Company billed my credit card fraudulently, using a name addres and other information that did not match my credit card dataWhen conntacted, their "fraud" department refused to reverse the fraudulent chargesI have a feeling they were actively involved in the fraud or were at least complicitI had to cancel my credit card and spend a great deal of time setting up new card numbers for my many auto pay and online accounts

I registered with this company on April 7th without having been given the full details prior to setting up paymentWhen my purchase was not delivered, I called customer service and they advised me that they would not deliver the services at the time that their website led me to believe, and that I had no recourse for that, so I requested to cancel my service, which I was told was completedA week later, on April 15th, the cancellation was not completed, and so I called back againI was again advised that my cancellation was completed, and this time I received an email and lost access to my control panelI still had pending charges, which did dropToday, April 27th, a new pending charge was initiatedWhen I called to request an explanation, I was transferred in circles, refused several requests to speak with a manager, interrupted and over-talked, and the last representative, Brad, hung up on me after telling me that this "isn't an issue for my manager" and that I would just

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered as a professional Entertainer I was lied to on several occasions which I have recordings of (you know for my training purposes.) I asked on several occasions to speak with a manager or supervisor only to be put on hold as if they were looking for a supervisor and then only to be giving to another customer service agent.....I guess they think we are all stupid and don't know that trick, it wasn't until one of the second customer service agents let it slip when she said she couldn't do something I was asking for because she wasn't a supervisor which then I was like oh that's strange because I ask for a supervisor was put on hold for several minutes to locate a supervisor and when you came on you claimed yourself as a supervisor yet now you basically just told me that you scam me This entire site is a scam and I will do everything in my power along with my agent, my manager and my agency's entertainment lawyer to bring fraud charges against this company as well as reporting them to the Revdex.com I will recommend anyone looking for services like they offer to look else where because they have frauds and liars who work there and real management who never gets back with their consumers/patrons to resolve issues

I informed + via email and phone that I wish to cancel my service when was told that it would be taken care ofmonths later I am still getting letters about billing I tried to contact them once again and was told that their cancellations department was down and that there was nothing they can doThey are not giving me an option to opt out from their service

11/26/I checked my credit card details on-line and found a $charge and then a $refund from this companyProblem is I have never been in contact with this company, everWhere did they and how did they get access to my card? Has been pending since 11/25/Will be interesting to file a grievance after it posts

company keeps charging me for service I don't have with them I called them and told them to stop and didn't called them again on 2/5/at 8:24pm had to told the agent 3+times with raising my voice and some cussing to get me to the supervisor and after like mins of saying that finally understood what I was saying and wanted me to call a different department when this has been going on for 2+ months (and as a note I am on social security disability so they r technically taking money unauthorized from a disabled person)

I have used & since and never had one bad experienceAs a matter of fact I just had an interaction with an account manger, as I wanted to change a billing from yearly to monthlyAs been my experience it was handled in one phone call and I just now received an email confirmation of the billing changeI don’t generally post reviews but I thought I would share my experience in this matter as I have seen so many bad reviewsI don’t work for the company I build websites full time and have used three other hosting companies in the past and still need to work with other hosting companies for my clients that do not host with me so I have a fairly good range of experiences with hosting companiesI have over domains but I do not use 1andfor their domains as I get them at a better price elsewhere so all I use is their hostingSince 2011, I have had over websites hosted with 1&and currently over running liveFirst pricing (stars); for the products I use, I have found that over all 1andis the same or sometimes a better deal in the long run then the othersAnd I have looked around a lot (and still do)Many features at 1&have no charge but other companies do For example something as simple as domain forwarding is free at 1&but other companies I know charge for that additionally sub domains are free at 1and (as many hosting companies provide subs for free) but I have seen (years ago) one of my clients companies charge for sub domainsSecond customer service (starts); As for the sales people, I never get calls trying to up sell me it may be as I have contracts with them, I’m not sure (note Google Ads call once a month)As far as billing again never had an issue if I need to make a change they do it and if they need to credit me they do right awayThird technical support (stars) ; Always been the best for any hosting company I have usedOver the years things have happen that I don’t understand (mostly PHP or database related)Never had issues with HTML but Word Press can be great or a nightmareI have called the tech reps for help and been on the phone way over an hour while figure out what is wrong with my product (not theirs)They have made code suggestions and gone into my database and reconfigured it as to get my site working againWhen I have worked with other hosting companies for my clients I never have had the same level of helpAnd last, sever up time (stars) ; since only one time the server went down (that I know of - I'm sure there were more), they contacted me and it happened during a switch overI do wish the servers I use were faster (stars) to get the faster server is another product that I do not wish to pay for but in general the other companies offer the same speed for the same price, I would just like to see it faster for the same priceLast I have four clients that I have recommended 1andas a hosting providerThree are still with them and one is notThe one that left is with a Webbly type company (he wanted a simple solution he could work himself without me but he hosts his email with me at 1and1)He mentioned to me that the tech people were Indian and he couldn't understand themI think the real issue was (as I know him pretty well) he didn't have an understanding of the product or what it did or how to even upload to the server which is why he is in a simple web product now the fact that the tech people had an accent was an easy outI talk to the tech people all the time without issueThat’s it I know other people may have bad interactions but I have not

I made an online purchase from this company, which was a downloadable microsoft word softwarePrior to making my purchase, I ensured that I met all the requirements for the download that the company had listedAbout minutes after I made the purchase, I received a downloadable link and key code in my emailHowever, when I clicked on the link, I was taken to a screen stating that the weblink was non-existentI contacted the company to inform them of this malfunction, where they sent me another link and instructed me to re-tryI clicked on this new link, yet it was a dysfunctional link once againI contacted them again to let them know, and this time, I requested a refund for sending me a failed productHowever, instead of providing me with a refund, they attempted to send another link telling me to try againI tried once again, where it also failedI sent them another email asking for a refund due to the product not working correctlyAfter not hearing from them for hours
