1800 Tax Team Pros

So far I use tax team they process was very easy of sending files to make sure that the person who file was you ...instead of all the people who can take children identify and claim a child in common sense if last names dont really match and they cant provide 100 percent of idenity proof then u know its fraud but they give us easy options to send and make sure its you now all I can say is if I was approved and then money was gone thrid party then the. Govt should take actions instead of taking childrens money from their college funds life insurances and more ...I work 4 years straight and notice that the govt high class get actually what they want while the others suffer from killing them selves and cant even make what they earn .....so if their a real god then people who has sherriff tickets insurances and diaper along with grocery car payments gas etc should b able to handle their business instead of being rob by the govt for them to have a good life and leave us as good civilians left to die ....thats the truth of life

Withholding important information.
I filed my taxes with 1800 tax team pros on February X XXXX. The person I talked to Tano bogle during the whole hour hour and a half conversation he never once mentioned or explained the fees that were charged for preparing my taxes. I was charged 500 dollars for them to prepare my taxes when I asked the lady who processed my taxes about the fee she asked was I not informed, she also failed to mention the fees before she processed my taxes I feel I have been completely taken advantage of because knowing that they charge that much to file my taxes I wouldn't have chose to file with them. They misled me and withheld important information.

Failure to let consumer know who they are, taking money out of tax returns for their personal gain.
I was filing on turbo tax, could not get my AGI as I used a different account last year. I looked up a number for turbo tax to speak with them trying to get my AGI and instead I pressed on an ad that had a phone number for taxes. When I introduced myself STATING THAT I WAS USING TURBO TAX they did not tell me who they were, they just started filing stuff for me which I thought was weird. The man told me his name was Orlando and he could help me out. We start filing my taxes over the phone. While we are doing this, Orlando starts sending me links to send him pictures of my w2, Drivers License, a selfie holding my drivers liscense and my sons medical card. We get to the end of the process (unfortunately I hadn't caught on yet) then they say my refund is over $600 less than what I should have got. Unfortunately I gave them way too much information, now we wont know what happens until I speak with the IRS. I will be in contact with them because this is absolutely ridiculous. They did not introduce themselves as their own business at all until I saw they emailed me a copy of something stating is was 1800 tax team pro. They are scamming, lying, thieving people and I don't know how they are getting away with this (besides the fact people like me unfortunately didn't catch on quickly enough). I will also have to put on a hold on my bank account, a fraud alert on my credit, and watch my back because of these scammers.
