1800 Tax Team Pros

I was charged 1100 dollars to file a federal and state tax return. I only had two w-2s. I called for two months to get a refund but only recieved 400.
I had issues filing my taxes this year with turbotax. The number for this business was contacted and they claimed to be with them. I gave them all of my information, which was an absolute mess. When it came to signing the paperwork to submit my taxes I was rushed through the process and was told to just sign the paper. I wanted to read everything in detail. I was however rushed to do this. Come a few months later I look back at my taxes because my actual refund was much higher than I had recieved. My refind was 3100, I only recieved 1900. I was charged 1100 to file a basic tax return. I called to see why I was charged this amount. They said it was a computer error. I would recieve an email back or refund soon. It took four weeks of calling to be connected to someone to hear anything else. When I did get a representative to answer they decieded to yell at me and say they were the only employee there. When I did get a refund for filing my taxes they only sent back 400 dollars. This means I was still charged 700 dollars to file my taxes.

I filed my taxes in February 2019 and still haven't received my state refund
I have continually called this company regarding my taxes and never got an answer back. I have emailed them left messages and now it seems their mailbox is full and will not accept anymore messages. My tax preparers name was Andres.

I have not received my state return I have tried to contact them numerous times. I am trying to call but mailbox full and then it hangs up.
I have not received my state income tax return. On numerous occasions I have tried to get in contact with someone. I filled a claim with the processing department 2 weeks ago they said I would definitely get a call once it was reviewed. That call never came. Now every time I call it says to leave a message but the mailbox is full and then it hangs up. The total return is 470.00 the state of Rhode Island says that the money was already released to them and there checking account was linked to my return

Looked at my return closer and should never of signed it. Being charged 600 dollars to have my taxes done. Called them to say how criminal that is and they said that's the price that was generated and that H&M's block charges 300. Called H&M's block and felt bad for me and told me it would be 118 to file which is 500 dollars less. Will never file with tax pro ever again and should be shut down permanently and have money refunded back.

Missed Filing State Taxes. Not reachable by Email or Phone. Deceived mentioning they are Turbo-Tax 3rd party. Probably Stealing Information.
1-800 Tax Pro Preparer - Brandon Samuel called me & mentioned he was a 3rd party turbo tax team to help me with filing taxes which is not true & convinced me to file taxes anyway & overcharged 990.95$ for taxes preparer fee. Firstly this is a fraud activity saying 3rd party turbo tax & stealing information. I dont understand how he came to know my current taxes file status & reached out to me. Probably they are stealing information.

Secondly - He didn't file taxes for my state & I received billing notices from Ohio state.

Thirdly - They are not reachable by email or phone as advertised on the website. I tried multiple times to reach out.

Confirmed they were with TurboTax, claimed $10000 in business expenses when I had $0 in business expenses.
This company is a total scam, I called their number as it came up as a "turbo tax" contact number. I was being helped by Brandon Samuel. Brandon seemed to know what he was doing during the process. Told me he was with Turbo tax, there was no fees for the help. After 6-7 weeks without getting a federal refund I called in, he had no answers. Finally in the mail I get a letter from the IRS to verify my identity. I made an appointment with the IRS in Kansas City Mo. I verified my identity and the worker found a HUGE mistake that flagged my return. Brandon had put that I had over $10,000 in business expenses which I had $0.00 in business expenses. I then called their number and they sent me an amended refund form. I signed it and sent it in and within a few weeks I got my refund of around $650. Now here is where things get interesting. Yesterday I got a letter int he mail from the IRS saying I owed $752.xx. Today I called them and found out the refund I was supposed to get was $1300, and that was deposited in their bank on March 3rd. so looking back at my forms , I see that they charged me $600 to do my taxes after claiming to be with TurboTax and that their was no fees.

This company lied about their identity to me, and filed my taxes incorrectly. And charged me after they said there was no fee. Having to re-file taxes
I was originally planning to file with Turbo Tax but was running into issues so I looked up their number and this company's number was the first one that popped up. I stated to the preparer that I was filing with Turbo Tax, and she never once said that they were this 1800 Tax Team Pros. Claiming to be a company you are not, or not fully expressing to your clients what company you work for is illegal. They immediately asked for all my documents, and then proceeded to make small talk with me over the phone. The lady was very good at getting mind off track, and asked about personal life stories which looking back now is very unprofessional. I wasn't informed of the company I just shared all my personal info with until after I received the email from them. Once I opened the paperwork they sent to me they said they were charging me $390 for this process. After they specifically told me there was going to be no charge. I was scammed to the highest intent of the law, I'm scared for my identity. They also told me that they were on the IRS website as a reliable source to file online, but I never could find that proof.

