so they had not received paymentI had never been contacted by them to tell me there was anything outstanding on my account......just the dunning noticeTerrible way to treat customers

ordered the arm bird feeder the description says arm feeder and bird seed ***when I received it no bird seed [redacted] I was told they are separate very deceiving! I will not order from this company again

They have very poor customer serviceThey sent me the wrong item, and still weeks later, have yet to send me the right product I orderedWhen I called their customer service line, they told me it would be there in days and gave no explanation as to why it is taking so longThis is an item I ordered and paid for over a month ago now, and I am losing faith that it will ever be delivered

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hannah simply restated what was told to me originally However, I can provide an email that specifies the shipping associated with only one item from the company (for oversized) and says "no shipping" for the other items When I checked out this shipping charge was NOT indicated We can quibble about this, but I am confident in what I saw upon checkout and I DID NOT authorize this charge.My other complaint was how I was treated--with a manager refusing to talk to me and my email of inquiry and complaint via their customer service page ignored It was not until I issued this formal complaint via Revdex.com that I received a response from the company.I primarily shop online and this is by far the worst customer service I have come across Other companies would not consider losing all future business and souring potential customers over $ Regards, [redacted]