This company also incorrectly filed my taxes for the 2017 tax year. I'm having to file an amended tax form because these scam artists couldn't do it correctly. Ultimately causing more stress and forcing me to pay out and take this hit to my finances as a 20 year old. I've tried calling this company many times to get the necessary info that I need and they either never answer, or never call me back.

I looked for a phone number for Turbo Tax and this number was under the banner. When I called I told them that I had called previously and was already working with someone due to a Turbo Tax issue. They never told me they were NOT Turbo Tax. Yes she was professional, knowledgeable and helpful bit also deceitful. Long story short I completed my tax return with these people thinking the whole time I was speaking with Turbo Tax so I never questioned cost because I thought I knew. These people charged me a thousand dollars to file my taxes!!! This should not be possible! How do these people get away with this'! It should be illegal.

They lie and take advantage of people filing with Turbo Tax who require *** support. I was told that there was not a fee included on the return.
I was filing my taxes with turbo tax and couldn't proceed with the file due to an AGI number I didn't have access to. As I browsed for a number to call I was provided with their number. I was connected to representative by the name of Carlos Noda. I told him what was going on and he did not mention once that he wasn't affiliated with Turbo Tax until I asked him. I proceeded to ask if it was a legitimate business and he told me yes. I asked how was the service for preparing the tax return being payed for and if it was being taken out of the refund and he told me that it does not come out the refund and they get payed from an outside source. He proceeded to tell me that they're accredited by the IRS which I highly doubt. They requested a lot of information over the phone . After the process of filing the return I was given a link to a website to track the refund that was supposed to be updated daily along with the agents number. The refund statuses hasn't been updated or even posted once since filing and the agents number is false it takes you to the same fraud call box as their office number . I went to H&R Block to see if I can re file and the agent I worked with said that's the process was started but not finished . The agent who filed for me gave me the correct return amount which didn't not match what the agent from this fraudulent company gave me . The correct return amount number finally gave me access to check on the IRS website refund status checker. I come to find that the correct refund amount was posted and was going to a bank account when I CLEARLY stated that I would opt out of the the bank account option leaving me to wonder whose bank account it's going to .I did not once provide any bank account information to either the fraudulent company or H&R Block. I've attempted to call this company's multiple times and sent an email as well. I haven't had a response yet forcing me to file an identity theft report and a request with the IRS to have my taxes amended. This is one of the most unprofessional unpleasant companies I've ever dealt with and they take advantage of people seeking help it's disgusting and not right . On top of that when I wasn't filing by myself I got the more accurate number and wasn't told that "I didn't something wrong" but it was my agent who came ion with the incorrect refund amount what a joke.

They have done my taxes for the past 2 years and for 2 years they said there is no charge to do my taxes. When I received my copy they charged me for Refund Transfer processing fee which was $34.95, fees paid to Transmitter $52.95, and $600.00 fees for paid to Tax preparer. 2016 year. 2017 tax year was the same $34.95 for Refund Transfer fee, Fees paid to Transmitter, and $686.00 Fees paid to tax Preparer. They told me up front when I ask them was there a charge to do my taxes and I talked to 2 different people and they both said no there is no charge. My daughter also filed with them 2017 and they told that there was no charge. They took 300.00 from her 2016.

I was attempting to file my own taxes on taxact.com like I did the past 2 years. I got stuck on a problem and called 1800 tax team pros for assistance. I worked with Janelly C. and she helped me file and get a maximum refund (more than I had gotten myself). Her customer service was outstanding. It seemed too good to be true and I was suspicious, but she helped reassure me. They are an accredited e file team listed on the IRS website. I simply had to type in their zip code. I will definitely file with them in the future and would recommend them as friendly/helpful staff.

Kyle from Tax Pro helped me maximize my refund. The process was fast and easy. I didn't have to pay out of pocket and got the whole amount Kyle said I would get. I will definitely be filing my taxed with him again next year.

Made me believe their service was free and charged $800 per return.
On February 26, 2018 I called what I believed to be turbo tax about an issue with their app. This person made me believe they were turbo tax had me erase my info off of the app because she was going to do it. (She claimed they have a system better used by the irs). I gave all of my information my spouse who is currently training for deployment my children's and my mothers who was filing on her own with my son because her English is not so well. After receiving all of the information she gave us our final $ amount we were supposed to get back. It did not make sense both my mother and I are getting $800.00 less than we are supposed to ? Well come to find out the agent claimed it was a (regenerated fee ) they do not choose but a system? How is that possible? These people are not just lying about who they are but do not have the courtesy to be honest and charge ridiculous prices. Hand r block charges $300 and I thought that was expensive so believing I was doing them for free was nice. Huge mistake !,, I would rather pay $300 as opposed to $1600 both with my moms return combined. My husband works for the military and my mother and I for the school system these prices are unfair and unethical to charge people . I would like to get the $1600 you charge and took from us and my mother because I NEVER AGREED TO PAY SUCH PRICES or even got an invoice saying you were taking that money.

This company altered forms and took 800.00 out my taxes without my knowledge. Wasn't able to view tax return on Tax pro site under TRACK.NET this was a big RED FLAG. I contacted the IRS and they stated the reason why I couldn't access the IRS website because my information was entered different and the amount of refund was also different that I signed off on. After talking to the IRS they told me to wait before filling form to see if I would receive my direct deposit off the amount they stated before filling form haven't received anything yet from this company.
This company not only scammed me they also scammed my friend as well.Thank god for the IRS WORKER he really helped me out alot I have filled a form out to recovery all monies.so this company has been issued a FRAUDULENT company please BEWARE OF 1800 TAX PRO,1800 TEN TAX-PRO, There all the same company with a Florida address and there are many more.The names off some people working for company is Danielle, Edwin, Carrillo,David,Julie,Ebony and many more.

I filed my taxes online with turbo tax and the IRS rejected it due to the AGI amount. I didnt know how to find it. I found 1800 tax pro inc's advertisement saying they could fix it. He started gathering my info and said that there would be no up front out of pocket fees. I asked specifically, to the point how much they charged to file, and I never got an answer except for no up front or out of pocket expense. We continued on with paper work, me asking again and again about the fee and got same answer. We got finished and he gave me a quote of 526.95 for my return. I immediately asked why there was that much of a difference from the quote I had gotten myself, he really couldn't explain. In his detailing of the refund, he didn't say anything about my state, so I asked him where it was and the only thing he said was it was added into the federal refund, which I knew better than that. After being on the phone for right at an hour,(which I was told I was told wouldn't take over 30 minutes, after that long on the phone ur ready to get off), he sent me forms to have me sign, one right after another and finally he said they were filed. I didnt know until next day when I looked at all of the papers that my state was not on there and my refund had dropped to 300 something dollars. And the 434.95 was filing fees!! That's what I had wanted to know the entire time. He knew I wouldn't have done it if I knew how much it was.I am very disgusted with all of this. They say "no out of pocket expense". Well, what do they consider taking over half of my return for themselves'and messed up in it to boot'!I understand making money on tax filing, but for them to use the words they do and then take ur money, to and not even discuss it with you, is a for sure scam to me. It's absolutely wrong and they should be made responsible for each and every person they did this way. Would you pay somebody 434.95 to file your taxes for you if all you were getting back was 851.00? Nobody in their right mind would

On feb X XXXX I tried to file with turbo tax, in order to complete with them I needed to obtain my agi from last year.I looked up irs *** service number. I called and a andres castono answered. I simply explained what the issue was and he went along with been the irs. He never told me that he was 1800 taxteam pros.we went through the whole session without me knowing. He sends me to his assistant to docusign through links and she advised me to hurry up and sign I can read later. After it was all done andres never told me how much he cost still told me it was free for me to read the paper work and find out he took 1,086.95 and never told me. Still wont. This has put me in a veey bad spot bc I have kids that need special things. Im very upset with this!

I'm scared I'm being scammed.
I've been scared looking at reviews and was not notified of there fees to file my taxes and used where's my refund on IRS website to check status said it would be direct deposited by the 22 of this month so I called the IRS and they told me it was sent and the people who filed it had it so I called them and there saying they do not have it yet and there is a hold on all refunds due to Presidents' Day Monday I told them I talked to the IRS they told me it would be available tomorrow I'm scared I will get scammed need help.

Tano B. is very considerate, went out of his way to help me. He has good communication skills and warm voice and a humerus personality. I will contact him for every time I have to do my taxes.

I was having problems on turbo tax so I looked up their number which is how I came accross the number of tax pros which was advertised as turbo tax I stated to them that I was looking for turbo tax and the representative assured that I was speaking with the correct people so she proceeded to fix my issues while charging me a larg fee I'm which is suppose to be free because turbo tax is indeed free she did my taxes and consumed my personal info in which I am not comfortable with these people are posing as turbo tax and scamming people out of their money and they are getting away with it this company should be shut down
